Peach Bottom Township is a township in York County, Pennsylvania, 60 miles (97 km) south of Harrisburg. The population was 4,961 at the 2020 census.Peach Bottom Township was so named on account of peach trees growing near a river bottom. Peach Bottom Nuclear Generating Station was built in 1958.
