St. Luke's Theatre was a 174-seat Off-Broadway theatre at St. Luke's Lutheran Church at 308 West 46th Street, on Restaurant Row, just west of Eighth Avenue in Manhattan's Theater District. Created by then-Pastor Dale Hansen, St. Luke's Theatre came about with the revitalization of Times Square and Restaurant Row. The theatre began operating in the mid 1990s and featured such early hits like Late Night Catechism, starring Maripat Donovan. The theatre is owned by Saint Luke's Lutheran Church and was managed by Entertainment Events in the late 1990s, then by West End Artists from 2006-2020. In March 2020, the theatre was forced to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The church parted ways with the management company, refurbished the space, and created a new non-profit theatre company called Playhouse 46 at St. Lukes, which reopened on April 14, 2022 with its first show, Islander, A New Musical.

The Scene was a nightclub on West 46th Street, Manhattan, New York City operated by Steve Paul between 1964 and 1970. It was notable for historic performances by The Doors and Jimi Hendrix, among many others.

740 Eighth Avenue, also known as The Torch, is a supertall hotel skyscraper under construction in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. It is planned to reach a height of 1,067 feet (325.1 meters) and is expected to be completed in 2027. The 56-story building will incorporate a 260-foot drop tower as well as an observation deck. It is designed by ODA Architects.

Frankie & Johnnie's Steakhouse is a steakhouse and former speakeasy established in 1926, with its flagship location being on West 46th Street in Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan, which is commonly known as Restaurant Row.

47th Street Theatre is an Off Broadway theatre venue at 304 West 47th Street in New York City's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood. Built as Fire Engine Company No. 54 in 1888, it was designed by Napoleon LeBrun & Sons for the New York City Fire Department. It is a New York City designated landmark.The venue has been home to the Puerto Rican Traveling Theater, and in 2007 began showing productions of the Forbidden Broadway series of shows. In June 2017, Spamilton, a parody of the musical Hamilton moved to the theatre from the Triad Theatre.

Barbetta is an Italian restaurant focused on Piemonte cuisine located at 321 West 46th Street (between 8th Avenue and 9th Avenue) on the Theater District's Restaurant Row in New York City. Founded in 1906, Barbetta is one of the city's oldest family-owned Italian restaurants and the oldest restaurant in the Theater District. It holds many other firsts from its food innovations. Barbetta was founded in 1906 by Sebastiano Maioglio and is now owned by his daughter, Laura Maioglio, who took over in 1962.

Joe Allen is an American restaurant known as a Broadway meeting place for working actors, theater staff and fans – very much an industry institution. The restaurant is located at 326 W 46th Street, New York, NY 10036, and was opened in 1965 by a restaurateur of the same name. Joe Allen is known for having its wall lined with posters of Broadway flops such as Laughing Room Only, Moose Murders, and Dance of the Vampires. The restaurant featured in scenes in the films No Way to Treat a Lady (1968) and Woody Allen's Melinda and Melinda (2004). A branch opened in the Les Halles district of Paris in 1972 and UK branch in London's Covent Garden in 1977. Since 2018 these acquired different ownerships but retained the name and, in the case of the London branch, the theatrical atmosphere at a venue 100 metres from its original location. In 2020, in response to the COVID-19 crisis, the LONDON Joe Allen (under temporary closure due to the pandemic) launched a series of three online variety shows in order to raise funds both for the restaurant and the combined theatrical charities Acting For Others. Entitled An Evening At Joe's, the hour long shows, viewable on the Joe Allen YouTube channel, featured songs and sketches from West End and Broadway stars including Derek Jacobi, Chita Rivera, Gary Wilmot, Claire Moore, Sally Ann Triplett and Harriet Thorpe.The restaurateur Joe Allen, who gave the establishment its name, was born on February 20, 1933, and died on February 7, 2021, at the age of 87. He was memorialised with three colourful tributes in The New York Times as a restaurateur of the old school who could usually be seen looking unassuming on a barstool at one of his outlets or another. Once, when asked to explain his success, he cited his diffidence. “Maybe it’s because I don’t inflict myself on the customers,” he said.

The Al Hirschfeld Theatre, originally the Martin Beck Theatre, is a Broadway theater at 302 West 45th Street in the Theater District of Midtown Manhattan in New York City. Opened in 1924, it was designed by G. Albert Lansburgh in a Moorish and Byzantine style and was constructed for Martin Beck. It has 1,404 seats across two levels and is operated by Jujamcyn Theaters. Both the facade and the interior are New York City landmarks. The Hirschfeld's auditorium and stage house share a design for their facade. There is a double-height arcade with cast-stone columns at the base of the theater. The eastern section of the arcade contains the auditorium entrance, the center section includes a staircase with emergency exits, and the western section leads to the stage house. Red brick is used for the upper stories of the facade. Albert Herter, a muralist who frequently collaborated with Lansburgh, oversaw much of the interior design. A square ticket lobby is directly inside the main entrance, leading to a vaulted inner lobby and an "L"-shaped mezzanine lounge. The auditorium is decorated with ornamental plasterwork and contains a sloped orchestra level, a mezzanine level, and a curved sounding board. In addition, there are box seats at the balcony level, near the front of the auditorium. The auditorium has an octagonal ceiling with a multicolored dome. Beck had proposed the theater in 1923, and it opened with a production of Madame Pompadour on November 11, 1924. It was the only theater in New York City to be owned outright without a mortgage. The Beck was used by several theatrical groups in its early years, including the Theatre Guild. After Martin Beck's death in 1940, the theater was managed by his wife Louise Heims Beck. The theater was purchased in 1966 by William L. McKnight of Jujamcyn Theaters, and it hosted several short runs during the 1970s and 1980s. The theater was renamed for Broadway illustrator Al Hirschfeld in 2003. Throughout the years, the theater has staged long-running productions including The Teahouse of the August Moon, Dracula, Into the Woods, Guys and Dolls, and Kinky Boots.

The John Golden Theatre, formerly the Theatre Masque and Masque Theater, is a Broadway theater at 252 West 45th Street (George Abbott Way) in the Theater District of Midtown Manhattan in New York City. Opened in 1927, the Golden Theatre was designed by Herbert J. Krapp in a Spanish style and was built for real-estate developer Irwin S. Chanin. It has 800 seats across two levels and is operated by The Shubert Organization. Both the facade and the auditorium interior are New York City landmarks. The facade is designed in a Spanish style with golden brick, terracotta, and stone. The ground floor, which contains the theater's entrance, is clad in rusticated blocks of terracotta above a granite water table. Above are a set of three double-height arches, as well as two terracotta plaques. The facade is topped by a loggia. The auditorium contains Spanish-style detailing, a large balcony, and a rib-arched ceiling. Due to the theater's small size, it lacks box seats. The balcony, proscenium arch, and exit arches are ornately decorated, with geometric panels and twisting colonettes. The Golden, Majestic, and Bernard B. Jacobs theaters, along with the Lincoln Hotel, were all developed by Chanin and designed by Krapp as part of a theater/hotel complex. The Masque opened on February 24, 1927, and was the second of the three theaters to open. The Shubert family took over the Masque in 1930 but subsequently went into receivership, and producer John Golden leased the theater in 1936. Golden renamed the theater after himself in 1937, and the Shuberts regained full control in 1945. The Golden has mostly remained in legitimate use since then, except from 1946 to 1948, when it was used as a cinema. Over the years, the Golden has largely been used for productions with small casts, as well as revues.

Row NYC Hotel is a hotel in New York City. At 27 stories and 1,331 rooms, it was the largest hotel in Manhattan when it opened on February 13, 1928, as the Hotel Lincoln, one day after the 119th anniversary of the birth of its namesake, Abraham Lincoln. It featured a towering mast on top with neon lettering reading "HOTEL LINCOLN" which was lit on opening day by Governor Al Smith, who pressed a button in Albany to illuminate it. It was originally owned by the Kramer family and then by Maria Kramer, a dancer once married to Max Kramer, until the 1950s.

The Paramount Hotel (formerly the Century-Paramount Hotel) is a hotel in the Theater District of Midtown Manhattan in New York City, United States. Designed by architect Thomas W. Lamb, the hotel is at 235 West 46th Street, between Eighth Avenue and Broadway. The Paramount Hotel is owned by RFR Realty and contains 597 rooms. The hotel building, designed in a Renaissance style, is a New York City designated landmark. The hotel is 19 stories tall and is "H"-shaped in arrangement, with light courts to the west and east. The north and south faces of the hotel contain numerous setbacks. The facade is generally made of brick, stone, and terracotta; most of the decorative detail is concentrated on the south facade, along 46th Street. The hotel building contains a double-height colonnade at street level, as well as several terraces above each of the setbacks. The building has a double-height hip roof flanked by mansard roofs. The basement contains an event venue named Sony Hall, which has historically been used as a nightclub and theater. The double-height lobby's design dates to a 1990 renovation by Philippe Starck. Isidore Zimmer, Samuel Resnick, and Frank Locker developed the hotel from 1927 to 1928. The property went into foreclosure shortly after its completion, and Chase National Bank took over in the 1930s. The Paramount became popular after Billy Rose's Diamond Horseshoe (now Sony Hall) opened in the basement in 1938. When the Diamond Horseshoe closed in 1951, the hotel began to decline, and the property was sold multiple times over the next few decades. Philip Pilevsky and Arthur G. Cohen acquired the hotel in 1986, and Ian Schrager operated it for the next two decades. Starck renovated the hotel from 1988 to 1990, and several renovations have taken place since then. The hotel was sold in 2004 to Sol Melia Hotels and Resorts and Hard Rock Cafe, then in 2007 to Walton Street Capital. In 2011, the hotel was sold to Aby Rosen's RFR Holding.
