Chelsea Public Schools is a school district headquartered in Chelsea, Massachusetts in Greater Boston.

Bellingham Square Historic District is a historic district encompassing the civic and commercial heart of Chelsea, Massachusetts. Roughly bounded by Broadway, Shawmut, Chestnut, and Shurtleff Streets, the district was almost entirely built in the aftermath of the Great Chelsea Fire of 1908, and is a monument to the civic planning that took place at the time. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

St. Stanislaus Bishop & Martyr's Parish - designated for Polish immigrants in Chelsea, Massachusetts, United States. Founded in 1905. It is one of the Polish-American Roman Catholic parishes in New England in the Archdiocese of Boston. The architect of the church was Edward T. P. Graham who designed many Roman Catholic churches in Boston and the Midwest.

Chelsea Garden Cemetery is a historic rural cemetery in Chelsea, Massachusetts. The cemetery was established in 1841 to provide the city a burying ground in the then-fashionable rural cemetery style, and was the first cemetery within the city limits. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

Box District station is a bus rapid transit station on the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) Silver Line system, located in Chelsea, Massachusetts. The accessible station has two side platforms under an arched canopy, with street access from Broadway and from Highland Street. Plans for the Urban Ring Project called for a busway along the former Grand Junction Branch, but without a station in the Box District neighborhood. After the Urban Ring was cancelled in 2010, new plans for a busway with a Box District stop were announced in 2013. Construction began in 2015, with route SL3 service beginning on April 21, 2018.

Chelsea station is a Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) intermodal transit station located adjacent to the Mystic Mall in Chelsea, Massachusetts. It is the terminus of the SL3 route of the MBTA Silver Line bus rapid transit (BRT) network, and is served by the Newburyport/Rockport Line of the MBTA Commuter Rail. The accessible station has a loop with two small platforms for the Silver Line, and two full-length side platforms for commuter rail trains. East Everett station, located near the modern Chelsea station, was served by the Boston and Maine Railroad and predecessor Eastern Railroad from 1880 until around 1950. Prior to its 2010 cancellation, the Urban Ring Project planned for a circumferential BRT line with a stop at Mystic Mall. Planning continued for the Chelsea segment; a Silver Line extension to Mystic Mall with a new commuter rail station was announced in 2013. Construction began in 2015, and SL3 service to Chelsea station began on April 21, 2018. Commuter rail service began in 2021, replacing the previous station to the east.

The C. Henry Kimball House is an historic house at 295 Washington Avenue in Chelsea, Massachusetts. The 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame house was built c. 1896, and is one of the city's finest Queen Anne Victorian houses. It was built by Charles Henry Kimball, an innovative businessman who developed heated vehicles, revolutionizing the transport of potatoes. He was also a major figure in the development of Chelsea's wholesale fruit and produce exchange.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

The Bellingham-Cary House is a historic house museum at 34 Parker Street in Chelsea, Massachusetts. The house, built in 1724, may incorporate in its structure the 1659 hunting lodge of colonial governor Richard Bellingham, and is the only surviving 18th-century building in the city. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

The Downtown Chelsea Residential Historic District is a historic district roughly bounded by Shurtleff, Marginal, and Division Streets and Bellingham Square in Chelsea, Massachusetts. This district incorporates the Shurtleff School (now the Early Learning Center) and period structures around the school. The area had been completely devastated in the 1908 fire and had previously contained City Hall and a number of other community buildings. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.The 1909 construction of the school, which takes up an entire city block, spurred residential development in the area.
