Diamond Silk Mill, also known as York Silk Manufacturing Company, is a historic silk mill located at Springettsbury Township, York County, Pennsylvania. It was designed by architect John A. Dempwolf and built about 1900. The mill is a 3 1/2-story, brick building with heavy timber frame trussing on a stone foundation, and measures 50 feet by 300 feet. It has a hipped roof, and features an octagonal 100-foot high smokestack and decorative corbelled brick cornice in the Romanesque Revival style.In 1910, the mill's business had increased such that it was noted by an industry periodical as becoming a full-time operation and hiring additional workers. Silk manufacturing would become one of York's most important industries, feeding Lancaster's manufacture of umbrellas. A decline began with the Great Depression and continued with the introduction of synthetic fibers in the late 1930s, for which most York mills did not have equipment.The mill was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

It was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census.Pleasureville is in central York County, in the northwestern part of Springettsbury Township, 3 miles (5 km) north of York, the county seat. It is bordered to the northwest by Codorus Creek, a northeastward-flowing tributary of the Susquehanna River. Manchester Township is to the northwest across Codorus Creek. The center of the community comprises the Pleasureville Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The district includes 262 contributing buildings in the residential community of East York. The community was laid out in 1903, but the houses primarily built in the 1930s and 1940s. The community includes notable examples of Colonial Revival, Tudor Revival, and Prairie School style dwellings. The district also includes the former school (1912), a three-story Art Deco-style apartment building (1936), and Advent Church.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

The Billmeyer House, also known as York House, is a historic home located at York, Pennsylvania, York County, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1860, and is a three-story, brick Italian Villa style dwelling. It consists of a "head house" with rear wing, and topped by flat roof with a 10 feet square cupola. The interior features a parlor ceiling and walls decorated by noted artist Filippo Costaggini (1839–1904).It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1970.

WellSpan Park is a 7,500-seat baseball park in York, Pennsylvania. It is the home of the York Revolution of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. The park hosted its first regular season baseball game on June 16, 2007, as the Revolution defeated the Newark Bears, 9–6. Located on Codorus Creek, the facility had been in the planning stages since 2003, but local politics and funding temporarily halted the plans. The city of York demolished 20 buildings in the Arch Street neighborhood in June 2006, with construction beginning in September 2006. Due to inclement weather, WellSpan Park opened one month later than originally planned. The naming rights were purchased by Sovereign Bank, a banking institution based in nearby Reading, for $2.7 million over ten years. The name was changed to "Santander Stadium" in October 2013 following the 2009 takeover of Sovereign Bank by Santander Bank. In December 2015, it was announced the park would be known as "PeoplesBank Park" under a new naming rights deal with locally owned PeoplesBank. In February 2023, it was announced the park would be known as WellSpan Park under a new naming rights deal with longstanding sponsor, WellSpan Health, a regional healthcare corporation and leader in orthopedic and sports medicine.WellSpan Park was honored as the "Ballpark of the Year" by the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball following the end of its 2008 regular season. The award recognizes the efforts of the Revolution staff and groundskeepers, judging such criteria as field conditions, stadium operations, cleanliness, and atmosphere.
