Alpine School District is the primary school district in northern Utah County, Utah, United States The district covers Alpine, American Fork, Cedar Fort, Cedar Hills, Eagle Mountain, Fairfield, Highland, Lehi, Lindon, Orem, Pleasant Grove, Saratoga Springs, and Vineyard (as well as the portion of Draper that is located within Utah County). The district includes all grades from kindergarten through high school (K-12). As of 2018, there were 58 elementary schools, 12 junior high schools, 11 high schools, and 9 special purpose schools serving approximately 78,659 students, making it the largest school district in Utah.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.The south wall is 923 feet long and the east wall is 817 feet long, ignoring breaks for entrances.

The building is part of the American Fork Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Bank of American Fork is a historic commercial building in downtown American Fork, Utah, United States, that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) and once again serves as the headquarters of the bank (Altabank) which was formerly known as the Bank of American Fork.

The American Fork Third Ward Meetinghouse is a historic Gothic Revival building with Jacobethan Revival decorative elements located on West 300 North in American Fork, Utah. Built from 1903 to 1905, it operated as a meetinghouse for members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints until 1994. It was expanded with the addition of wings in 1938 and in 1958. The building was sold to the Briar Rose Preschool in 1994 and remodeled for use as a school. In 1991, the building was sold to the Chapel Hill Academy. The building was sold again in 2001 and renovated as the Northampton Reception Center. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

The Delbert and Ora Chipman House on E. Main St. in American Fork, Utah was built c.1870s but was extensively renovated and enlarged during approximately 1930–1934. The renovation and expansion added Tudor Revival or English Cottage architecture. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995. The listing included two contributing buildings: the house and a c.1920s sheep barn which has a clerestory roof.

American Fork High School is a public high school in American Fork, Utah, United States. Its mascot is the Caveman, chosen as a tribute to Timpanogos Cave. The school is perhaps best known for its award-winning marching band and cross country teams. The boys cross country team has consistently dominated in Utah and throughout the nation since their first state championship in 2009. American Fork High school is one of the oldest high schools in Utah. In 2017 they became one of the first schools to participate in the 6A division.
