The community is located near U.S. Route 209, and is to the north and shares a southern border with another CDP, the community of Pocono Mountain Lake Estates. As of the 2010 census the population was 1,062 residents. Pocono Ranch Lands is maintained by the Pocono Ranch Lands Property Owners Association. The Association maintains at least 250 lots that are part of a green belt and are undeveloped. Pocono Ranch Lands has several recreational opportunities, including skiing, horseback riding, hiking trails, playgrounds, ball fields and outdoor swimming pools.

Pine Ridge is just to the south and shares a northern border with another CDP, Pocono Mountain Lake Estates. As of the 2010 census, the population of Pine Ridge was 2,707 residents.

The community is located near U.S. Route 209, and is between and shares borders with two other CDP's, Pine Ridge and Pocono Ranch Lands. As of the 2010 census the population was 842 residents.

Poconos Park is a multi-use performing arts center situated at Bushkill in the Pocono Mountains area of Pennsylvania, USA. The principal venue is the Tom Ridge Pavilion, an Amphitheatre with a covered seating capacity of 2,509. In addition, the lawn has an uncovered seating capacity of 7,500 for a total of up to 10,009 seats. Poconos Park was formerly known as the Mount Laurel Center for the Performing Arts until 2022. In 2022, the property was purchased and rebranded as Poconos Park.

Deer Leap Falls is the third waterfall located in the George W. Childs Recreation Site, Pike County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is located downstream from the Factory Falls and Fulmer Falls on the Dingmans Creek.It is a popular site for hikers and tourists who want to avoid the more crowded Dingmans Falls, a short hike downstream, or the commercial Bushkill Falls, a very popular tourist attraction in the Pocono Mountains area.

Fulmer Falls is the second waterfall located in the George W. Childs Recreation Site in Dingmans Ferry, Pike County, Pennsylvania, United States of America. The falls are downstream from Factory Falls and upstream from Deer Leap Falls on the Dingmans Creek. At 17 meters (56 feet), it is the largest of the three falls.The falls can be reached at 41°14′12.36″N 74°54′55.62″W from Childs Park Road, west of Lake Road (State Route 2004), 2.6 kilometers (1.6 miles) north of Pennsylvania Route 739.

The George W. Childs Recreation Site is a former Pennsylvania state park that is the site of a number of cascade waterfalls along Dingmans Creek; it has been part of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area since 1983. It is located in Dingmans Ferry in Delaware Township, Pike County, Pennsylvania and is named for the late newspaper publisher George William Childs, whose widow deeded the land to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1912. The site contains three main waterfalls: Factory Falls, Fulmer Falls and Deer Leap Falls and is a few miles upstream from Dingmans Falls and Silverthread Falls. The pools below the waterfalls were once a popular spot for swimming during its ownership by the Pennsylvania Bureau of State Parks. However, that activity had been banned upon transfer of ownership to the National Park Service.
