Guilin Road station

Guilin Park (simplified Chinese: 桂林公园; traditional Chinese: 桂林公園; pinyin: Guìlín Gōngyuán) is an interchange station between Line 12 and Line 15 on the Shanghai Metro and opened on 19 December 2015. It became an interchange station between Line 12 and Line 15 with the opening of the latter line on 23 January 2021.

Wuzhong Road (simplified Chinese: 吴中路; traditional Chinese: 吳中路; pinyin: Wúzhōng Lù) is a metro station on the Line 15 of the Shanghai Metro. Located south of the intersection of Guilin Road and Wuzhong Road in Minhang District, Shanghai, the station was scheduled to open with the rest of Line 15 by the end of 2020. However, the station eventually opened on 23 January 2021 following a one-month postponement. The station is located in between Yaohong Road to the north and Guilin Road to the south. This is the Only Station on Line 15 where there are lights in the ceiling and the sign is white instead of black.

Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital (Chinese: 上海市第六人民医院) is a teaching hospital in Shanghai, China, affiliated with the School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The hospital was constructed beside Dishui Lake in Nanhui New City, near the Shanghai Free Trade Zone (Yangshan Area), covering an area of approximately 72,000 square metres (780,000 sq ft). It attained the rank of "Grade 3, Class A", and belongs to Shanghai Health Care Bureau. It was founded as part of the China Inland Mission by Paul E. Adolph. The hospital employs 653 medical staff including 218 doctors. The hospital has 600 standard beds, and comprises 33 clinical departments and 9 technical departments. It is the home to SJTU 6th clinical medical school, Shanghai Limbs Microsurgery Institute, and Shanghai Diabetes Institute. It is a teaching hospital of SJTU, Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine University, and Soochow University. On 26 September 2009, the hospital began a major reconstruction, and reopened on 26 October 2016.

Gubei (Chinese: 古北; Shanghainese: ku2poh4; Mandarin pinyin: Gǔběi) is an affluent residential area located in Changning District, Shanghai and covers an area of 136.6 hectares (338 acres). Gubei is best known as an enclave of East Asian expatriates in Shanghai, including those from Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. As a result, Gubei is sometimes informally referred to as "Little Tokyo", "Little Taipei" or "K-town". Gubei has a Koreatown neighborhood. Gubei also has a significant number of expatriates from Europe and North America. Administratively, it comprises two residential communities (居委会), Gubei Xincheng (古北新城) and Gubei Hongyuan (古北虹苑).

Hongcao Road (Chinese: 虹漕路; pinyin: Hóngcáo Lù) is a station on the Shanghai Metro, which services Line 12 and opened on December 19, 2015.

Shanghai Hong Qiao International School (HQIS-RBIS) is an international school in Gubei, Shanghai. Its previous campus was in proximity to the Shanghai Zoo.

Yishan Road (Chinese: 宜山路; pinyin: Yíshān Lù) is the name of an interchange station between Lines 3, 4 and 9 on the Shanghai Metro. It is the southernmost station shared by Line 3 and Line 4, although the two lines do not share tracks (the Line 4 station is underground). The station opened on 26 December 2000 as part of the initial section of Line 3 from Shanghai South Railway Station to Jiangwan Town. The interchange with Line 4 opened on the final day of 2005, and the interchange with Line 9 opened on the final day of 2009 as part of that line's downtown section from this station to Century Avenue.While the Line 4 platform was formerly in a separate area from Lines 3 and 9, the three platforms of all three lines are now connected via an above-ground passageway.

Yaohong Road (Chinese: 姚虹路; pinyin: Yáohóng Lù) is a metro station on the Line 15 of the Shanghai Metro. Located at the intersection of Guyang Road and Yaohong Road in Changning District, Shanghai, the station is scheduled to open with the rest of Line 15 by the end of 2020. However, the station eventually opened on 23 January 2021 following a one-month postponement. The station is one of the few stations of the line located on an east–west orientation. The adjacent stations on the line are Hongbaoshi Road to the north and Wuzhong Road to the south.

Caohejing Hi-Tech Park (simplified Chinese: 漕河泾开发区; traditional Chinese: 漕河涇開發區; pinyin: Cáohéjīng Kāifāqū) is the name of a subway station on Shanghai Metro Line 9. It is located at Hongmei Road and Caobao Road.

On June 28, 2018, in the Xuhui District of Shanghai, China, three boys and a female parent were stabbed with a knife near the gate of the West Campus of the Shanghai World Foreign Language Primary School at Pubei Road, Shanghai. Two boys who attended died, and another student and parent were injured. The suspect, Huang Yichuan, was arrested by the Procuratorate the next day.On December 6, 2018, the first trial of the case was held. The murder was found to be the result of the defendant's hopelessness for life and his desire for revenge on society. The prosecutor pointed out that Huang Yichuan had schizophrenia. On May 23, 2019, The First Intermediate People's Court of Shanghai decided that Huang's mental illness did not affect his ability to control his own behavior. The court then imposed the death penalty, as well as depriving his political rights for life. On December 30, 2019, the Shanghai Senior People's Court rejected the appeal on Huang Yichuan's ruling, upheld the original judgment, and submitted it to the Supreme People's Court for approval. On December 3, 2020, Huang Yichuan was executed.

The Mausoleum of Soong Ching Ling, official the Mausoleum of Soong Ching Ling, Honorary Chairman of the People's Republic of China, is a public cemetery in Shanghai, China. It houses the memorial hall of Soong Ching-ling and her family tombs, along with notable Chinese and foreign figures in Shanghai. The cemetery was called the Shanghai International Cemetery, before the burial of Soong Ching-ling.

Shanghai Astronomical Observatory (SHAO), is an astronomical observatory in Shanghai. It has a long history of astrometry, and also operates the 25-meter (82 ft) Sheshan radio telescope as part of the Chinese VLBI array and the European VLBI Network (EVN). It was formed in 1962 from the merger of the Xujiahui (also romanized as "Ziikawei") and Sheshan (Zose) observatories in Shanghai. It was involved with the Chang'e 1 moon mission as the VLBI array is used for position determinations.
