Peristera (Greek: Περιστερά) is a village and a community of the Thermi municipality. Before the 2011 local government reform it was part of the municipality of Vasilika, of which it was a municipal district. The 2011 census recorded 770 inhabitants in the village. The community of Peristera covers an area of 40.208 km2.

Mount Chortiatis or Hortiatis (Greek: Όρος Χορτιάτη, Χορτιάτης), known in Antiquity as Cissus (Ancient Greek: Κισσός) or Kissos, is a mountain in Central Macedonia, Greece. It rises southeast of Thessaloniki, peaking at 1,201 metres. Besides the city of Thessaloniki, there are several suburbs and villages located on the foothills of Chortiatis, most notably Chortiatis and the affluent suburb of Panorama, both of them belonging in the Pylaia-Chortiatis municipality. The mountain's landscape is wooded, with part of these woods making up Thessaloniki's Seich Sou Forest National Park. A fall wind that occurs on the Thermaic Gulf was named after the mountain as well. Mount Chortiatis played a crucial role for the water supply of Thessaloniki from ancient up until modern times. In the late Byzantine period (ca. 1300), the Chortaïtes monastery on the northern slopes of the mountain provided the city and the region east of it with fresh water by an aqueduct whose remains have been partly preserved.

Livadi (Greek: Λιβάδι) is a village in Vasilika, Thermi, Thessaloniki, Greece. It is located at an average elevation of 716 meters above the sea level.

The Chalcidian League (Greek: Κοινόν τῶν Χαλκιδέων, Koinon tōn Chalkideōn, "League of the Chalcidians"), also referred to as the Olynthians or the Chalcidians in Thrace (Χαλκιδεῖς ἐπί Θρᾴκης, Chalkideis epi Thrakēs) to distinguish them from the Chalcidians in Euboea, was a federal state that existed on the Chalcidice peninsula, on the shores of the northwest Aegean Sea, from around 430 BCE until it was destroyed by Philip II of Macedon in 348 BCE.

Agios Vasileios (Greek: Άγιος Βασίλειος) is a village and a community of the Lagkadas municipality in Greece. Before the local government reform of 2011, it was part of the municipality of Koroneia, of which it was a municipal district. The 2011 census recorded 1,309 inhabitants in the village. The community of Agios Vasileios covers an area of 28.271 km2.

Lakkia (Greek: Λακκιά) is a village of the Thermi municipality, northern Greece. The 2011 census recorded 438 inhabitants in the village. Lakkia is a part of the community of Vasilika.

Strepsa (; Greek: Στρέψα) was an ancient city of Mygdonia, Macedon, near Therma, toward Chalcidice. The editors of the Barrington Atlas of the Greek and Roman World, tentatively identify Strepsa with the modern village of Basilika, in the municipality of Pylaia. Strepsa is mentioned by Thucydides (I.61.4). It was a member of the Delian League.

Vasilika (Greek: Βασιλικά) is a community and a municipal unit of the Thermi municipality. Before the 2011 local government reform the municipal unit of Vasilika was an independent municipality, with the respective community being the seat. The 2011 census recorded 4,200 inhabitants in the community and 9,911 inhabitants in the municipal unit. The community of Vasilika covers an area of 56.81 km2 while the respective municipal unit covers an area of 200.336 km2.According to the statistics of Vasil Kanchov ("Macedonia, Ethnography and Statistics"), 2.000 Greek Christians lived in the village in 1900.

Filothei (Greek: Φιλοθέη) is a village of the Thermi municipality, northern Greece. The 2011 census recorded 232 inhabitants in the village. Filothei is a part of the community of Nea Raidestos.

Triadi is a village near Thermi, Thessaloniki regional unit, northern Greece. It belongs in the Municipality of Thermi and it has a population of 600 people.

Exochi (Greek: Εξοχή) is a village and a community of the Pylaia-Chortiatis municipality. Before the 2011 local government reform it was part of the municipality of Chortiatis, of which it was a municipal district. The 2011 census recorded 1,280 inhabitants in the community. The community of Exochi covers an area of 2.575 km2.

Nea Raidestos (Greek: Νέα Ραιδεστός) is a village and a community of the Thermi municipality. The village was settled by Greek refugees from Raidestos (today's Tekirdag, Turkey) after the 1923 Population Exchange. Before the 2011 local government reform it was part of the municipality of Thermi, of which it was a municipal district. The 2011 census recorded 3,869 inhabitants in the village and 4,101 inhabitants in the community. The community of Nea Raidestos covers an area of 14.65 km2.
