Financial Centre (Arabic: المركز المالي, Arabic pronunciation: [alˈmarkaz almaːliː]) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE.

Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, also known as the Rose Tower, is a 72-storey, 333 m (1,093 ft) hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is the fifth world's tallest hotel. The tower was originally to be 380 m (1,250 ft), but design modification reduced it to 333m or 1093ft. Construction on the tower began in 2004 and was completed in 2007. The design and build contractor was the Arabian Construction Co. On 24 October 2006, the building reached its full height with the addition of the spire. By total height with spire, the hotel surpassed the nearby 321 m (1,053 ft) Burj Al Arab. Although the building and its inner furnishings were in place in 2007, it did not open until 23 December 2009.The hotel’s form is stylistically varied. The highly embellished façade is composed of two tones of blue and silver mirrored glass with gold ornamentation. A narrow panel of oculiform gold rings stretches up the center of each elevation. Each side of the tower incorporates two convex cylindrical forms that fold into one another. Façade sections flatten towards the top and reach up into an elaborate sculptural peak of intersecting petals, a visual reference to the building’s informal name, “The Rose.” This floral element crowning the tower is topped by a sphere. A spire extending up from the roof is the ultimate pinnacle of the tower making its height extend to 333m high. Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is one of the first major hotel brands to open in Dubai as alcohol-free. The hotel has two restaurants and a 24-hour coffee shop. Bonyan International Investment Group is the developer and invested $180 million. The building was officially completed with 462 rooms, suites and penthouses. It officially opened on 23 December 2009.

The Rolex Tower is a 59-floor tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 235 m (771 ft). Construction of the Rolex Tower was completed in 2010; the tower's inauguration was 7 November 2010. The building encompasses both residential and commercial space and is owned by Ahmed Seddiqi and Sons.

Gevora Hotel (Arabic: فندق جيفورا) is a 1,168 ft (356 m) tall hotel along Sheikh Zayed Road in the city Dubai, UAE. That height has given the skyscraper the title of tallest hotel building according to Guinness World Records. The four-star hotel opened in February 2018 after a construction period of twelve years. It has 528 rooms spread over 75 floors and a number of facilities including restaurants and a pool on top of its parking garage building. Gevora Hotel is close to the Dubai International Financial Centre and its namesake metro station, the Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, and the Emirates Towers.

Al Salam Tower is a 250-metre (820 ft) skyscraper located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The 49-storey building is occupied by Al Salam Hotel Suites, a deluxe serviced apartment tower now managed by SRG Hospitality, a subsidiary of SRG Holding Limited, the developer and owning company of. Al Salam Tower is the 47th-tallest building in Dubai, and one of the tallest residential buildings in the world. When completed in 2005, Al Salam Tower was the fifth-tallest building in the city. Al Salam Tower used to be known as Chelsea Tower as it was previously leased and operated by Chelsea Hotel Group. During its construction took over name of 'Al Salam Tower II' after its older next door building Union Tower, which underwent construction as 'Al Salam Tower' Project but it changed its name after purchase.

The Four Points by Sheraton, previously known as the Golden Sands Tower, is a 43-floor hotel tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The building, constructed of steel and glass, has a total structural height of 166 m (545 ft), and currently stands as the 40th-tallest structure in the Dubai. Construction of the tower began in 2005 and was completed in early 2007. The hotel is operated by Four Points by Sheraton, and stands as one of the tallest all-hotel structures in the city. However, the building does not surpass the Burj Al Arab or the Rose Tower to become the tallest hotel in Dubai.

The Al Attar Business Tower is a 38-floor tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 158 m (518 ft). It was built by South African construction contractor Murray & Roberts. The owner of this business tower is Al Attar Properties which did not deliver any of their promised project even after 10 years. They have been subject of extensive lawsuits by the investors.

Central Park Towers is a complex of two towers in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The complex comprises the Office Tower which is 45 floors and 219.9 m (721 ft) tall, and the Residential Tower which is 47 floors and 243 m (797 ft) tall.

The Index is a 328 m (1,076 ft) tall, 80-storey skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Of the 80 floors, the first four floors are service floors, 5th–29th are to be offices and 31st–77th are residential use, 73rd and 75th floors are duplex penthouses and 77th to 80th floor are triplex penthouses. The tower is oriented exactly along the east–west axis so that the eastern and western concrete cores shelter the floors from the harsh, desert sun and the climatic effects of the area. The concrete cores shelter the building from the low angle, highly penetrating morning and evening sun leaving only the south facade exposed to the high angle, low penetrating midday sun. The south-facing facade utilizes extensive sun shades to lower solar gain.The Index is one of the first towers in the region to intelligently embrace its climatic surrounding environment within its fundamental design principles. The tower's environmental strategy significantly lowers the requirement for air conditioning within the building and therefore substantially reduces the energy costs for its tenants. During the height of the summer, without air conditioning, the tower's internal temperatures will not surpass 28 degrees Celsius. The tower has car parking for 2,442 cars. A double height sky lobby separates the offices and apartments with recreational facilities, such as a swimming pool and a gym. In June 2011, The Index Tower was the recipient of the 2011 Best Tall Building Middle East & Africa award by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.As of December 2015, the full retail space, two-thirds of the office floors and 1404 parking spaces were owned by Emirates REIT, UAE's first Real Estate Investment Trust.

The Shangri-La Hotel is a 43-floor hotel tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 200 m. Construction of the Shangri-La Hotel was completed in July, 2003. It was built by South African construction firm Murray and Roberts, now renamed Concor.

The Lighthouse Tower is a supertall, commercial skyscraper to be built in Dubai, United Arab Emirates designed by multi-national architectural firm Atkins. It will be constructed in the DIFC, is set rise to 402 m (1,319 feet) and have 64 floors. The tower is a Green Building with a huge emphasis put on reducing its carbon footprint and conserving energy. The tower rises as two separate towers, bridged from level 10, all the way up to approximately 300 meters above ground. The structure is to hold a number of skygardens. Construction was suspended in 2009.

Al Rostamani Maze Tower is a skyscraper located along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Al Rostamani Maze tower has a Maze shape in the front and rear elevations. The building was completed in 2011. Maze Tower is mixed used, which owned by Al Rostamani Group, the Tower has 25 office floors, garden floor, 24 residential floors and roof with swimming pool. Al Rostamani International Exchange (Previously known as Thomas Cook Al Rostamani Ex Co) Head Office is also located in this tower.
