Alon HaGalil

Yiftahel (Hebrew: יפתחאל) is an archaeological site located in the Lower Galilee in northern Israel. Various salvage excavations took place here between 1992 and 2008. The best known periods of occupation are the Early Bronze Age I and Pre-Pottery Neolithic B. In the Early Bronze Age village ca. 20 oval and rounded structures were uncovered. This is regarded as the most typical village of its period in the southern Levant. The Pre-Pottery Neolithic B village is characterized by rectangular architecture and plastered floors of burnt limestone. One of the most important processes underway during the Neolithic period was the shift from a hunter-gatherer economy to early agriculture. The finds from Yiftahel shed light on the domestication of both animals and plants. Yiftahel produced over 1,000,000 lentils, an enormous quantity, clearly indicating controlled cultivation. The most important agricultural finding here, however, is the earliest appearance of domesticated fava bean seeds.

HaSolelim (Hebrew: הַסּוֹלְלִים, lit. 'The Road Builders') is a kibbutz in northern Israel. Located near Kiryat Tiv'on, Nazareth and Shefa-'Amr, it falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 989.

Zarzir (Arabic: زرزير, Hebrew: זַרְזִיר), also known as Beit Zarzir, is an Arab local council located 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) west of the city of Nazareth in the Northern District of Israel. In 2021 it had a population of 8,412, consisting of five Bedouin tribes, Mazarib, Grifat, Haib, Jawamis, and Eyadat.

Shimshit (Hebrew: שִׁמְשִׁית) is a secular community settlement in northern Israel. Located to the north-west of Nazareth, it falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 2,481.

Highway 79 is an east-west highway in northern Israel. It crosses the Zevulun Valley and the western Lower Galilee. The road leads from Kiryat Bialik to Mashhad north of Nazareth. It is 27 km long.

Bethlehem of Galilee (Hebrew: בֵּית לֶחֶם הַגְּלִילִית, Beit Lehem HaGlilit; lit. "the Galilean Bethlehem") or Bethlehem-in-the-Galilee is a moshav in northern Israel. Located in the Galilee near Kiryat Tivon, around 10 kilometres north-west of Nazareth and 30 kilometres east of Haifa, it falls under the jurisdiction of the Jezreel Valley Regional Council. As of 2022 it had a population of 824. The modern moshav is located at the site of the ancient Israelite settlement known as Bethlehem of Zebulun or Betlehem Zoria(h). Due to its proximity to Nazareth, one historian believes that it is the Bethlehem where Jesus of Nazareth was born. Aviram Oshri, a senior archaeologist with the Israel Antiquities Authority (IAA), supports this claim, but other researchers at the same institution reject it. The town existed as a Christian settlement in the classic era and was populated during the Middle Ages. It was reestablished as a German Templer Colony in Palestine in the 19th century and turned into a Jewish moshav in 1948.

The National Water Carrier of Israel (Hebrew: המוביל הארצי, HaMovil HaArtzi) is the largest water project in Israel, completed in 1964. Its main purpose is to transfer water from the Sea of Galilee in the north of the country to the highly populated center and arid south and to enable efficient use of water and regulation of the water supply in the country. Up to 72,000 cubic meters (19,000,000 U.S. gal; 16,000,000 imp gal) of water can flow through the carrier each hour, totalling 1.7 million cubic meters in a day.Most of the water works in Israel are integrated with the National Water Carrier, the length of which is about 130 kilometers (81 mi). The carrier consists of a system of giant pipes, open canals, tunnels, reservoirs and large scale pumping stations. Building the carrier was a considerable technical challenge as it traverses a wide variety of terrain and elevations.

Givat Ela (Hebrew: גִּבְעַת אֵלָה, lit. Ela Hill) is a community settlement in northern Israel. Located near Ilut and Zarzir, it falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,887.

Tel Hanaton (Hebrew: תל חנתון; Arabic: تل بدويه, romanized: Tal Badawiye, lit. 'the nomads' tell') is an archaeological tell situated at the western edge of the Beit Netofa Valley, in the western Lower Galilee region of Israel, 2 km south of the Town of Kfar Manda and 1 km northeast of the kibbutz which took its name, Hanaton.

Highway 77 is an east-west highway in northern Israel. It crosses the Lower Galilee in the region of the Beit Netofa Valley. The road leads from the Tel Qashish Interchange nearby Yokneam Illit to Tiberias. It is 48 km long. Its western section, from the Tel Qashish Interchange to the Golani Interchange is a freeway.

Adi (Hebrew: עֲדִי, lit. Ornament) is a community settlement in northern Israel. It is named after the nearby Biblical settlement of Tel Hali (Hali means "ornament" as Adi) in the tribe of Asher, mentioned in Joshua 19:25. Located near Shefa-'Amr, it falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,867.The village was established in 1980 by native born Israelis and immigrants from the Soviet Union as part of the "Lookouts in the Galilee" plan.

Alonei Abba (Hebrew: אַלּוֹנֵי אַבָּא, lit. 'Abba's Oaks') is a moshav shitufi in northern Israel. Located in the Lower Galilee near Bethlehem of Galilee and Alonim, in the hills east of Kiryat Tivon, it falls under the jurisdiction of the Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2022 it had a population of 990. The modern village was founded in 1948 on the site of the historical Arab village of Umm el Amad, later the German Protestant Colony of Waldheim.
