Union Township is a township in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is part of the Lebanon, Pennsylvania metropolitan statistical area. The population was 2,925 at the 2020 census.

Northern Lebanon High School is a high school in Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania. The High School serves six municipalities: Swatara Township, Union Township, Cold Spring Township, Bethel Township, East Hanover Township, and Jonestown Borough. In the 2018–2019 school year, there were 674 students grades 9th through 12th.The building also contains the Northern Lebanon School District's middle school, grades 6, 7, and 8. The school's mascot is a Viking.

The Lebanon Valley is a geographic region that lies between South Mountain and the Ridge and Valley Province of eastern Pennsylvania. The valley lies almost entirely within Lebanon and Berks counties in Pennsylvania. Portions of the valley lie in eastern Dauphin and northern Lancaster counties in Pennsylvania. It is bound to its southwest by the Susquehanna River and to its northeast by the adjoining Lehigh Valley. The Lebanon Valley is part of the much longer Great Appalachian Valley, also called the Great Valley, a natural lowland route running northeast–southwest and lying just inland from the Blue Ridge Mountains and South Mountain. The Great Valley, including the Lebanon Valley, has historically been admired for its fertile agricultural land. Beyond the southwestern end of the Lebanon Valley, the Great Valley is known locally as the Cumberland Valley. To the northeast the Great Valley is known locally as the Lehigh Valley. Lebanon Valley College is named for the region. The western part of the valley lies within the Chesapeake Bay watershed. The eastern part lies within the Delaware River watershed.

Farmers Pride Airport (FAA LID: 9N7) is a privately owned, public-use airport in Fredericksburg, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. The airport was opened in November 1947. It has a 3,410 unrolled, grass runway numbered 28–10, and avgas for transient aircraft is only available in emergencies. There are approximately 50 aircraft hangared at Farmers Pride. The airport elevation is 500 ft MSL, and the air traffic pattern is left hand only at 1500 MSL, from both runways. Runway 28's pattern overflies Northern Lebanon High School, and Runway 10's pattern overflies Interstate 78. The airport has tie down spots for transient aircraft, and hangars for permanent aircraft located at the field.

Lebanon County ( Pennsylvania Dutch: Lebanon Kaundi) is a county in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As of the 2020 census, the population was 143,257. Its county seat is the city of Lebanon. It lies 72 miles northwest of Philadelphia, which is the nearest major city. The county was formed from portions of Dauphin and Lancaster counties in 1813, with minor boundary revisions in 1814 and 1821. Lebanon County comprises the Lebanon metropolitan statistical area, which is part of the Harrisburg–York–Lebanon combined statistical area.

Lickdale, previously known as Union Forge, is an unincorporated community in northern Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is a village approximately three miles (4.8 km) west of Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania (formerly Stumpstown), and was named for James Lick. Lickdale was a prominent 19th century canal port along a branch of the Union Canal and contained a large commercial ice house. It is on the Swatara Creek and serves as a southern gateway to Swatara State Park. It is located in Union Township and Route 72 has an interchange with Interstate 81 via Fisher Avenue. It is served by the Jonestown post office with the zip code of 17038.

Ono is an unincorporated community in East Hanover Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, United States, on U.S. Route 22 and approximately two miles southwest of the junction of Interstate 78 and Interstate 81. The Swatara Creek to the south drains into the Susquehanna River. While Ono has its own post office, with the zip code of 17077, some residents are served by the Annville or Jonestown post office, with the zip codes of 17003 or 17038, respectively.

Fredericksburg is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Bethel Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 1,784 at the 2020 census, up from 1,357 at the 2010 census and 987 at the 2000 census.

WFVY (100.1 FM, "Froggy Valley 100.1") is a commercial radio station licensed to serve Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The station is owned by Seven Mountains Media, through licensee Southern Belle Media Family, LLC, with a country music format. WFVY also broadcasts local high school sporting events and Hershey Bears hockey games.WFVY shares studios with sister station WLBR (1270 AM). Both stations were owned by the Lebanon Broadcasting Company prior to their sale to Forever Media in 2020 and Seven Mountains Media in 2022.

WLBR (1270 AM and 99.7 FM "WiLBuR 99.7") is a radio station with a classic hits format. Licensed to Lebanon, Pennsylvania. the station is currently owned by Seven Mountains Media, through licensee Southern Belle Media Family, LLC, and features programming from CBS News Radio and Compass Media Networks. The station also broadcasts Philadelphia Phillies baseball games. Prior to the sale of WLBR and WQIC (now WFVY), both stations were owned by the Lebanon Broadcasting Company.

The Union Canal was a towpath canal that existed in southeastern Pennsylvania in the United States during the 19th century. First proposed in 1690 to connect Philadelphia with the Susquehanna River, it ran approximately 82 mi from Middletown on the Susquehanna below Harrisburg to Reading on the Schuylkill River.
