The Brześć Kujawski Voivodeship (Polish: Województwo brzesko-kujawskie, Latin: Palatinatus Brestensis) was a unit of administrative division and local government in the Kingdom of Poland (later Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth), from the 14th century to the Second Partition of Poland in 1793. It was part of the historic Kuyavia region and the Greater Poland Province. Originally, its name was Brzesc Voivodeship (Województwo brzeskie), but after the 1569 Union of Lublin, it was renamed into Brześć Kujawski Voivodeship, to distinguish it from Lithuanian Brest Litovsk Voivodeship (Polish: Województwo brzesko-litewskie).

Its seat is the town of Brześć Kujawski, which lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-west of Włocławek and 52 km (32 mi) south of Toruń. The gmina covers an area of 150.44 square kilometres (58.1 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 11,066, of which the population of Brześć Kujawski is 4,522, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 6,544.

Brześć Kujawski (Polish pronunciation: [ˈbʐɛɕt͡ɕ kuˈjafskʲi]; Yiddish: Brisk) is a town in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship of Poland. Once a royal seat of Kuyavia, the town has been the seat of one of two small duchies into which Kuyavia had been temporarily divided. As of December 2021, the town has a population of 4,527. It is situated on the Zgłowiączka River.
