Ullerslev

Until January 1, 2007 Ullerslev Municipality was a municipality (Danish: kommune) in the former Funen County, on the east coast of the island of Funen, in central Denmark. The municipality covered an area of 54 km2, and had a total population of 5,190 (2006). Its last mayor was Erik Christensen, a member of the Social Democrats. Ullerslev Municipality bordered Munkebo Municipality to the north, Langeskov and Årslev Municipality to the west, Ørbæk Municipality to the south and Nyborg Municipality to the east. The municipality ceased to exist as the result of Kommunalreformen 2007 (the Municipality Reform of 2007). It was merged with Nyborg and Ørbæk municipalities to form a new Nyborg municipality. The new municipality belongs to Region of Southern Denmark.

Skellerup is a village in central Denmark, located in Nyborg municipality on the island of Funen in the Region of Southern Denmark.

Rønningesøgaard, also Rønninge Søgård, is a two-winged Renaissance manor house located 12 km (7.5 mi) northwest of Nyborg on the Danish island of Funen. The east wing and the octagonal tower overlooking the waters of Vomme Sø date from 1596. The north wing was erected as a half-timbered structure in 1672 and completed in brick in 1757.

Until 1 January 2007 Aaskov Municipality was a municipality (Danish, kommune) in Ringkøbing County on the Jutland peninsula in west Denmark. The municipality covered an area of 239 km2, and had a total population of 6,999 (2005). Its latest mayor was Jørgen Jørgensen, a member of the Venstre (Liberal Party) political party. The main town and the site of its municipal council was the town of Kibæk. Another town in the municipality was Sdr. Felding. Aaskov municipality ceased to exist as the result of Kommunalreformen ("The Municipality Reform" of 2007). On January 1, 2007 it was merged with former Aulum-Haderup, Herning, and Trehøje municipalities to form the new Herning municipality. This created a municipality with an area of 1,336 km2 and a total population of 82,935 (2005). The new municipality belongs to the Region Midtjylland ("Mid-Jutland Region").

Aunslev is a village in central Denmark, in Nyborg Municipality on the island of Funen. Aunslev lies 10 kilometers north of Hjulby, 7 kilometers northwest of Nyborg and 32 kilometers east of Odense. The village belongs to the parish of Aunslev. Aunslev has historically been divided into two villages, respectively Agnslev Overby and Agnslev Nederby, but the villages have today grown together. Overby and Nederby still exist as regions of the village.

Ellinge is a village in central Denmark, located in Nyborg Municipality on the island of Funen. Elline is located three kilometers east of Ferritslev, 12 kilometers west of Nyborg and 19 kilometers southeast of Odense. The village is located in Nyborg Municipality and the Region of Southern Denmark.

Hjulby is a village in central Denmark, located in Nyborg municipality on the island of Funen in Region of Southern Denmark.

Nyborg Municipality is a municipality (Danish: kommune) in Region of Southern Denmark on the east coast of the island of Funen in central Denmark. The municipality covers an area of 278 km2, and has a total population of 32,262 (2023). It borders Kerteminde Municipality to the north-west, Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality to the south-west, Svendborg Municipality to the south and is connected to Slagelse Municipality by the Great Belt Bridge. Its mayor is Kenneth Muhs, a member of the Venstre (Liberal Party) political party. The main town and the site of its municipal council is the city of Nyborg. The municipality was formed in 2007 as a result of the 2007 Municipal Reform, where the former Nyborg Municipality merged with Ørbæk and Ullerslev Municipality. The island of Sprogø lies in the Great Belt c. 8.5 kilometers from the shores of the town of Nyborg. The Great Belt Bridge connects the municipality to the island, and then it continues to the island of Zealand at the town of Korsør. Holckenhavn Fjord cuts into the municipality on its eastern shore, north of the castle of Holckenhavn. A road (Svendborgvej) connects the municipality across the fjord.

Refsvindinge is a village in central Denmark, located in Nyborg municipality on the island of Funen in Region of Southern Denmark.

Langeskov is a town in central Denmark, with a population of 4,293 (1 January 2023), located in Kerteminde Municipality in Region of Southern Denmark on the island of Funen. The town of Langeskov is primarily located in Rønninge parish and was established following the construction of the railway line between Odense and Nyborg in the 19th century. The town has grown rapidly and its northern part now crosses the old parish border and extends into the parish of Birkende. Until 1 January 2007, it was the seat of the municipal council of the now former Langeskov Municipality. Langeskov is served by Langeskov railway station on the railway line across Funen. The station re-opened in 2015 after being closed in 1977. Langeskov has a model of Preikestolen to commemorate its twin town, Forsand.

The municipality covered an area of 43 km2, and had a total population of 6,365 (2005). Its last mayor was Ejvind Høyer Nielsen, a member of the Conservative People's Party (Det Konservative Folkeparti) political party. The main town and the site of its municipal council was the town of Langeskov in Rønninge Parish. Other towns in the municipality were Birkende, Marslev, and Rønninge, which also lend their names to the parishes within the municipality. Langeskov municipality was known locally for being good at attracting industry, and had a better economy than most, if not all, of the neighbouring municipalities. Langeskov is the home of a local newspaper, Nordøstfyns Avis (The North-East Funen Paper). The municipality was created in 1970 as the result of a kommunalreform ("Municipality Reform") that merged three parishes: Birkende parish, Marslev parish, and Rønninge parish. The two former formed Marslev-Birkende municipality, while Rønninge was an independent municipality. The founders of Langeskov municipality had originally hoped that more parishes would join the new municipality, but Kølstrup chose Kerteminde municipality instead and Rolfsted joined Årslev municipality. As a result, Langeskov municipality became relatively small. Langeskov municipality ceased to exist as the result of Kommunalreformen ("The Municipality Reform" of 2007). It was merged with Kerteminde and Munkebo municipalities to form an enlarged Kerteminde municipality. This created a municipality with an area of 203 km2 and a total population of 23,071 (2005). The municipality belongs to Region of Southern Denmark.
