One San Jacinto Plaza (El Paso)

The Reserve Bank of Dallas El Paso Branch is one of three branches of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. The branch is located in downtown El Paso, Texas at 301 E. Main St.

San Jacinto Plaza is a historic park located on the corner of Oregon and Mills in the heart of Downtown El Paso, Texas.

Old Bnai Zion Synagogue, also known as Sunset Palace, is a historic synagogue at 906 N. El Paso Street in El Paso, Texas. It was built in 1916 and added to the National Register in 1984.It served as synagogue from 1912 to 1917, serving El Paso's first Jewish community. It served St. Nicholas Greek Church from 1927 through at least 1934. In 1984 it was serving as a dance studio, Sunset Palace, as well as sometimes as a social center and church.

The Hotel Cortez is a historic eleven-story building in El Paso, Texas. It was built as Hotel Orndorff for Alzina Orndorff DeGroff in 1926, and it was designed by Trost & Trost. It cost $1.4 million to build. Mrs. DeGroff unexpectedly died one month before its completion. It was purchased by the Hussman Hotel Company in 1933, and they renamed it as Hotel Cortez in 1935. It closed down in 1970, and it was remodelled into offices in 1984. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since September 24, 1980. President John F. Kennedy stayed overnight on June 5, 1963. In 1970 it began hosting the El Paso Job Corps Center, by lease with the Department of Labor.

The U.S. Post Office is a historic building in El Paso, Texas. It was built in 1916, and designed in the Beaux Arts architectural style. The lobby is "topped by a massive, paneled, saucer-shaped dome", and the rest of the lobby includes "polished marble" and "huge, rounded, ornamental grills of bronze." The building has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since July 19, 1984.

El Paso (; Spanish: [el ˈpaso] "the pass") is a city in and the seat of El Paso County in the western corner of the U.S. state of Texas. The 2020 population of the city from the U.S. Census Bureau was 678,815, making it the 22nd-largest city in the U.S., the sixth-largest city in Texas, and the second-largest city in the Southwestern United States after Phoenix, Arizona. The city is also the second-largest majority-Hispanic city in the U.S., with 81% of its population being Hispanic, San Antonio being first. Its metropolitan statistical area covers all of El Paso and Hudspeth counties in Texas, and had a population of 868,859 in 2020. El Paso has consistently been ranked as one of the safest large cities in the United States. El Paso stands on the Rio Grande across the Mexico–United States border from Ciudad Juárez, the most-populous city in the Mexican state of Chihuahua with over 1.5 million people. The Las Cruces area, in the neighboring U.S. state of New Mexico, has a population of 219,561. On the U.S. side, the El Paso metropolitan area forms part of the larger El Paso–Las Cruces combined statistical area, with a population of 1,088,420.These three cities form a combined international metropolitan area sometimes referred to as the Paso del Norte or the Borderplex. The region of 2.7 million people constitutes the largest bilingual and binational work force in the Western Hemisphere.The city is home to three publicly traded companies, and former Western Refining, now Marathon Petroleum, as well as home to the Medical Center of the Americas, the only medical research and care provider complex in West Texas and Southern New Mexico, and the University of Texas at El Paso, the city's primary university. The city hosts the annual Sun Bowl college football postseason game, the second-oldest bowl game in the country.El Paso has a strong federal and military presence. William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Biggs Army Airfield, and Fort Bliss are located in the area. Fort Bliss is one of the largest military complexes of the United States Army and the second-largest training area in the U.S. behind nearby White Sands Missile Range. The fort is headquartered in El Paso but a large part of the training area is in New Mexico. Also headquartered in El Paso are the Drug Enforcement Administration domestic field division 7, El Paso Intelligence Center, Joint Task Force North, United States Border Patrol El Paso Sector, and U.S. Border Patrol Special Operations Group. El Paso is a five-time All-America City Award winner, winning in 1969, 2010, 2018, 2020, and 2021, and Congressional Quarterly ranked it in the top-three safest large cities in the United States between 1997 and 2014, including holding the title of safest city between 2011 and 2014.

The Anson Mills Building is a historic building located at 303 North Oregon Street in El Paso, Texas. The building stands on the original site of the 1832 Ponce de León ranch. Anson Mills hired Henry C. Trost of the Trost and Trost architectural firm to design and construct the building. Trost was the area's foremost pioneer in the use of reinforced concrete. Built in 1910–1911, the building was only the second concrete-frame skyscraper in the United States, and one of the largest all-concrete buildings. At 145 feet (44 m), the 12-story Mills Building was the tallest building in El Paso when completed. The architectural firm of Trost and Trost moved its offices to the building upon completion, where they remained until 1920. The Mills family sold the building in 1965. The building stands on a corner site opposite San Jacinto Plaza, with a gracefully curved street facade that wraps around the south and east sides. Like many of Trost's designs, the Anson Mills Building's overall form and strong verticality, as well as details of the ornamentation and cornice, are reminiscent of the Chicago School work of Louis Sullivan. In 1974, the Mills Building's windows were replaced with vertical bands of mirrored glass, radically altering its appearance. The Mills Building was designated as a Texas Historic Civil Engineering Landmark by the American Society of Civil Engineers in 1981.

The White House Department Store and Hotel McCoy is a historic building in El Paso, Texas. It was built in 1912, and designed in the Chicago School style by architect Henry C. Trost of Trost & Trost. The store itself was co-founded in 1900 by Felix Brunschwig and three of his nephews: Myrtil, Gaston and Arthur Clobentz. In 1904, it was incorporated as Felix Brunchswig & Co.. The building was remodelled in 1946-1949 for 1 million dollars. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since September 24, 1980.

The WestStar Tower (alternatively the WestStar Tower at Hunt Plaza) is a high-rise located at 601 North Mesa Street in Downtown El Paso, Texas. It was completed in 2021 and surpassed the Wells Fargo Plaza as the tallest building in El Paso, with a height of 314 ft (96 m). The tower has 20 stories in total. Covering an entire city block, the tower has a ground-level park area, outdoor seating and dining, and about 262,000 square feet (24,300 m²) of Class A+ office space. Alongside this, it also has 13,000 square feet (1,200 m²) of office and retail space on the ground floor. On completion, the building was the first skyscraper above 300 feet built in El Paso for nearly 50 years.

The Martin Building is a historic seven-story building in El Paso, Texas. It is 25.91 metre high. Built in 1916–1917, it was initially an office building for M.D. Roberts and William Martin Banner. From 1950 to 1979, it belonged to the El Paso Electric Company. It was acquired by Lane Gaddy in 2011 and converted into residential apartments in 2016.The building was designed in the Chicago School architectural style by Brauhton and Leibert. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since August 8, 1984.The city of El Paso added a historical plaque in 2018.

The Roberts-Banner Building is a historic building in El Paso, Texas. Old adobe houses were demolished to make room for the construction of this five-story building in 1910. It was built with concrete, and designed by Trost & Trost. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since September 24, 1980.

The Singer Sewing Company Building is a historic building in El Paso, Texas. It was built in 1928 for the Singer Corporation on land formerly owned by Ervin H. Schwartz, Manuel Schwartz and I. Weiss. It was designed in the Spanish Colonial Revival architectural style by Trost & Trost. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since September 24, 1980.
