The Basilica Minore de San Pedro Bautista (Minor Basilica of Saint Pedro Bautista), also known as the San Francisco del Monte Church and alternatively as Santuario de San Pedro Bautista, is a minor basilica and parish church in the San Francisco del Monte district of Quezon City, Philippines. It is one of the oldest churches in the country and the oldest in the city, having been founded in 1590. The church is dedicated to its founder Padre Pedro Bautista, a Spanish missionary from Ávila, Spain, one of the 26 Christians martyred in Japan in 1597. The shrine belongs to the Diocese of Cubao under the Vicariate of Saint Pedro Bautista. It is also under the administration of the Franciscans or the Order of Friars Minor (OFM), from the Franciscan Province of Saint Pedro Bautista. The parish covers six barangays, namely: Damayan, Del Monte, Mariblo, Paraiso, Sta. Cruz, and Talayan. It is bounded by Pat Senador St. to the west, Quezon Avenue to the east, Araneta Avenue to the south, and Judge Juan Luna Street to the north.

The Iglesia Ni Cristo Locale of San Francisco del Monte (Filipino: Lokal ng San Francisco del Monte) or Frisco is a chapel of the Philippine-based Christian sect, the Iglesia ni Cristo. Located along Del Monte Avenue, San Francisco del Monte, Quezon City, it was completed on July 27, 1962, and was dedicated by Brother Felix Y. Manalo. The locale congregation was the first to be established in the newly created Quezon City in 1937. Currently, It is the home of the baptistry for the Quezon City Ecclesiastical District. Built by architect, Carlos A. Santos-Viola for growing brethren of Barrio San Francisco del Monte, Manresa, and New Sta. Mesa. The church administration decided to build a huge house of worship in 1962. This concrete chapel, was built to replace the wood and iron chapel which seats 250. The design of the chapel is Art-Deco fused with Neo-Gothic and Romanesque details.It was the site of funeral rites of Brother Felix Manalo in 1963, which were attended by over 2 Million brethren before Brother Manalo's remains buried in mausoleum in old central office in San Juan. In the film Felix Manalo, the funeral scene was depicted at this house of worship, as it happened in 1963. It was refurbished in 2007 to upgrade the interior design which is standard for the new chapels of the church, which most of the previous design are retained. The aging pews of the chapel were replaced with newer ones. The choir loft was renovated, installed LED covelights and was expanded. The floor was replaced with low-maintenance Granite Tiles from Italy. The lobby was also renovated and expanded to accommodate more worshipers and guests.

Neighboring barangays include Mariblo, Paraiso, Paltok, Talayan, Sto. Domingo, Paligsahan, West and South Triangles under the first and fourth Legislative districts in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Its barangay hall is located near Mariblo bridge, separating the area with Barangay Mariblo.

Fernando Poe Jr. Avenue (also referred to as FPJ Avenue and still commonly referred as its former name Roosevelt Avenue) is the principal north–south tertiary road serving the San Francisco del Monte district (colloquially known as Frisco) of Quezon City, Philippines. It runs with a length of 2.871 kilometers (1.784 mi) between Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) to the north and Quezon Avenue to the south. The avenue is named after Fernando Poe Jr., a renowned actor and National Artist of the Philippines. As Roosevelt Avenue, it was named after United States president Franklin D. Roosevelt.The avenue and the adjacent area are also referred to by local residents as Muñoz, being the site of a popular wet market, the Muñoz Market, located at the corner of FPJ Avenue and EDSA. The market was named after its owner Demetrio Muñoz, a philanthropist, businessman and a presidential adviser during the term of Diosdado Macapagal from the province of Pampanga. At the opposite end of FPJ on Quezon Avenue is Fisher Mall, a commercial establishment built on the land that used to be the main terminal of the Pangasinan Transportation Company (PANTRANCO) that went bankrupt in 1993. FPJ Avenue is also home to the former transmitter of Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation (IBC).

Manuel L. Quezon Avenue, more often called as Quezon Avenue, or simply Quezon Ave (pronounced: Ke-zon-Av), is a 7.1-kilometer (4.4 mi), six-to-fourteen lane, major thoroughfare in Metro Manila named after President Manuel Luis Quezon, the second president of the Philippines. The avenue starts at the Quezon Memorial Circle and runs through to the Mabuhay Rotonda near the boundary of Quezon City and Manila. It is one of the most comfortable roads in Quezon City, lined with palm trees on its center island. Many government and commercial buildings line the road. At its north end, the Triangle Park, one of Quezon City's Central Business District, is the third most important industrial center in the city. At its south end, it connects Quezon City to the Philippine's capital – Manila connecting with Eulogio Rodriguez Sr. Avenue. It is a regular route for vehicles from Quezon City leading to Manila, as the highway provide access to Quiapo and the University Belt.

Santo Domingo Church, formally known as the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary (Spanish: Santuario Nacional de Nuestra Señora del Santísimo Rosario; Filipino: Pambansang Dambana ng Mahal na Birhen ng Santo Rosaryo), is the largest church in Metro Manila and one of the biggest churches in Asia. It is dedicated to Mary, mother of Jesus under her title Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary. This is the sixth church complex that has served as the motherhouse or headquarters of the Dominican Order of the Philippines. The Dominicans were one of the "pioneering missionaries" of the Philippines. The motherhouse was transferred to the Quezon City location after the Manila location was destroyed during World War II in the Philippines.
