State Line is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Antrim Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is next to the Maryland state line along Interstate 81 and U.S. Route 11 between Hagerstown, Maryland, and Greencastle. As of the 2020 census the population was 2,804.State Line was originally called Middleburg, and under the latter name laid out in 1812, and named for its location between Greencastle and Hagerstown, Maryland. The present name comes from the fact that the community is located on the Maryland-Pennsylvania state line. A post office called State Line was established in 1830.

Henson Field) is in Washington County, Maryland, five miles north of Hagerstown, Maryland and a half mile (800 m) from the Maryland/Pennsylvania border. The airport is off Interstate 81 at exit 10 and U.S. Route 11, not far from Northern Virginia, South Central Pennsylvania, and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. The Federal Aviation Administration says this airport had 29,105 passenger boardings (enplanements) in calendar year 2019, 14,373 in 2020, 23,227 in 2021 and 32,197 in 2022. The National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2023-2027 categorized it as a "non-hub primary commercial service airport" based on 2021 enplanements.

Its two easternmost bays are recessed in a double porch which is included under the main roof span. The walls rest on low fieldstone foundations. Lehman's Mill Historic District is a national historic district at Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland, United States. The district comprises the remaining buildings of the mill group including the brick Lehman's Mill, built in 1869 for Henry F. Lehman, the farmstead with a stuccoed stone house dated 1837 with older and newer sections, a barn, carriage house, and agricultural outbuildings; another dwelling, also built by Lehman in 1877, a two-story brick and frame house; related outbuildings, and a portion of the mill's head and tail race. It is the oldest continuously operating mill in Washington County, and is the most intact mill complex remaining in the county.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

Long Meadows is a historic home located near Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland, United States. It is a two-story, brick and fieldstone dwelling, historically painted yellow with green trim. In 1739, Thomas Cresap was granted 400 acres (1.6 km2) which he named Long Meadows, where he is said to have erected a stone and log fort over a spring near the Marsh Run. Brightwood is a historic home near Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland, United States. It is an unusually large, 2+1⁄2-story log-and-stone building with elaborately carved Adamesque features. It features a large two-story galleried portico that is centrally positioned on the front façade, and a one-room two-story tower is centrally positioned on the rear façade. Also on the property are a stone springhouse and a stone smokehouse.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
