Rivanna Subdivision Trestle

Brown's Island is an artificial island on the James River in Richmond, Virginia, formed by the Haxall Canal. Part of the city's James River Park, it is the popular venue of a large number of outdoor concerts and festivals in the spring and summer, such as the weekly Friday Cheers concert series or Dominion Riverrock. The Rivanna Subdivision Trestle crosses over the island.

Riverfront Plaza is twin-tower office building complex in the downtown area of Richmond, Virginia. Built from 1988 to 1990 on the former site of the Old Mansion Coffee Co., it was developed as a joint venture of the law firm Hunton & Williams (now Hunton Andrews Kurth), which still occupies most of the east tower; the Daniel Corporation; and Wheat, First Securities.The complex was purchased in 2015 by Hertz Investment Group from Hines Interests Limited Partnership, who owned it since 2006.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond is the headquarters of the Fifth District of the Federal Reserve located in Richmond, Virginia. It covers the District of Columbia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and most of West Virginia excluding the Northern Panhandle. Branch offices are located in Baltimore, Maryland and Charlotte, North Carolina. Thomas I. Barkin became president of the Richmond Fed following the retirement of Jeffrey M. Lacker in April 2017. The previous president, J. Alfred Broaddus, retired in 2004.

The Central Office District is the central business district for Downtown Richmond, Virginia. The district contains a majority of the city core, with several high rises situated in this region of the city. The District houses the Richmond Federal Reserve Bank, Dominion Virginia Power's corporate headquarters, Kanawha Plaza and the Virginia Tourism Corporation. U.S. Route 60 (South 9th Street) is the main street through the district.

Manchester Bridge in Richmond, Virginia carries U.S. Route 60 across the James River. Its length is 2,906 feet (886 m), and it is unusually wide at 110 feet (33.5 m). This is due to a requirement in the Richmond-Manchester merger agreement of 1910 that a free pedestrian bridge be always provided between the two former cities. (The only other highway and pedestrian bridge between the cities at the time of the merger negotiations was a toll bridge, long a grievance of citizens of Manchester in particular.) The pedestrian walkway of the Manchester Bridge is located in the center, to afford access at the south end via stairs under the roadway without crossing heavy traffic lanes which are not signalled at that location. The north end has traffic signals for pedestrians to cross traffic lanes.

The Gallego Flour Mills was a flour mill located in Richmond, Virginia, United States. Founded by Joseph Gallego in the 1790s, the mill gained international reputation for the superior type of flour that was shipped from there to Europe and South America. Further, the mills became iconic image of the defeated south after Matthew Brady shot a photo of the Mills after much of the city burned in 1865.At the time of their destruction, they were the largest of their kind in the world.

Deep Run Baptist Church is a Baptist church located in Western Henrico County, Virginia.

First National Bank Building (also known as the Old First and Merchants National Bank Building and BB&T Bank Building) is a historic bank and high-rise office building located at 823 East Main Street in Richmond, Virginia. It was designed by architect Alfred Bossom and built in 1912–1913. It is a 19-story, four bay by five bay, Classical Revival style steel frame building clad in brick, limestone, and granite. The building features rich architectural ornament that follows the Corinthian order both within and without. It was the first high-rise office tower to be built in Richmond. The First & Merchants Bank would eventually become Sovran Bank. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. It is located in the Main Street Banking Historic District.

Virginia Mutual Building, also known as the Virginia Trust Company Building, is a historic bank building located in Richmond, Virginia. It was designed by architect Alfred Bossom and built in 1920–1921. It is a six level, Classical Revival style building constructed of white granite with terra cotta ornament. The front facade is in the form of a Roman triumphal arch, reminiscent of the Arch of Titus, with an overall height of 91 feet. The building is occupied by the Tredegar Trust Company. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.

Stearns Iron-Front Building, also known as the Stearns Block, is a historic commercial building located in Richmond, Virginia. It was built in 1869, and is a four-story, 14 bay, brick building with a cast iron front. The building measures 107 feet (33 m) wide by 64 feet (20 m) deep.Richmond Unionist Franklin Stearns acquired what had once been the Planters Bank Building on Main Street after the American Civil War. In 1868 he erected rental housing and commercial office space, which was nicknamed the "Stearns block." The city's circuit court was held there beginning in 1870. His grandchildren's estate sold the property in 1923; the remaining iron front was noted in the Historic American Buildings Survey. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970.

Branch Building, also known as the Virginia Fire and Marine Insurance Company, is a historic commercial building located in Richmond, Virginia. It was built about 1886, and is a four-story, four bay, brick building with a cast iron front. The building measures 26 feet wide by 140 feet deep.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970.

SunTrust Center (currently being renamed under the Truist name) is a 26-story office building in Richmond, Virginia. It is the second tallest building in Richmond, and the fourth tallest in Virginia. Construction costs were relatively high due to being clad in granite.
