St Thomas's Church in Marlborough Street, Dublin was a Church of Ireland parish church. It was replaced by a new church, St. Thomas's Church, Cathal Brugha Street, Dublin, in 1930.

Parnell is a stop on the Luas light-rail tram system in Dublin, Ireland. It opened in 2017 as a stop on Luas Cross City, an extension of the Green Line through the city centre from St. Stephen's Green to Broombridge and is sometimes the northern terminus for many services. It is located on Parnell Street between the intersections with O'Connell Street and Marborough Street, near the Parnell Monument and provides access to the Gate Theatre, the James Joyce Centre, the Hugh Lane Gallery, the Dublin Writers Museum, and Mountjoy Square.

The Carlton Cinema is a former cinema, located on O'Connell Street in Dublin, Ireland opposite the Savoy Cinema. The cinema opened on 16 April 1938 with the first film, The Awful Truth.

The James Joyce Centre is a museum and cultural centre in Dublin, Ireland, dedicated to promoting an understanding of the life and works of James Joyce.The centre is situated in a restored 18th-century Georgian townhouse at 35 North Great George's Street, Dublin, dating from a time when north inner city Dublin was at the height of its grandeur. It was previously owned by the Earl of Kenmare, and a Denis Maginni, who was featured in Ulysses. On permanent exhibit is furniture from Paul Leon's apartment in Paris, where Joyce wrote much of Finnegans Wake, and the door to the home of Leopold Bloom and his wife, Molly, number 7 Eccles Street, one of the more famous addresses in literature, which had been rescued from demolition by John Ryan. The centre does not host a significant permanent collection beyond the furnishings, but temporary exhibitions interpret various aspects of Joyce's life and work, and the centre organises lectures and literary walking tours, and the annual Bloomsday Festival, in Dublin. It also promotes other Joycean events, such as community Bloomsday events.

Parnell Street (Irish: Sráid Pharnell) is a street in Dublin, Ireland, which runs from Capel Street in the west to Gardiner Street and Mountjoy Square in the east. It is at the north end of O'Connell Street, where it forms the south side of Parnell Square.
