The Murray Royal Hospital is a mental-health facility in Perth, Scotland. It is managed by NHS Tayside. The original main building is a Category A listed building.

Ardchoille Lodge is an historic building in Bridgend, Perth and Kinross, Scotland. Located on Strathmore Street, it is a Category C listed building, built in 1851. It was the gatehouse to the 1851-built Ardchoille House.

Bridgend is a village near Perth, Scotland, approximately 0.25 miles (0.40 km) east of the city centre, on the eastern banks of the River Tay. It is in Kinnoull parish. A settlement has existed here since at least the 16th century.The main access roads to Bridgend from the centre of Perth are West Bridge Street (the A85, which crosses Perth Bridge) and South Street (which crosses Queen's Bridge). Due to its location at the bottom of a hill rising to the east, the junction of Main Street and Gowrie Street (known as Bridgend Cross) has become prone to flooding. Torrential rains in July 2011 damaged homes and business after rivers of water flowed down Lochie Brae and Bowerswell Road. After a similar occurrence in September 2015, discussions began about installing flood defences.

Bowerswell (formerly known as Whistlecroft) is an early-19th-century house in Bowerswell Road, Kinnoull, Scotland. It is a Grade B listed building and was the childhood home of Effie Gray; she and John Ruskin were married there in 1848. After World War II the house and surrounding grounds were purchased by Perth Council as a "living" war memorial; the house and 20 cottages in the grounds serve as sheltered housing. The City of Perth Book of Remembrance for WW2 is housed in the building.

Newlands House is an historic building in Bridgend, Perth and Kinross, Scotland. Located on Main Street, it is a Category B listed building, built around 1810.It was originally built for Reverend (d. 1861) and Mrs John Newlands.Five other contemporary properties are located here, one on Main Street and four, which cannot be seen from the street, facing the River Tay and the southern end of the North Inch on the opposite bank. Firstly, on Main Street is Inchbank (Category B listed, built in 1795 by its owner, master stonemason John Gregory). Currently the home of Strang & McLagan Funeral Directors, the building features two pairings of Ionic order columns. Facing the river are: Inveraven (Category B, c. 1810), Riversdale (Category C, c. 1810), Earnoch (Category B, c. 1823) and Springbank (Category B, c. 1823).

Craigievar and Darnick is an historic double villa in Kinnoull, Perth and Kinross, Scotland. Located on Kinnoull Terrace, it is a Category B listed building, built around 1870. The work of architect Andrew Heiton, who lived at the property upon its completion, it is one of five listed properties on the street, denoted by Historic Environment Scotland as items of special interest. Several of the properties appear on maps of Perth from the 1860s. The villa remained in the Heiton family until 1927, when Andrew Granger Heiton's widow, Catherine, sold it.

1 West Bridge Street is an historic building in the Bridgend area of Perth, Scotland. A former tollbooth building, it is a Category C listed building dating to around 1800 and is located on the southern side of the eastern end of Perth Bridge. The part of the building that curved around onto Commercial Street has been demolished.It was one of three toll houses in Perth, the others being on the Edinburgh and Dundee Roads (the latter being the Barnhill Tollhouse). A bye-law on the building's noticeboard specified that locomotives crossing the bridge had to be preceded by a flagbearer. The law was enacted after a locomotive with spiked wheels damaged the road surface.After its original use, it was J. I. Laing's fruiter, fishmonger and poulterer (as of 1911) and J. S. Lees Fish & Poultry Shop later in its life.

It is one of five listed properties on the street, denoted by Historic Environment Scotland as items of special interest. The property was previously known as Murrayville. Several of the properties appear on maps of Perth from the 1860s. Along with the two other listed villas on its (the western) side of the street, it has a gate in the communal boundary wall that runs along a stretch of the Dundee Road to the west; however, the one for Langlands has been filled in.

Designed by David Smart, it is one of five listed properties on the street, denoted by Historic Environment Scotland as items of special interest. Several of the properties appear on maps of Perth from the 1860s. Along with the two other listed villas on its (the western) side of the street, it has a gate in the communal boundary wall that runs along a stretch of the Dundee Road to the west; however, the one for Langlands has been filled in. Witchhill Quarry, which formerly stood on the site of Kinnoull Terrace, was the source of much of the stone used in Perth's buildings from the 19th century onwards.

Kinnoull Parish Church is a Church of Scotland church in the Kinnoull area of Perth, Perth and Kinross, Scotland. A Kinnoull Church appears in documents when it was granted to Cambuskenneth Abbey in 1361. It was rebuilt in 1779 but demolished in 1826 after the completion of a church on the Perth side of the River Tay, which flows a short distance behind the church. Standing on Dundee Road, today's church was built in 1827, but the remains of the earlier 1635 church, which is a scheduled ancient monument, can be seen in its northern wall, which is now part of the enclosure of the family burial ground. Included in the historic designation are the remains of the church, the burial aisle, churchyard and its boundary wall and the gravestones within the churchyard.The church was designed by William Burn.The Kinnoull family's vault is beneath the church floor, and a monument to George Hay, 1st Earl of Kinnoull, is inside the church. It shows Hay "dressed in his Lord Chancellor's robes, standing within an ivy-clad Corinthian portico, with a table on which rests the Great Seal of Scotland. Above is an intricate heraldic panel, supported by fruit, unicorns, shields and spearhead finials."The church's electric organ was unveiled by Dr Albert Lister Peace on 23 April 1896. It was a gift of Mrs Jasmine F. Fuller, of Rosebank. The organ is the work of the Hope–Jones Organ Company of Birkenhead. The organ cases were designed by Perth architect David Smart.
