Estadio Caliente

The Caliente Hipódromo, formerly named the Agua Caliente Racetrack and the Agua Caliente Casino and Resort, is a resort and casino that includes a greyhound racing and former horse racing track in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. The racetrack opened in December 1929 at a cost of $2.5 million, while the adjacent Agua Caliente Casino and Hotel had opened in June 1928, later going defunct.After the racetrack underwent renovations, the complex added the Estadio Caliente sports and concert stadium in 2007. Caliente Hipódromo is currently the largest branch of the Casino Caliente casino chain, and beyond the racetrack and arena, it houses a casino with race betting, hundreds of slot machines, a restaurant and a Starbucks café.

Agua Caliente is a historic entertainment center and present-day district of Tijuana, Baja California, at the southeastern end of the Centro borough. The Agua Caliente Tourist Complex formed in the late 1920s along Agua Caliente Boulevard when a road was built that led from the historic Rio Zone to a natural hot springs two miles up the Tijuana River Valley. Paramount icons of Tijuana developed in Agua Caliente such as the Agua Caliente Casino and Hotel and the Agua Caliente Racetrack. Today Agua Caliente is one of Tijuana's paramount tourist centers, the location of some of the city's most affluent neighborhoods, and also contains commercial and other offices along Boulevard Agus Caliente.

Auditorio Fausto Gutierrez Moreno also known as Auditorio de Tijuana is an indoor arena in Tijuana, Mexico. It is primarily used for basketball and is the home field of the Tijuana Dragons and Galgos de Tijuana. It holds 4,500 people and was built in 1969.

The Plaza Aguacaliente & Grand Hotel Tijuana (commonly known by locals as Las Torres) is a high-rise complex of twin skyscrapers in Tijuana, Mexico. With a height of 89.9 meters (295 feet) to the top floor, and 28 stories, they were the tallest buildings in Tijuana and Baja California upon completion in 1982 and were among the first skyscrapers constructed in the city.

Green View Tower is a skyscraper in Tijuana, Mexico and has become a prominent fixture in the city. It is located within the central business district of Tijuana, the Zona Rio.It is composed of only 58 upscale condos. It features its own mall, plus a penthouse. It was designed by Julio Gaeta and Luby Springall of Gaeta Springall Arquitectos.

Hospital Angeles Tijuana is a skyscraper and prominent fixture in Tijuana, Mexico. It serves as the primary hospital of Tijuana. The building includes office space as well as the main hospital which is located within a complex composed of another building, a 5-story tower, which on its roof has a heliport, being the first hospital in the city with such a feature. It is located within the central business district of Tijuana, the Zona Rio.

Rio Alamar or Arroyo de Alamar is a river mainly in northern Baja California, Mexico with a small portion in California, United States. The riparian corridor that is the Alamar has a wooded area home to: riparian, aquatic and migratory birds, abundant species of fish, and amphibians. The wildlife and natural vegetation in the Arroyo Alamar was historically a vital resource for fishing, bathing, and even drinking. The stream is formed by the confluence of Cottonwood Creek and Tecate Creek a short distance north of the Mexico–United States border. It flows generally west for about 25 kilometres (16 mi) through the San Ysidro Mountains and the Tijuana urban area before joining with the Arroyo de las Palmas in central Tijuana, to form the Tijuana River. The Rio Alamar tributary makes up almost one third of the larger bi-national Tijuana River Watershed that spans approximately 1,750 square miles and impacts the lives of more than 1.4 million people. The major tributary as part of the Tijuana River Estuary has been deemed one of the 21 wetlands of international importance by the RAMSAR Convention.The Rio Alamar and the Tijuana River's Watershed is threatened by pollution and is the site of active rehabilitation and environmental justice efforts that are combined with urban planning in this region. The lack of proper planning and regulation that contaminated the flood plain has also induced binational collaborations due to the close proximity of the Arroyo to the United States. La Mesa prison is a penitentiary in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, near the Mexico–United States border. It is located in the La Mesa section of the city. Sister Antonia Brenner, a Catholic nun, lived with the inmates of La Mesa Prison for over thirty years, and was called "La mama" or the "Prison Angel."Famous Mexican musician Chalino Sanchez spent some time in this prison in 1984 on human smuggling charges. It is said that this is where his musical journey began. He began to compose songs for his fellow inmates and anyone that had a story worth telling.

Centro Médico Excel, or Excel Medical Center, is a skyscraper in Tijuana, Mexico. One of the most prominent buildings in the city, it is the 11th tallest building in Tijuana. It is located within the central business district of Tijuana, the Zona Rio.

La Mesa is a borough of the municipality of Tijuana in Baja California, Mexico. This is where Morelos Park, the largest public park in the city, is located, as well as the Plaza Mundo Divertido, the Macroplaza shopping center, and the Centro de Enseñanza Técnica y Superior (CETYS) university. The public transportation hub and mass-market retail district Cinco y Diez, and the new (2022) Península mall and mixed-use complex, are both located in La Mesa.

La Cinco y Diez (lit. "The Five and Ten", also written "La 5 y 10"), is the name of an intersection, pedestrian overpass over that intersection, public transportation hub and major retail district in La Mesa borough, Tijuana, Mexico. Península is a mixed-use complex in Tijuana set which opened on September 20, 2022 along the Vía Rápida Oriente, the city's main east–west corridor, in the Colonia Chapultepec Alamar neighborhood of La Mesa borough. The lot area is 6.3 hectares (680,000 sq ft), with a gross leasable area of 275,000 square metres (2,960,000 sq ft). There are 3,400 parking spaces. The shopping center component has a gross leasable area of 80,000 square metres (860,000 sq ft), with 30% of the space dedicated to food and beverage and entertainment. Anchors include a 21,000 m2 (230,000 sq ft) Liverpool department store, a Suburbia department store, Cinemex multicinemas, Calimax supermarket, and Family Fitness, while larger mall stores include Innovasport, Zara, C&A and H&M. The restaurant zone includes a food hall as well as 4,000 sq.m. of patio space. There is to be a 5 star hotel with around 200 rooms, 2 residential towers with a total of 255 apartments, a hospital, gym, aquatic center, co-working facilities, and a 10,000-square-meter wellness zone.
