Mevo Dotan (Hebrew: מְבוֹא דּוֹתָן, lit. 'Dothan's approach') is an Israeli settlement in the West Bank. Located in the south of the Dothan Valley east of Baqa al-Gharbiyye and adjacent to the Palestinian town of Ya'bad, it is organised as a community settlement and falls under the jurisdiction of Shomron Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 509. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.

Seida (Arabic: صيدا) is a Palestinian town in the Tulkarm Governorate in the eastern West Bank, located 20 kilometers northeast of Tulkarm. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, Seida had a population of 3,777 inhabitants in 2017.

Ya'bad (Arabic: يعبد) is a Palestinian town in the northern West Bank, 20 kilometers west of Jenin, in the Jenin Governorate of Palestine. It is a major agricultural town, with most of its land covered with olive groves and grain fields. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the town had a population of 13,640 in 2007 and 16,012 in 2017. Its mayor is Samer Abu Baker who was elected in 2005. The Israeli settlement of Mevo Dotan is built on Ya'bad's land.
