330 Hudson is a building located at 330 Hudson Street, in the Hudson Square neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. Plans for developing the building began in 2011 when landlord Trinity Real Estate signed a 99-year lease agreement with Beacon Capital Partners. The agreement sought to transform the building into a 350,000-square-foot finished office space, retail space at the base, attracting a variety of commercial tenants. The plans included restoration of the façade of the existing eight-story building and creation of a new eight-story addition.

375 Hudson Street is an 18-story office building located in the West Village, New York City. Commissioned and managed by Hudson Square Properties, 375 Hudson St. was built between 1987 and 1989. It was constructed with steel, and the building's main purpose is to hold office spaces. The office building holds over 1.12 million square feet across 18-floors and is the first LEED Gold certified for environmentally conscious building in New York City.

Choco-Story New York: The Chocolate Museum and Experience with Jacques Torres was a museum of the history of chocolate-making. It was associated with Jacques Torres Chocolate, a chocolate manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer whose flagship store was on the premises. Located in the Hudson Square neighborhood of Manhattan, the museum was in space formerly occupied by the Jacques Torres manufacturing operation, which has since been moved to a much larger space in Brooklyn. The 5,000-square-foot (460 m2) museum displayed artifacts related to the history of making chocolate, such as pottery and knives, going back to the time of the Maya in 3500 BC, as well items used in chocolate's consumption, such as a 1750 cup from Spain made of cocoanut shell and silver. There were also chocolate-making demonstrations and tastings, showing how bon bons and traditional Mexican hot chocolate are made. There was a play area for children where they could dig for chocolate-related "artifacts" or pretend they are running a retail chocolate store and kitchen. Hands-on classes for adults were also available.The idea for the museum was presented to Jacques Torres by Eddy Van Belle, who had previously set up Choco-Story museums in Belgium, France and Mexico. This was the fifth such museum. It opened on March 7, 2017, and closed as of March 1, 2019.

The Houston Street station was a local station on the demolished IRT Ninth Avenue Line in Manhattan, New York City. It had three tracks and two side platforms. It was served by trains from the IRT Ninth Avenue Line. It opened on November 3, 1873 and closed on June 11, 1940. The next southbound stop was Desbrosses Street. The next northbound stop was Christopher Street.

Paradise Garage, also known as "the Garage" or the "Gay-rage", was a New York City discotheque notable in the history of dance and pop music, as well as LGBT and nightclub cultures. The 10,000 square feet (930 m2) club was founded by sole proprietor Michael Brody, and occupied a building formerly located at 84 King Street in the SoHo neighborhood. It operated from 1977 to 1987 and featured notable resident DJ Larry Levan.The Garage is credited with influencing the development of modern nightclubs, and is cited as a direct inspiration for London's Ministry of Sound. Unlike other venues of its time, Paradise Garage promoted dancing rather than verbal interaction, and it was the first to place the DJ at the center of attention. It was known for its enthusiastic-yet-unforgiving nature toward performers. It hosted many notable musicians including Diana Ross and a young Madonna. In 1979, Tim Curry released the album Fearless, containing the single "Paradise Garage", whose lyrics narrate visiting the discotheque.

The Half Note was a jazz club in New York City, New York that flourished in two Manhattan locations – from 1957 to 1972 in SoHo (then known as the Village) at 289 Hudson Street at Spring Street and from 1972 to 1974 in Midtown at 149 West 54th Street, one block west of the Museum of Modern Art.

The New York City Fire Museum is a museum dedicated to the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) in the Hudson Square neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. It is housed in the former quarters of the FDNY's Engine Company No. 30, a renovated 1904 fire house at 278 Spring Street between Varick and Hudson Streets. The museum cares for over 10,000 objects as well as an archive of records, ephemera and photographs estimated in the tens of thousands of pieces celebrating the history of the fire service and the FDNY. Examples of modern-day firefighting equipment, as well as a permanent memorial to the 343 members of the FDNY who died at the World Trade Center site after the September 11 attacks, are also on permanent display at the museum. In November 2015 the museum was granted an Absolute Charter by the Board of Regents of the New York State Department of Education. The entity that runs the museum is classified as a 501(c)(3) organization.

Hudson Square is a neighborhood in Lower Manhattan, New York City, approximately bounded by Clarkson Street to the north, Canal Street to the south, Varick Street to the east and the Hudson River to the west. To the north of the neighborhood is Greenwich Village, to the south is TriBeCa, and to the east are the South Village and SoHo. The area, once the site of the colonial property named Richmond Hill, became known in the 20th century as the Printing District and later as West SoHo, and into the 21st century it remains a center of media-related activity, including in advertising, design, communications, and the arts.Within the neighborhood is the landmarked Charlton–King–Vandam Historic District, which contains the largest concentration of Federalist and Greek Revival style row houses built during the first half of the 19th century. The most prominent feature within the neighborhood is the Manhattan entrance to the Holland Tunnel. The current tallest structure in the neighborhood is the Dominick condo hotel.

The James Brown House is a historic building in the Hudson Square neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. It was built in the late 18th century. Today, it is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and is a New York City designated landmark. It is one of the few existing examples of Federal architecture in New York. Its ground level is the site of The Ear Inn, one of the oldest existing taverns in New York City.

Urban Glass House is a condominium building designed by American architect Philip Johnson located in the Hudson Square neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. Completed in 2006, it was Johnson's final project, as he did not live to see construction finished. The building's name is a reference to Johnson's earlier Glass House, located in New Canaan, Connecticut, although the urban building bears little resemblance to the original. The interiors were designed by Annabelle Selldorf, an American designer and architect. The building saw a downturn in sales after the construction of a New York City Department of Sanitation garage across the street was announced in 2007.

City Winery is a winery, restaurant, music venue and private event location in Hudson Square, New York City. Other locations include Atlanta, Chicago, Nashville, Boston, Washington D.C., and Philadelphia. Satellite locations are sited in Chicago and New York City. A location in Montgomery, New York, at former textile mill, the first one outside a major city, was also planned for 2018.Founded in 2008 by chief executive officer Michael Dorf, the venue has hosted gigs by Graham Nash, Norah Jones, Lee Ann Womack and Graham Parker. Recently, John Mulaney performed a several-week-long stretch of stand-up shows at City Winery in New York City, Mulaney's first shows since leaving rehab in early 2021. It runs a set of free early evening weekday gigs for local musicians. Each City Winery location is a fully functioning urban winery, importing grapes from all over the world to create unique locally made wines. Shlomo Lipetz, also a member of Team Israel at the World Baseball Classic in March 2017, serves as the vice president of programming, and books music for their five locations. Lipetz began working at City Winery in 2008 with its founding.
