The Penrose Wolf Building, also known as the Rockwood Opera House, is an historic, American commercial building that is located in Rockwood, Somerset County, Pennsylvania. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

The district encompasses approximately 146 sq mi (380 km2). According to 2007 local census data, it serves a resident population of 5,680.

The Casselman Wind Power Project is a wind farm in Somerset County, Pennsylvania with 23 GE 1.5 MW Wind Turbines that began commercial operation in 2007. The wind farm has a combined total nameplate capacity of 34.5 megawatts, but actually produces about 90,666 megawatt-hours of electricity annually. The wind farm was developed by PPM Energy and constructed by Iberdrola, based in Spain. Power produced at the wind farm is distributed by First Energy.Eight of the project's 23 wind turbines sit atop a rehabilitated surface mine. In addition, the former mining site also hosts the wind farm's operation center, collector transformer and interconnection facility.

Pennsylvania Railroad 3750 is a 4-6-2 "Pacific" type steam locomotive located at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania, just outside Strasburg, Pennsylvania in the United States. For over a decade, the No. 3750 locomotive stood-in for the prototype K4, No. 1737, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. It was one of two surviving K4 locomotives, along with No. 1361, both designated as the official state steam locomotive by the Pennsylvania General Assembly in 1987.
