Rogów Legnicki

Kwiatkowice [kfjatkɔˈvit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Prochowice, within Legnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) east of Prochowice, 18 km (11 mi) east of Legnica, and 48 km (30 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The Kaczawa (German: Katzbach), in English Katzbach, is a river in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in Poland. It springs from the Kaczawskie Mountains near Kaczorów and flows north and northeast through the towns of Świerzawa, Złotoryja and Legnica. Among its tributaries is the Czarna Woda. After a length of 98 km (61 mi) the Kaczawa empties into the Oder river at Prochowice. Kaczawa between Legnica and Dunino was the site of the Battle of the Katzbach on 26 August 1813 during the Napoleonic Wars.

Lubiąż Abbey (Polish: Opactwo cystersów w Lubiążu; German: Kloster Leubus) is a former Cistercian monastery in Lubiąż, in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship of southwestern Poland, located about 54 km (34 mi) northwest of Wrocław. The monastery is considered to be one of the largest of its kind with a 223 m long main facade. The monastery was founded by the Silesian Duke Bolesław I the Tall, who had the monastery foundation charter drawn up in 1175. However, as early as 1163, monks from the Cistercian Abbey of Pforta arrived in Lubiąż and founded the new monastery on the then densely wooded bank of the Oder where it is now situated. Lubiąż developed into the most important monastery in Silesia and played a significant role in the settlement and development of Silesia. The monks of Lubiąż founded an additional six monasteries within Poland by 1256.

Lubiąż ([ˈlubjɔ̃ʂ]) is a village (former city) on the east bank of the Odra (Oder) River, in the administrative district of Gmina Wołów, within Wołów County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south-west of Wołów, and 42 kilometres (26 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław. The village is mainly known for its large abbey. The Abbey was built by the Benedictines in 1150, and occupied by Cistercians in 1163 until 1810. Built over centuries, the abbey – the largest Cistercian abbey in the world – is rated in the highest class ("0") of landmarks of world's cultural heritage. Lubiąż is also known in Poland for its regional psychiatric hospital.

Its seat is the town of Prochowice, which lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) north-east of Legnica, and 50 kilometres (31 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław. The gmina covers an area of 102.62 square kilometres (39.6 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 7,450.
