The Taipei Music Center (Chinese: 台北流行音樂中心; pinyin: Táiběi Liúxíng Yīnyuè Zhōngxīn; lit. 'Taipei Popular Music Center') is a performing arts and cultural venue in Nangang District, Taipei, Taiwan.

The Global One (Chinese: 世界明珠) is an under-construction skyscraper complex located in Nangang District, Taipei, Taiwan. The residential and commercial development project launched by Nankang Rubber Tire Corporation and consists of eight buildings, with Towers A and H designated for office use, while Towers B–G serve as residential buildings, with heights of 126.9 m (416 ft), with 27 floors above ground and 4 below ground. The site was originally the location of the company's first factory, designated as industrial land. Through long-term land development and the donation of a portion of the land for the Taipei Music Center, the area was reclassified as residential and commercial land through urban planning adjustments. Construction officially began on November 11, 2019. The development is situated between Section 2 of Nangang Road and Section 8 of Civic Boulevard in Taipei, adjacent to the Taipei Music Center. The construction process of Global One was featured in Discovery Channel’s documentary series Building the Future Metropolis (Chinese: 打造未來之都), which aimed to chronicle the project's progress over four years, with completion initially expected in 2023. The development incorporates high-strength steel SM570M and seismic dampers, with 220 foundation piles extending 15 metres into the bedrock. The structural design includes box-shaped steel columns filled with 10,000-psi concrete, along with high-ductility beam-column connections, reportedly capable of withstanding seismic activity equivalent to the 0.4G safety shutdown threshold of the Lungmen Nuclear Power Plant. In response to Taipei City's Eastern Gateway Development Plan, Nankang Rubber Tire revised its original proposal, which initially included four residential buildings, two office towers, and an international hotel. The final design consists of two office towers and six residential buildings. The project's architectural planning was undertaken by three major architectural firms, while the construction was carried out by Taiwan Kumagai Construction and Kajima Engineering. The exterior design was led by architect Lee Jun-Ping. In 2022, Global One recorded the highest unit price in the district's real estate transactions.

The Taipei Metro Houshanpi station is a station on the Nangang Line located on the border of the Xinyi and Nangang districts, Taipei, Taiwan. It opened for service on 30 December 2000, as part of an eastern extension to Kunyang.

The Diamond (Chinese: 長虹雲端科技大樓) is a 30-storey, 136.2 m (447 ft) skyscraper office building completed in 2021 and located in Neihu District, Taipei, Taiwan. The building serves as the new corporate headquarters of the Taiwanese constructions company Chong Hong Construction Co., Ltd. In December 2023, ADATA opened its new headquarters in the building.

Global Mall Nangang Station (Chinese: 環球購物中心南港車站) is a shopping mall in Nangang District, Taipei, Taiwan that opened on July 26, 2016. With a total floor area of 8,580 m2 (92,400 sq ft), the mall occupies levels B1 and B2 of Ruentex Nangang Station Complex. It is the seventh store of Global Mall.

Songshan (Chinese: 松山; pinyin: Sōngshān) is a railway and metro station in Taipei, Taiwan, served by Taiwan Railways and Taipei Metro. This station connects to the shopping centre at basement 1 and level 1. The station is a planned transfer for the Circular line, where, unlike the Songshan–Xindian line, keeps going straight until it's terminus after Xiangshan station, which could be Sanzhangli station.

Ciyou Temple (Chinese: 松山慈祐宮; pinyin: Sōngshān Cíyòu Gōng) is a prominent Chinese temple in Songshan District, Taipei, Taiwan. The temple is dedicated to the Goddess Matsu. Raohe Street Night Market was located next to this temple as the temple has been a prominent landmark in the area.

The Songshan Bus Station (Chinese: 林口轉運站; pinyin: Línkǒu Zhuǎnyùnzhàn) is a key bus terminal located at the border of Songshan and Xinyi districts in Taipei, Taiwan. The station is adjacent to the Songshan station, which is served by Taiwan Railway and Taipei Metro. Opened on 15 November 2014, the station serves commuters connecting to city and intercity buses.

The Ruentex Nangang Station Complex (Chinese: 潤泰南港車站大樓; pinyin: Rùn tài nángǎng chēzhàn dàlóu) is a set of twin skyscrapers located in Nangang District, Taipei, Taiwan. The buildings are each 138.3 m (454 ft) in height 30 floors above the ground, with a total floor area of 133,751 m2 (1,439,680 sq ft). The towers, designed by the Japanese and Taiwanese architectural teams Nikken Sekkei and An-Hsien Lee Architects & Associates, started construction in 2011 and was completed in 2014.Block A mainly contains offices. Levels 7 to 8 houses OBI Pharma, Inc.; levels 9 to 16 houses HSBC Taiwan and Intel Taiwan branch announced the opening of its new Nangang office on December 4, 2015, which occupies the 17th to 30th floors. On the other hand, Block B houses Courtyard Taipei, which is a Courtyard by Marriott hotel, from the 7th to 30th floors. It has a total of 465 rooms and is one of the top luxury hotels in Nangang. The restaurants include Cantonese cuisine and a lounge bar serving seasonal selection and signature cocktails. The lower floors of the complex houses Nangang station.
