Wat Florida Dhammaram (Thai: วัดฟลอริดาธรรมมาราม) is a Buddhist monastery in Kissimmee, Florida, established by Lung-po Chaokhun Phra Tepvaraporn (Im Arindhamo) in the mid-1990s.

Old Town is an open-air walking district and entertainment complex, located in Kissimmee, Florida. Operating since December 1986, it is the recreation of a classic Florida town featuring historical architecture and distinctive storefronts with some seventy unique shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, and rides. Following two years of renovations, Old Town celebrated its re-opening in April 2019 with the addition of an 86-foot ferris wheel. Old Town's Cruise and Saturday Classic Cruise, billed as the longest-running weekly car show and cruise in America.

Osceola County Welcome Center and History Museum is in Kissimmee, Osceola County, Florida. It includes the Osceola County Historical Society Museum's local history exhibits as well as Pioneer Village and its 1889 Ross Lanier House, blacksmith shop, one-room schoolhouse, 1882 citrus packing house, general store, and "cracker house" cow camp. The center includes a multi-purpose room with 50 theater style seats and mini-kitchen. The center and museum are operated by Osceola County and the Osceola County Historical Society. Exhibitions feature swamplands, pine flatwoods, oak hammock, and lakefront dioramas with interactive displays and scavenger hunt challenges. A screen room overlook Shingle Creek and it can be accessed outside the museum on the 7.8 acre Mary Kendall Steffee Nature Preserve.

Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites – Waterpark (formerly known as Holiday Inn Family Suites, Nickelodeon Family Suites by Holiday Inn, Nickelodeon Suites Resort, and simply the Nick Hotel) is an all-suite hotel in Orlando, Florida, United States, near the Universal Orlando Resort and one mile from Walt Disney World Resort. It is a Holiday Inn Resort. From 2005 to 2016, the hotel was themed after the cable television channel Nickelodeon.The resort features one-to-three bedroom suites and two waterparks, the Lagoon Pool and Oasis Pool. A "4-D" film theater using SimEx-Iwerks technology, 3,000-square-foot arcade, golf course, multi-level basketball court and family game shows are held at the hotel, and "Nick After Dark" event locations were also previously held at the hotel. The resort formerly contained a shopping area with a Nickelodeon-brand retail shop and a buffet known as the "Nicktoons Café", among other restaurants. Near the entrance of the resort was a time capsule formerly buried outside the former Nickelodeon Studios complex at nearby Universal Studios Florida.Nickelodeon Suites Resort was named one of the AAA's top ten family vacation spots in 2010, and in 2011, the hotel became the first to receive the AHLEI's Certified Guest Service Property Designation.On January 18, 2021, the debranded Holiday Inn Resort filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Plaza del Sol (formerly Osceola Square Mall) is an indoor shopping mall in Kissimmee, Florida, United States. It is the only enclosed shopping center in Kissimmee, with over 50 specialty shops. Major tenants of the mall include Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Ross Dress for Less, dd's Discounts, Burlington, Planet Fitness, and Florida Technical College.

Give Kids The World Village is an 89-acre nonprofit resort in Kissimmee, Florida that provides critically ill children and their families with week-long wish vacations at no cost. Half of all critically ill children eligible for a wish choose to visit Central Florida and its theme parks. Give Kids The World aims to fulfill that wish, providing children and their families with all-inclusive vacations including transportation, accommodations, food, theme park tickets, and entertainment. Give Kids The World has accommodated nearly 177,000 families from all 50 U.S. states and 76 countries throughout its history, and has been given a four-star rating from Charity Navigator for 15 years in a row, a rating in the top 1% of U.S. charities.

The Kissimmee Air Museum was located at the Kissimmee Gateway Airport in Kissimmee, Florida. It housed vintage aircraft from World War II to the Vietnam War including an outdoor showroom. It was a working museum that restored vintage aircraft. In 2021, the Kissimmee Air Museum closed when the associated Warbird Adventures, Inc moved their operation to Ninety Six, South Carolina.When the Flying Tigers Warbird Restoration Museum closed in 2004 due to Hurricane Charley, Warbird Adventures, Inc. saw a need for a museum and opened the Kissimmee Air Museum in 2007.

Lake Calabay is a manmade dredged freshwater lake in the residential community of Hunter's Creek, Florida, just inside the south border of Orange County, Florida. This lake was a somewhat swampy area prior to its construction about 1993. It was built as a feature for the Hunter's Creek development. Three different gated neighborhoods were built around Lake Calabay. To the east and north is Calabay Cove, with 104 homes constructed from 1993 to 1998. On the west is Montara, with twenty-four homes built between 1994 and 1996. On the south is Ashton, with thirty-four homes built between 1996 and 1997.Lake Calabay is of irregular shape, constructed that way so as many homes as possible could border the lake. In three places on the south and west the lake borders Hunter's Creek Boulevard. This roadway serves as a form of dam separating Lake Calabay from two bodies of water on the south and west sides of the lake.There are no swimming areas or boat ramps on Lake Calabay, public or private, and no swimming or boating is allowed. This is a private lake, although the public could reach the shores at three points along Hunter's Creek Boulevard. Also, Calabay Park is located on the east side of the Ashton neighborhood. It borders the lake, but is meant for the use of Hunter's Creek residents and not the general public.

It also acts as the de facto convention center for Osceola County, Florida, until plans for their own dedicated convention center are realized. Gaylord Palms is owned by Ryman Hospitality Properties (formerly known as Gaylord Entertainment Company), and operated by Marriott International. It is a sister hotel to the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, and Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center. It is located at the corner of International Drive South and Osceola Parkway, about 1⁄2 mile (800 m) east of Interstate 4, 1⁄2 mile (800 m) west of the Central Florida GreeneWay, 1-mile (1.6 km) north of US 192 and a few minutes away from Walt Disney World Resort. Gaylord Palms was originally to be named Opryland Hotel Florida. However, when Gaylord Entertainment decided to re-brand their Opryland Hotels division to Gaylord Hotels on October 26, 2001, the name Gaylord Palms was given to the Florida hotel. The 23-acre (9.3 ha) hotel, which opened on November 23, 1983, is among seven hotels that make up the Disney Springs Resort Area. The Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels are located on the property of the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, but are not operated by Disney. The hotel houses 787 standard guest rooms (605 with double-double beds) and 27 suites. Many guest rooms overlook Disney Springs. The Hilton is primarily a business/convention hotel and has 75,000 square feet (7,000 m2) of meeting/banquet space, a landscaped outdoor pool area, a fitness center, game room, several shops and seven restaurants. Every year this hotel hosts the Florida DECA State Career Development Conference. The hotel is the site for regular training by the tax and audit firm KPMG. The Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista was owned by Tishman Hotel Corporation, however, it is managed by the Hilton Hotels Corporation.

It is near the Disney Springs district on Hotel Plaza Boulevard. The resort has 323 rooms, a heated swimming pool and a hot tub. The hotel also has a view of the Disney Springs area and the rest of the Walt Disney World Resort from certain areas of the hotel.
