Canary Wharf

Cabot Square is one of the central squares of the Canary Wharf Development on the Isle of Dogs. The square includes a fountain and several works of art, and is the address for the London Offices of Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. In the northwest corner of the square is a small memorial stone to Michael von Clemm, an international banker of the 1960s, 70s and 80s, who had one of the original ideas for the development of docklands into a financial centre and who was Chairman of CSFB, a forerunner to Credit Suisse's Investment Banking division Cabot Place, on the east side of the square is a large shopping centre, and the square is also home to several restaurants including First Edition, Sri Nam and Corney and Barrow.

The International Sugar Organization is an intergovernmental organization, based in London, which was established by the International Sugar Agreement of 1968, as the body responsible for administering the Agreement. Unlike its predecessors under pre-1968 versions of the International Sugar Agreement, it does not have the power to regulate the international sugar trade by price-setting or export quotas but seeks to promote the trade in and consumption of sugar by gathering and publishing information on the sugar market, research into new uses for sugar and related products and as a forum for intergovernmental discussions on sugar. As of June 2017, its membership consisted of 87 countries.

25 Cabot Square is a 17-floor office building occupied by Morgan Stanley in the Canary Wharf development in London, England. The architect on the project was Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, and the building was completed in 1991. It is 81 metres tall with a floorspace of 41,666.00 m2. For several years, 25 Cabot Square was connected at the first floor level to neighbouring 20 Cabot Square by an enclosed pedestrian footbridge, built after both properties were completed. This pedestrian link was removed in early 2010 when Morgan Stanley moved out of 20 Cabot Square. In June 2017, construction started on a major refurbishment of the building with a phased completion from December 2018.

Heron Quays is an area of the Canary Wharf development on the Isle of Dogs, part of the London Docklands. It is served by a railway station on the London Docklands Light Railway network, Heron Quays DLR station, which was moved south after the development was expanded.Three skyscrapers dominate the area: 25 Bank Street, 40 Bank Street and 10 Upper Bank Street. Heron Quays was an area of dockside and warehousing which separated South Dock and Middle (Export) Dock of the West India Docks complex, completed in 1802 to service Britain's rapidly increasing trade with its global empire. However, by the 1970s the area had experienced a decline in industry and was derelict. The nearest London Underground station is Canary Wharf on the Jubilee line and Heron Quays DLR station is a station on the Docklands Light Railway, both stations within Travelcard Zone 2. The Heron Quays area of the Isle of Dogs was one of the first areas of the London Docklands to be redeveloped following the formation of the LDDC by an Act of Parliament in 1980. The western half of the site was redeveloped into 2/3 storey commercial/office units in the mid 1980s, some of which stood partly on piles into the dock. These later became known as the 'Red Sheds'. On 27 June 1982, Brymon Captain Harry Gee landed a De Havilland Canada Dash 7 aircraft on Heron Quay to demonstrate the feasibility of the STOLport project, the forerunner to the London City Airport project. A plaque celebrating this achievement lies above the entrance to the DLR station.The relatively low-key, lower value style of the development in the early days of the LDDC have given way to high value high rise office development and has now become part of the expanded 'Canary Wharf'. The original DLR station built in near isolation was largely demolished and rebuilt to accommodate rapidly increasing passenger numbers and train lengths. Much of the dock to the North of Heron Quays has been filled in to allow for development, including the construction of the Canary Wharf tube station.

Canary Wharf is a Docklands Light Railway (DLR) station in Canary Wharf in East London. Located next to One Canada Square and between two parts of a shopping centre, it serves the Canary Wharf office complex. Each of its three tracks feature platforms on both sides, allowing for easy interchanges and access to surrounding buildings. The station is sheltered by a distinctive elliptical glass roof. The station is located on the DLR between Heron Quays station and West India Quay station. Canary Wharf is presently a terminus for the Stratford-Lewisham Line and services now only run to Lewisham in peak hours. The station is shown on the Tube map as being within walking distance of Canary Wharf Underground station; however, Heron Quays DLR station is indicated as closer by around 50 metres. It is also within walking distance of Canary Wharf station on the Elizabeth line, although West India Quay DLR and Poplar DLR stations are considered to be closer.

West India Quay is an area in the London Docklands, London, England. It is immediately to the north of the West India Docks and Canary Wharf. The warehouse at West India Quay was used to store imported goods from the West Indies, such as tea, sugar and rum, and is now a Grade I listed building.

Heron Quays West is a skyscraper development under construction in Canary Wharf, London. The plan is for two large skyscrapers connected by a large atrium at the base, not unlike the Riverside South development. The site is at the south west of the Canary Wharf site off Bank Street. Developers for the project are the Canary Wharf Group.

20 Bank Street (Heron Quays 1 (HQ1) or the Morgan Stanley Building) is a 14-storey office building in the Canary Wharf development in London, United Kingdom.Completed in 2003, the building was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). It is 68 metres (223 ft) tall with a floorspace of 47,565 square metres (511,990 sq ft). It is the European headquarters of Morgan Stanley, housing equity and fixed income trading floors, investment banking, technology and other support functions.

SS Robin is a 350 gross registered ton (GRT) steam coaster, a class of steamship designed for carrying bulk and general cargoes in coastal waters, and the oldest complete example in the world. One of a pair of coasters built in Bow Creek, London in 1890, the ship was built for British owners, but spent most of her long working life on the Spanish coast as Maria. In 1974 she was purchased for restoration as Robin and is listed by National Historic Ships as part of the National Historic Fleet (the nautical equivalent of a Grade 1 Listed Building). She is situated in the Royal Victoria Dock in east London, opening as the SS Robin museum, theatre and educational centre in 2014.

30 South Colonnade is a commercial building in Canary Wharf, London. It occupies the FC-6 plot from the original Canary Wharf plans. Kohn Pedersen Fox were appointed as architect and the building was completed in 1991. It is 62 metres (203 ft) tall, with a total of 13 floors - a lower ground floor, ground floor, mezzanine level and 10 upper floors. As of December 2020 it is being rebuilt and remodelled with three additional floors, with completion expected in 2022.

It is located at 1 West India Quay, 22 Hertsmere Road, and is named after Canary Wharf where it overlooks West India Dock North. It is operated by Marriott Hotels, and has 301 rooms and 47 serviced apartments. It is owned by the Monaco-based billionaire property developer John Christodoulou.
