The Colleges of Medicine of South Africa (CMSA) is the custodian of the quality of medical care in South Africa. It is unique in the world in that its 29 constituent Colleges represent all the disciplines of medicine and dentistry. Rondebosch Common is an open common of about 40 hectares (100 acres) in Rondebosch, Cape Town in South Africa. A common is defined as "A piece of open land for public use, esp. in a village or town." It contains one of the few surviving pockets of the critically endangered “Cape Flats Sand Fynbos” vegetation type, which exists nowhere else in the world.

Rustenburg Girls' High School and Rustenburg Girls' Junior School are two separate public schools with a shared history, originating in the suburb of Rondebosch in Cape Town, South Africa. Rustenburg was founded in 1894 and divided into separate junior and high schools in 1932.

Bishops Diocesan College (commonly known as Bishops) is a private, English medium, boarding and day high school for boys situated in the suburb of Rondebosch in Cape Town in the Western Cape province of South Africa. The school was established on 2 October 1849 by the Anglican Bishop of Cape Town.

Rosebank is one of the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa, located between the suburbs of Mowbray and Rondebosch.

Onze Molen is a mill in Durbanville near Cape Town in South Africa. The mill was built between 1837 and 1842 at the Johannesfontein farm. In 1984 the mill was restored by the Natal Bouvereniging. A year earlier, the mill was added to the monument list. An article in the newspaper Die Burger of 4 May 1996 criticized the restoration as historically incorrect. A certain James Walton states that the restorers were after a copy of Mostert's mill than on a restoration of the original. In 1999, a plan to get the mill working again was rejected. Locally, the mill is also known as Die Ou Meul. The Afrikaans word for mill is meul. Nevertheless, the building is called Onze Molen in official documents, after the original Dutch spelling.

Mowbray is one of the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa and lies on the slopes of Devil's Peak. Mowbray is at a junction of several major Cape Town highways and has an important multi-modal public transport interchange at Mowbray railway station. Its original name was Driekoppen ("Three heads" in Dutch).

Pinelands railway station is a Metrorail station situated on the western edge of Pinelands, a suburb of Cape Town, South Africa. It is served by trains on the Cape Flats Line and the Central Line. Cape Flats Line trains travel from Cape Town through Pinelands and Athlone to Retreat. Central Line trains travel from Cape Town through Pinelands and Langa to Mitchell's Plain, Khayelitsha and Bellville. The station has four tracks accessible through two island platforms. The station building is elevated above the tracks and platforms. A parking lot is situated on the eastern side of the tracks.

Rondebosch Park is a park in Rondebosch, Cape Town, South Africa. It is located on the corner of Campground Road and Sandown Road. The park is laid out with avenues of trees, and is used for regular craft markets and a Potter's Market held twice a year, usually on March and November. The park was originally owned by the Rondebosch and Mowbray municipalities and is subsidized by the local government.

Rosebank railway station is a Metrorail station on the Southern Line in Rosebank, a suburb of Cape Town. It is located between Main Road and Liesbeek Parkway; on the west side it is accessible from Ryan Road and Hope Road, while on the east side it is accessible from Lower Nursery Road. Rosebank is the closest railway station to the main campus of the University of Cape Town, being located only 300 metres (1,000 ft) from the university's Jammie Shuttle bus stop at Tugwell Hall residence. The station was renovated in 2015. The station has two high-level side platforms, connected by a pedestrian subway under the tracks. In normal operation, Platform 1 (the western platform) is used for trains travelling towards Cape Town, while Platform 2 (the eastern platform) is used for trains travelling towards Simon's Town.

Mowbray railway station is a Metrorail station on the Southern Line, serving the suburb of Mowbray in Cape Town. The station has three tracks, served by a side platform and an island platform; the station building is at ground level on the western side of the tracks. Adjacent to the station is a major bus station of the Golden Arrow Bus Services and a large minibus taxi rank; Mowbray is the western end of the Klipfontein Road transport corridor to the Cape Flats.
