Thompson's Station is a town in Williamson County, Tennessee. The population has grown from 2,194 at the 2010 Census to 7,485 in the 2020 Census. Several locations in Thompson's Station listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places include the Jacob Critz House and the Thomas L. Critz House, Thompson's Station Bank, John Neely House, James P. Johnson House, Homestead Manor and James Giddens House.

Thompson Station Bank is a property in Thompsons Station, Tennessee, United States, with historical significance during period 1913–1927. The bank opened in 1913 but only lasted 13 years, and closed in 1927.The building, built in 1913, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 1988. When listed the property included one contributing building, and one contributing structure.The building is brick.

Homestead Manor is a property in Thompson Station, Tennessee that dates from 1809 and that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.It includes Georgian architecture.It has been operated as a restaurant in recent years. There is a 50-acre conservation easement.

The Spencer Buford House is a property in Thompsons Station, Tennessee, United States, that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. The main house was built about 1813. The property is also known as Roderick, in honor of the horse Roderick, a favorite horse of Confederate cavalry and irregular forces Nathan Bedford Forrest.: 25 It was a two-story brick side Side passage plan farmhouse built c.1820. It is unusual in Williamson County for the side passage plan. Its "doorway displays excellent Federal detailing." It was built of bricks made by slaves in kiln on the farm.Besides the house the property included one non-contributing building. The listing was for an area of 6.4 acres (2.6 ha).The property was covered in a 1988 study of Williamson County historical resources.In November 2015 the house was evaluated as having lost its historic integrity, because it had been altered with "unsympathetic" additions that subsumed much of the original house, and yet lost the interior details in the original portion retained.It was removed from the National Register in 2015.

The James Giddens House is a property in Thompsons Station, Tennessee, United States, that dates from c.1900 and that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. It has also been known as Moss Side Farm. It includes Classical Revival architecture. When listed the property included two contributing buildings and two contributing structures on an area of 4.6 acres (1.9 ha).The NRHP-eligibility of the property was covered in a 1988 study of Williamson County historical resources.

The John Neely House is a property in Thompsons Station, Tennessee dating from c. 1810 that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. The property has also been known as Hilltop Manor.The NRHP eligibility of the property was addressed in a 1988 study of Williamson County historical resources.

The Thomas L. Critz House, built c.1887, is a historic Italianate style house in Thompsons Station, Tennessee that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. It is a two-story frame residence with a Central passage plan. It has a one-story porch with square chamfered columns.When listed the property included one contributing building and one non-contributing site, on an area of 5.9 acres (2.4 ha). According to a 1988 study of Williamson County historical resources:Outside of Franklin, relatively few large brick and frame residences were built in the county. Notable exceptions include the Italianate style John Hunter House and Andrew Vaughn House. The Owen-Cox House on Moores Lane was also remodeled into an Italianate design during this period. One of the most significant houses built in the county after the war was the Y.M. Rizer House constructed on Del Rio Pike. Built ca. 1875, the house is a combination of Italianate and Second Empire detailing and is unique in the county. Important Italianate design frame dwellings built in the 1870s include the Henry Pointer House, Jordan-Williams House, the James Wilhoite House and the Thomas Critz House.: 31

When listed the property included one contributing building, one non-contributing building, and one non-contributing structure, on 1.7 acres (0.69 ha). The property was covered in a 1988 study of Williamson County historical resources.The home was likely leased in 1866 by carpetbagger James Wood King in his attempt to raise cotton in the south after the American Civil War.

The James P. Johnson House is a building and property in Thompsons Station, Tennessee, dating from 1854. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1988. It has also been known as Laurel Hill. It includes Greek Revival and Central passage plan and other architecture.The house is notable for its association with the Laurel Hill Stock Farm, a famous livestock farm founded in the 1830s by Thomas Johnson, which was later inherited by his son, James P. Johnson, in 1853. During the 1850s the Laurel Hill Stock farm was expanded to over 500 acres and became known as one of the best livestock breeding farms in middle Tennessee.
