Dallas Museum of Art

The Crow Museum of Asian Art is a museum in downtown Dallas, Texas, dedicated to celebrating the arts and cultures of Asia including China, Japan, India, Korea, Nepal, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar and the Philippines, from ancient to the contemporary. The Crow Museum opened to the public on December 5, 1998, as a gift to the people and visitors of Dallas from Mr. and Mrs. Trammell Crow. The museum is a member of the Dallas Arts District. The interior was designed by Booziotis and Company Architects of Dallas.

Opened in 2003, the Nasher Sculpture Center is a museum in Dallas, Texas, that houses the Patsy and Raymond Nasher collection of modern and contemporary sculpture. It is located on a 2.4-acre (9,700 m2) site adjacent to the Dallas Museum of Art in the Dallas Arts District.

In the past, the company was owned by american oil tycoon Haroldson Lafayette Hunt.It also participates in liquefied natural gas production projects in Yemen (Yemen LNG) and Peru (Peru LNG).Together with Magnum Hunter Resources Corp., the company drills wells in the Eagle Ford Shale Play, located in the Western Gulf Basin in South Texas. Hunt Oil is one of the largest privately held companies in the United States, with $4 billion in 2013 revenues. It is one of several Hunt companies active in energy, real estate, investments, ranching and infrastructure. In 2007 Hunt Oil signed a production sharing contract with the Kurdistan Regional Government to engage in oil and gas exploration and extraction.

Trammell Crow Center is a 50-story postmodern skyscraper at 2001 Ross Avenue in the Arts District of downtown Dallas, Texas. With a structural height of 708 ft (216 m), and 686 ft (209 m) to the roof, it is the sixth-tallest building in Dallas and the 18th-tallest in the state. The tower was designed by the architecture firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, and has a polished and flamed granite façade, with 1,200,000 sq ft (110,000 m2) of office space. It was originally built as the new headquarters of LTV (Ling-Temco-Vought) which had outgrown its previous headquarters at 1600 Pacific Tower. Trammell & Margaret Crow Collection of Asian Art, an arts venue showcasing artwork owned by the Crows, is at the building's base. The building underwent widescale renovations, beginning in 2017, to attract a newer workforce and update amenities, including over 20,000 new square feet of retail space, a conference center and gym on the bottom two floors. This renovation is being undertaken by Stream Realty.

The Dallas Cotton Exchange Building was a 17-story tan brick and concrete building on the corner of North St. Paul and San Jacinto Streets in downtown Dallas, Texas. It was built in 1926 and was for decades Dallas' second-tallest, as the city was growing into the largest inland cotton market in the U.S. By 1971, though the city had become the financial capital of the cotton industry, the exchange housed more Baptists than brokers because of offices rented to nearby First Baptist Church. By 1987 the building sat vacant.

Museum Tower is a 42-story, 170 m (560 ft) skyscraper in the arts district of Dallas, Texas. Completed in January 2013, the building is the tallest new structure to be built in the city in recent years, and is now the second-tallest all-residential building in Dallas, behind Gables Republic Tower.

Klyde Warren Park is a 5.2-acre (2.1 ha) public park in Downtown Dallas, Texas. The park is over the Woodall Rodgers Freeway, and opened in 2012. It is named for Klyde Warren, the young son of billionaire Kelcy Warren who donated $10 million to the development of the park. The urban park is open to the public, but is operated by the private Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation. Unlike other public parks within the city, Klyde Warren Park has operating hours from 6am to 11pm.

First Baptist Dallas is a Southern Baptist megachurch located in Dallas, Texas. It was established in 1868 and, as of 2018, has a congregation of about 13,000. In 2017, weekly attendance for worship services was reported around 3,700 and online attendance was over 10,000 The church, considered influential among evangelical Christians in the United States, also owns and operates a school, several radio stations, and Dallas Life, a mission for the homeless on the southern edge of Downtown Dallas. The current pastor is Dr. Robert Jeffress.

Ross Tower is a 45-story high-rise in Downtown Dallas, Texas. Originally named Lincoln Plaza, the building was renamed to Ross Tower in September 2013. The building rises to a height of 579 feet (176 m) and was completed in 1984. Currently, it is the 14th-tallest building in the city.

717 Harwood is a skyscraper in Downtown Dallas, Texas. The building rises 481 feet (147 meters). It contains 34 floors, and was completed in 1980. 717 Harwood currently stands as the 22nd-tallest building in the city. The building is well known for its sloping exterior glass walls, which slant inward from the building's top floor to ground level. 717 Harwood is owned by SKW Funding, a New York-based real estate investment firm.The building formerly housed the Dallas offices of KPMG, until their move in 2015 to the new KPMG Plaza tower.717 Harwood is home to the headquarters of HilltopSecurities which is a subsidiary of Hilltop Holdings Inc. Other tenants include Active Network, Lanyon and Omnitracs, and HOK.

The Alfred Horatio Belo House is a historic mansion in Dallas, Texas, USA. It was built for Colonel Alfred Horatio Belo, a veteran of the Confederate States Army and founder of The Dallas Morning News, circa 1900. It remained in the Belo family until 1977, when it was acquired by the Dallas Bar Association.
