Montgomeryville is a census-designated place (CDP) in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 12,624 at the 2010 census. Montgomeryville is about 30 miles from the center of Philadelphia. According to a 2010 Forbes magazine/Yahoo.com survey, Montgomeryville ranks 5th in America's top 10 affordable suburbs. [1] It is part of the North Penn Valley region that is centered on the borough of Lansdale.

The West Branch Neshaminy Creek forms its natural northern boundary and flows eastward into the Neshaminy Creek. It is located in Hatfield and Montgomery Townships. It is served by the North Penn School District and is part of the North Penn Valley region that is centered on the borough of Lansdale. Colmar is important to transportation in the northern Delaware Valley due to its location on Route 309 and having the Colmar station on the Lansdale/Doylestown Line of SEPTA Regional Rail. While Colmar has its own post office with the ZIP code of 18915, nearby areas use the Hatfield ZIP code of 19440 or the Lansdale ZIP code of 19446.

Montgomery Mall is a two-story shopping mall located in the community of Montgomeryville in Montgomery Township, Pennsylvania near the borough of North Wales. The mall, owned by Kohan Retail Investment Group, is located along Pennsylvania Route 309 (Bethlehem Pike) at the intersection with U.S. Route 202 Business (Dekalb Pike), amidst other commercial development. It contains over 90 stores and eateries.

Colmar station is a SEPTA Regional Rail station in Colmar, Pennsylvania. Located at Bethlehem Pike (PA 309) and Walnut Street, it serves the Lansdale/Doylestown Line. In FY 2013, Colmar station had a weekday average of 370 boardings and 369 alightings.Colmar station was originally built in 1856 by the North Pennsylvania Railroad as Line Lexington station, despite being located 1½ miles away from the Village of Line Lexington. In January 1871 a new post office near the station named the surrounding community "Jenkins" and was renamed "Ainsworth" in June of that year, but neither had any effect on the name of the station until two weeks later, when both the village and the station were named "Colmar," which has remained the name of the station ever since.

Montgomery Square is located at the intersection of Pennsylvania Route 309 (Bethlehem Pike) and U.S. Route 202 Business (Dekalb Pike)/Upper State Road. It is the de facto downtown of Montgomery Township, PA.

Lansdale Catholic High School is a secondary school that is part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Philadelphia. It is located in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, United States.

The Knapp Farm, is a historic farmhouse located at the corner of Dekalb Pike and Knapp Road in Montgomery Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. It is also the only township property on the National Register of Historic Places. The farm, which occupies property originally settled just after 1700 by English immigrants, now sits adjacent to busy Montgomery Mall. The earliest section of the farmhouse was erected around 1760. It is a 21/2-story, four bay, stuccoed stone Germanic house. A brick kitchen wing was added in the mid-19th century.The property was continuously occupied and farmed until the late 1990s. In 2005, the farmhouse became the property of the Montgomery Township Historical Society (MTHS). The house along with seven acres of open space was donated to the society as part of a development agreement that allowed residential development on the remaining acreage. MTHS is working to restore the property and plans to use it as the society's headquarters as well as an education center to interpret the rural history of the North Penn area.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.

Link Belt station is a station along the SEPTA Lansdale/Doylestown Line. It is located at County Line Road & Walnut Street in Chalfont, Pennsylvania. It is located on the Montgomery County side of County Line Road, north of Pennsylvania Route 309, and sits next to the popular "Whistle Stop Park." In FY 2013, Link Belt station had a weekday average of 46 boardings and 66 alightings.The Link Belt station was created by the Reading Railroad to service the Link Belt Company plant built across West Walnut Street from the rail line in 1952, opening formally on December 2. Link-Belt is a crane manufacturer currently based in Lexington, Kentucky. On December 18, 2011, weekend service was discontinued at this station due to low ridership.

9th Street station is a passenger rail station on the SEPTA Regional Rail Lansdale/Doylestown Line, located at 9th Street near Shaw Avenue in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. It was opened to serve as an alternate parking location during the construction of a garage at nearby Lansdale station, but will remain open after. 9th Street station has a permanent parking lot plus a temporary lot for use during the garage construction period. It opened on November 15, 2015.

Fortuna station is a station along the SEPTA Lansdale/Doylestown Line. It is located near the corner of North Broad Street and Cowpath Road (Route 463) in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, United States. Cowpath Road was originally an actual cow path. In FY 2013, Fortuna station had a weekday average of 60 boardings and 103 alightings. As part of an out of court settlement with the owners of a cow killed by a Reading Railroad train at the crossing, the station was named Fortuna in honor of the deceased cow.

Knipe–Moore–Rupp Farm, also known as Cedar View Farm, is a historic home and barn located in Russian Space, Upper Gwynedd Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The property includes four contributing buildings and three contributing structures. They are the residence (c. 1808), stone bank barn (1808), eight hole privy (1817), 19th century smoke house / springhouse / ice house, 19th century corn crib, well, and pillars. The house is a 3 1/3-story, stucco over stone, "L"-shaped dwelling with Gothic Revival and Italianate detailing.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
