The Diocese of Sapporo (Latin: Dioecesis Sapporensis) is a Latin Church diocese of the Catholic Church located in Sapporo, Japan. The diocese was formerly established as the Apostolic Prefecture of Sapporo on February 12, 1915. It was later lifted to the title of Apostolic Vicariate of Sapporo on March 30, 1929. Twenty-three years later, it was lifted to its current state, the Diocese of Sapporo, on December 11, 1952. This diocese under the Archdiocese of Tokyo, which is the metropolitan territory governing the Diocese of Sapporo and other diocesan territories, led by its archbishop, Tarcisio Isao Kikuchi. The diocesan seat of the bishop of Sapporo is the Guardian Angels Cathedral. The current bishop is Bernard Taiji Katsuya.

Bus Center-mae Station (バスセンター前駅, Basu-sentā-mae-eki) is a metro station in Chūō-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan. The station is numbered T10.

The Sapporo TV Tower (さっぽろテレビ塔, Sapporo Terebi-tō), built in 1957, is a 147.2-metre-high (483 ft) TV tower with an observation deck at a height of 90.38 metres. Located on the ground of Odori Park, in the northern city of Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan, the tower is open to tourists. Tourists can view Sapporo and Odori Park.

The Sapporo Beer Museum (サッポロビール博物館, Sapporo Bīru Hakubutsukan) is a museum located in the Sapporo Garden Park in Higashi-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaidō, Japan. Registered as one of the Hokkaidō Heritage sites in 2004, the museum is the only beer museum in Japan. The red-brick building was erected originally as a factory of the Sapporo Sugar Company in 1890, and later opened as a museum in July 1987. The building also houses the Sapporo Beer Garden in the south wing.

Sapporo (札幌市, Sapporo-shi, [sapːoɾo ɕi] ) (Ainu: サッ・ポロ・ペッ, romanized: Satporopet, lit. 'Dry, Great River') is a city in Japan. It is the largest city north of Tokyo and the largest city in Hokkaido, the northernmost main island of the country. It ranks as the fifth most populous city in Japan. It is the capital city of Hokkaido Prefecture and Ishikari Subprefecture. Sapporo lies in the southwest of Hokkaido, within the alluvial fan of the Toyohira River, which is a tributary stream of the Ishikari. It is considered the cultural, economic, and political center of Hokkaido. As with most of Hokkaido, the Sapporo area was settled by the indigenous Ainu people, beginning over 15,000 years ago. Starting in the late 19th century, Sapporo saw increasing settlement by Yamato migrants. Sapporo hosted the 1972 Winter Olympics, the first Winter Olympics ever held in Asia, and the second Olympic games held in Japan after the 1964 Summer Olympics. Sapporo recently dropped its bid for the 2030 Winter Olympics. The Sapporo Dome hosted three games during the 2002 FIFA World Cup and two games during the 2019 Rugby World Cup. Additionally, Sapporo has hosted the Asian Winter Games three times, in 1986, 1990, and 2017 and the 1991 Winter Universiade. Sapporo is ranked first in the attractiveness ranking of cities in Japan. The annual Sapporo Snow Festival draws more than 2 million tourists. Other notable sites include the Sapporo Beer Museum and the Sapporo TV Tower located in Odori Park. It is home to Hokkaido University, just north of Sapporo Station. The city is served by Okadama Airport and New Chitose Airport in nearby Chitose.

Sapporo Clock Tower (札幌時計台, Sapporo Tokeidai) is a wooden structure and tourist attraction, located at North 1 West 2, Chūō-ku, Sapporo, the largest city on the island of Hokkaidō, Japan. As of 2021, this tower is the oldest clock tower in Japan. The building is of American design and is one of the few surviving Western-style buildings in Sapporo, a city developed in the 1870s with assistance from the American government. It is known by many as the symbol of the city and is a main feature of almost all domestic and international tours of Sapporo. The clock after which it is named continues to run and keep time, and the chimes can be heard every hour.

Sapporo Esta (札幌エスタ, Sapporo Esuta) was a commercial building complex neighboring to the Sapporo JR Tower, located in Chūō-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaidō, Japan.

Higashi-ku (東区) is one of the 10 wards in Sapporo, Hokkaidō, Japan. It is directly translated as "east ward", and is neighboured to Kita-ku, Chūō-ku, Shiroishi-ku, Ebetsu, Tōbetsu.

Naebo Station (苗穂駅, Naebo-eki) is a railway station in Chūō-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaidō, Japan. It is served by Hakodate Main Line and Chitose Line. The station is numbered H02.

Sapporo JR Tower (Japanese: JRタワー) is a skyscraper, shopping mall and office complex in Sapporo, Hokkaidō, Japan. The tower is located above JR Sapporo Station South entrance, and the height of the tower is 173 m (568 ft) with 38 stories. Officially, Sapporo JR Tower includes not only the Tower itself, but also the Sapporo Stellar Place, the Daimaru Sapporo branch store, the Sapporo Cinema Frontier, the JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo, office complex, and other sections neighboring JR Sapporo Station. It also houses the parking lot, observation deck, and heliport. Sapporo JR Tower was officially opened on March 6, 2003 by the Sapporo-Eki Minamiguchi Kaihatsu Co. Ltd., (札幌駅南口開発株式会社, Sapporo Station South Entrance Development in English), which was later renamed to the Sapporo-Eki Sogo Kaihatsu Co., Ltd. (札幌駅総合開発株式会社, Sapporo Station General Development) in 2005.

Ōdōri Station (大通駅, Ōdōri Eki) is a subway station in Chūō-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan, operated by Sapporo Municipal Subway. The station opened on 16 December 1971 as part of the first phase of the Namboku Line.

Hōsui-Susukino Station (豊水すすきの駅) is a Sapporo Municipal Subway in Chūō-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan. The station number is H09. The station is situated relatively close to Susukino on the Namboku Line and the Sapporo Streetcar, but there are no free transfers between the two stations. The first retail store, a Lawson, was opened in the station on January 31, 2019, after the station's Lawson kiosk was closed in July 2015.
