The Cathedral Parish of Saint Paul the First Hermit, also known as the San Pablo Cathedral, is the see of the bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Pablo located in San Pablo, Laguna, Philippines. Its titular is Saint Paul the First Hermit and its feast is celebrated every January 15.

San Pablo, officially the City of San Pablo (Filipino: Lungsod ng San Pablo), is a 1st class component city in the province of Laguna, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 285,348 people.It is located in the southern portion of Laguna province, it is one of the oldest cities in the Philippines. By land area, it is the largest in the province of Laguna. Its population ranks sixth within the province after the cities of Calamba, Santa Rosa, Biñan, San Pedro, and Cabuyao. The city is also known as the "City of Seven Lakes" (Filipino: Lungsod ng Pitong Lawa), referring to the Seven Lakes of San Pablo: Lake Sampaloc (or Sampalok), Lake Palakpakin, Lake Bunot, Lakes Pandin and Yambo, Lake Muhikap, and Lake Calibato. San Pablo was part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Lipa since 1910. On November 28, 1967, it became an independent diocese and became the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Pablo.

The Fule-Malvar Mansion, also known as the White House, is a historic house located at San Pablo in Laguna Philippines. In 1991, the National Historical Institute placed a historical marker. In 2018, it was declared a heritage edifice by virtue of San Pablo City Local Ordinance 53–2018, which also declared the San Pablo Heritage zone, recognizing its historical and aesthetic significance. The building is protected under National Cultural Heritage Act.

Liceo de San Pablo (LSP), formerly Ateneo de San Pablo, is a private, Catholic basic education institution run by the Catholic Diocese of San Pablo in San Pablo City, Laguna, Philippines

The Ateneo de San Pablo, also referred to by the acronym AdSP, was a private, Catholic basic education institution ran by the Philippine Province of the Society of Jesus school in San Pablo City, Laguna. It was founded by the Jesuits in 1947. Initially, it only had a high school until the later establishment of a grade school in 1962. In 1978, the Jesuits closed the school after redonating to the Diocese of San Pablo the lot where the Ateneo campus was located. A new diocesan school was established by the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Pablo named Liceo de San Pablo after the departure of the Jesuits to replace the closed Ateneo school.

San Pablo City Integrated High School (formerly known as San Pablo City National High School) (Filipino: Mataas na Paaralang Pinagsama ng Lungsod ng San Pablo) is one of the public secondary schools of San Pablo City, Philippines. Located in F. Mariño St., Lakeside Park Subdivision, Brgy. VI-D, San Pablo City, it provides free secondary education for the people of the city and neighboring towns . Abbreviated as SPCIHS, it is colloquially nicknamed "City High".

Lake Sampaloc is a volcanic crater lake on the island of Luzon, Philippines. It is the largest of the Seven Lakes of San Pablo, Laguna. Nearly half of the lake's depth has a shallow depression at the bottom, indicating its volcanic origin. The lake is behind San Pablo city hall and is dotted with fishpens and small cottages built on stilts.

Lake Bunot is a volcanic crater lake and is one of the Seven Lakes of San Pablo, Laguna in the Philippines. It is located in Brgy. Concepcion, San Pablo City. Only 4.5 kilometres (2.8 mi) from the city proper, Bunot is known for its cultured tilapia and fishpens for Nilotica fingerlings. Bunot has a normal surface area of 30.5 hectares (75 acres) with a maximum depth of 23 metres (75 ft).
