Stoke Prior is a village in the civil parish of Ford and Stoke Prior in Herefordshire, England, and is 2 miles (3 km) south-east from Leominster.The village' population is included with Ford and Stoke Prior; at the 2011 census this was 364.Stoke Prior Community Primary School has three classes for children from the ages of 4 to 11. In a 2007 Ofsted inspection, the Overall effectiveness of the school was rated as Grade 1 (Outstanding).At the Stoke Prior Halt railway station, Stoke Prior was served by the now closed Worcester, Bromyard and Leominster Railway.

Eaton Hall is a two-storey building in Leominster in Herefordshire, 1 mile to the south-east of the village church. It was historically sited in the parish of Leominster Out. It was recorded in 1934 as being two-storey, with stone and timber-framed walls and slate and tile roofs. It is Grade II listed.It belonged to the Hackluyt family - John Leland states that William Hackluyt built a house in Leominster, though the existing building seems to date to the mid-1300s. It centred on a great hall with a timber-frame roof and cross-wings at both the east and west ends. Most of the hall survives, including a west solar wing in stone. At an unknown date the hall was divided into two storeys and stone-facings placed on the walls. The buttery wing was extended to the north, probably in the early 1400s and the buttery-wing and screens were later rebuilt, probably in the 18th century. An outbuilding still survived in 1934, formed of a barn and a 17th-century cottage converted into stables.

It rises near Gwaunceste Hill, then flows south-east through Newchuch and Michaelchurch-on-Arrow. It forms a short section of the England/Wales boundary, before flowing into Herefordshire, and through the town of Kington. It proceeds east through Herefordshire, passing Lyonshall, Staunton-on-Arrow, Pembridge, Eardisland, Arrow Green, Monkland, Ivington, Broadward, and has its confluence with the River Lugg south of Leominster, at Stoke Prior. Its tributaries include the Gilwern Brook. Others are the Honey Lake Brook, which passes through Ivington Green and Back Brook which joins the Arrow at The Meetings in Kington.

Blackwardine is a village in Herefordshire, England (at grid reference SO529564), in the parish of Ford and Stoke Prior.It is the site of a Romano-British settlement known as Black Caer Dun. A golden bracelet and ring have been found here, as well as many human remains. An 1885 account notes "broken pieces of pottery were thickly scattered about and in one part of the railway cutting near the surface some 40 or 50 yards (46 m) of charred material 18 inches thick were observed." Blackwardine is where Alfred Watkins first developed his theory of Ley lines on 30 June 1921. The place was excavated the same year.

The village is on the A4112 road, near its junction with the A49 road. The church is dedicated to St James, has 13th-century features and has two Norman windows in the chancel. The spire is shingled.Bath Camp, a small Iron Age hill fort, lies on a ridge above the Whyte Brook about 1.5 miles (2 km) south east of the church.The parish had a population in mid-2010 of 434, increasing to 472 at the 2011 Census.The village has a pub, The Stockton Cross and a Primary School with a separate Early Years nursery on site. There is also a village hall.Kimbolton Chapel (now Kimbolton St James church) is one of the rumoured burial sites for Owain Glyndwr.

Pinsley Mill, also known as Etnam Street Mill, is a former watermill in Leominster, Herefordshire, England. It was one of Leominster's first mills, situated where the Pinsley Brook left the monastic precinct around Leominster Priory, and was mentioned in a lease of 1675 as a "watercorne" mill.At some time between 1744 and 1748 it was reopened by Daniel Bourn as a cotton mill, one of the Paul-Wyatt cotton mills built to house the roller spinning machinery invented by Lewis Paul and John Wyatt, that first enabled the spinning of cotton "without the aid of human fingers". Bourn's mill operated successfully as a mill until 1754, when it was destroyed by fire.The mill was rebuilt and returned to its original function as a corn mill, remaining in use until the Second World War.The mill was vandalised and set alight several times in 2010 – 2013. It was demolished in 2014.
