Princetown, New York

Schenectady County () is a county in the U.S. state of New York. As of the 2020 census, the population was 158,061. The county seat is Schenectady. The name is from a Mohawk language word meaning "on the other side of the pine lands," a term that originally applied to Albany. Schenectady County is part of the Albany-Schenectady-Troy, NY Metropolitan Statistical Area, and is west of the confluence of the Mohawk with the Hudson River. It includes territory on the north and the south sides of the Mohawk River.

The original WTRY was a highly popular Top 40 station in the Albany market through the 1960s and 1970s, moving over to oldies in the 1980s and 1990s, and today is sports radio 980 WOFX. WTRY-FM broadcasts in the HD Radio format.

Schalmont High School is a public high school located in the Town of Rotterdam, New York State. It is part of the Schalmont Central School District, which serves communities in Schenectady, Albany and Montgomery Counties. The high school is attached to Schalmont Middle School.

It features a classical, recessed center entrance with side lights and transom. The Dutch barn was built about 1800 and a small shed connects it to the adjacent small English barn.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Duane Lake is a census-designated place (CDP) in Schenectady County, New York, United States. The population was 323 at the 2010 census.The CDP is named after a small lake in the southern part of the town of Duanesburg.

North Mansion and Tenant House, also known as the General William North House, is a historic home located at Duanesburg in Schenectady County, New York. The North Mansion was built about 1795 by General William North (1755–1836). It is a 2-story, five-bay, rectangular frame residence topped by a low-pitched hipped roof pierced by two large central chimneys. It is representative of the Georgian style. The main entrance is flanked by slender pilasters and a slightly projecting pediment. The tenant house was constructed in the 1780s and is a 1+1⁄2-story, altered saltbox-style residence. Also on the property is a contributing barn.The property was covered in a 1984 study of Duanesburg historical resources. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.

The Gifford Grange Hall is a historic Grange hall located in Guilderland, Albany County, New York. It was built about 1866 as a general store and post office. It is a plain, two story frame commercial building with a one-story porch across the front with a shed roof.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
