The Old Custom House is a historic customs house located at Yorktown, York County, Virginia. It was built in 1721, and is a 2 1/2-story brick Colonial building with a hipped roof. It has a corbeled brick interior end chimney. An extensive restoration project was undertaken by Richmond architect W. Duncan Lee in 1929. Also on the property are a contributing kitchen, necessary, and brick wall, all added during the restoration.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.The Custom House is now a museum operated by the Comte de Grasse Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution. It is open on Sundays from June to October.

Grace Church (also known as York-Hampton Parish Church) is a historic Episcopal church and cemetery at Route 1003 and Main Street in Yorktown, Virginia. It was built in 1697 and later updated with a Greek Revival style. Thomas Nelson, Jr., a signer of the Declaration of Independence and other pre-Revolution Founding Fathers attended the church.The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1970.

After years in private ownership, it was designated as a National Historic Landmark and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1966. It was built in 1691, and is a 1+1⁄2-story, five-bay by two bay, brick Southern Colonial dwelling. It has a clipped gable roof with dormers. It has two T-shaped end chimney. Also on the property is a contributing archaeological site.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

The Yorktown Victory Monument is a monument erected in Colonial National Historical Park in Yorktown, Virginia, commemorating the 1781 victory at Yorktown and the alliance with France that brought about the end of the American Revolution and the resulting peace with England after the American Revolutionary War. Designed by Richard Morris Hunt, the monument was installed in 1884. At the top stands a figure of Liberty sculpted by John Quincy Adams Ward. That element was destroyed by lightning in 1942. It was replaced in 1957 by a figure of Victory by Oskar J. W. Hansen.

It was a decisive victory by a combined force of the American Continental Army troops led by General George Washington with support from Marquis de Lafayette and French Army troops led by Comte de Rochambeau and a French naval force commanded by Comte de Grasse over the British Army commanded by British Lieutenant General Charles Cornwallis. The siege of Yorktown was the last major land battle of the American Revolutionary War in North America, and led to the surrender of General Cornwallis and the capture of both him and his army. The Continental Army's victory at Yorktown prompted the British government to negotiate an end to the conflict.

The George P. Coleman Memorial Bridge (known locally as simply the Coleman Bridge) is a double swing bridge that spans the York River between Yorktown and Gloucester Point, in the United States state of Virginia. It connects the Peninsula and Middle Peninsula regions of Tidewater, Virginia. The bridge is the only public crossing of the York River, though State Route 33 crosses both of its tributaries (the Mattaponi and Pamunkey Rivers) just upriver of their confluence at West Point.

The others are Training Center Petaluma, Training Center Cape May, Aviation Training Center, located in Mobile, Alabama, Leadership Development Center, located in New London, Connecticut, Maritime Law Enforcement Academy, located in Charleston, South Carolina, Special Missions Training Center, Camp LeJeune, North Carolina, and the Aviation Technical Training Center, located in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. TRACEN Cape May is the only U.S. Coast Guard Base used for Basic Military Training or "boot camp". TRACEN Yorktown, TRACEN Petaluma, Maritime Law Enforcement Academy, and the Aviation Technical Training Center are locations for Coast Guard's apprentice level "A" and advanced level "C" Schools.
