Młynów [ˈmwɨnuf] (German: Mühldorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kłodzko, within Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north of Kłodzko and 77 km (48 mi) south of the regional capital Wrocław.

Wojbórz [ˈvɔi̯buʂ] (German: Gabersdorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kłodzko, within Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north of Kłodzko and 74 km (46 mi) south of the regional capital Wrocław.

Boguszyn [bɔˈɡuʂɨn] (German: Friedrichswartha) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kłodzko, within Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. The settlement is part of historic Kłodzko Land. It lies in the eastern Kłodzko Valley at the foot of the Bardzkie Mountains, approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-east of Kłodzko, and 78 kilometres (48 mi) south of the regional capital Wrocław. Friedrichswartha was founded in 1777, after the conquest of the County of Kladsko by the Prussian king Frederick the Great in the course of the First Silesian War 1740–42. A former gord on the ancient Amber Road near the border of Bohemia with the Kingdom of Poland was already mentioned in 1086, later named Burgstädtel. From 1815 it was incorporated into the Prussian Silesia Province. After World War II, the German population was expelled and the village renamed. Until 1998 it was part of Wałbrzych Voivodeship.

Ścinawica [ɕt͡ɕinaˈvit͡sa] (German: Steinwitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kłodzko, within Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. It lies approximately 6 kilometers (3.7 miles) north of Kłodzko and 77 kilometers (48 miles) south of the regional capital Wrocław. Ścinawica is on the Stěnava, and on the outskirts, the Stěnava merges with the Nysa Kłodzka. It is 18.72 kilometers (11.63 miles) from the Czech border.

Łączna [ˈwɔnt͡ʂna] (German: Wiesau) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kłodzko, within Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north of Kłodzko, and 76 kilometres (47 mi) south-west of the regional capital Wrocław. The village has an approximate population of 330.

Prior to 1945 it was a part of Germany. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-west of Kłodzko, and 79 kilometres (49 mi) south of the regional capital Wrocław.

Kłodzko Fortress (Polish: Twierdza Kłodzko, German: Festung Glatz) is a unique fortification complex of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in southwestern Poland. The fortress once was one of the biggest strongholds in Prussian Silesia, however, in the whole German Empire, it was regarded as a minor one. Now, together with an extensive network of tunnels, it is one of the biggest attractions of the town of Kłodzko, with its underground labyrinth and a repository of different objects, from old fire engines to local glassware.

Kłodzko County (Polish: powiat kłodzki) is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Lower Silesian Voivodeship, south-western Poland. It came into being on 1 January 1999 as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. The county covers an area of 1,643 square kilometres (634 sq mi); its territory almost exactly corresponds to the former Bohemian, later Prussian, County of Kladsko (German: Grafschaft Glatz). It is located in a panhandle called Kłodzko Panhandle. The county's administrative seat is the town of Kłodzko; the other towns are: Duszniki-Zdrój, Nowa Ruda, Polanica-Zdrój, Bystrzyca Kłodzka, Kudowa-Zdrój, Lądek-Zdrój, Międzylesie, Radków, Stronie Śląskie and Szczytna. (The suffix Zdrój appearing in several of these names means "spa".) As of 2019 the total population of the county was 158,600.

The Collegiate Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Polish: Kolegiata Wniebowzięcia Najświętszej Maryi Panny w Kłodzku) is a Gothic collegiate church in Kłodzko, Poland, one of the landmarks of its Old Town. It was constructed from the fourteenth through the sixteenth centuries, and houses the remains of Arnošt of Pardubice, the first Archbishop of Prague. The church possesses rich historical decorations and furnishings, including a Gothic vault, portal, baptismal font, Gothic and Renaissance sculptures and Baroque altars, confessionals and organs. The high altar was designed and built by the Tyrolean architect Christoph Tausch in the years 1728–1729. In 1948–1949, it was the first parish Karol Wojtyła, the future Pope John Paul II, was assigned his first pastoral assignment after completing his graduate studies in Rome and returning to Poland.

Gmina Kłodzko is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Kłodzko, although the town is not part of the territory of the gmina. The gmina covers an area of 252.25 square kilometres (97.4 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 17,142.

The Synagogue of Kłodzko was located in Kłodzko (former German name: Glatz), in Kłodzko County in Lower Silesia, Poland. The synagogue was built 1884–1885 on the Grünestraße (Green Street), now Wojska Polskiego Street, but was destroyed in 1938 during the Nazi Kristallnacht anti-Jewish pogrom.
