East Bloomfield is a town in Ontario County, New York, United States. The population was 3,661 at the 2020 census.The Town of East Bloomfield is in the western part of the county, south of Rochester.

East Bloomfield Historic District is a national historic district located at East Bloomfield in Ontario County, New York. The district encompasses 49 properties with 90 contributing resources including residential, commercial, religious, and civic properties in the historic core of East Bloomfield. The structures are centered on the village green.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

George and Addison Wheeler House, also known as Old Place, is a historic home located at East Bloomfield in Ontario County, New York. The Greek Revival–style home was built in two sections in about 1818 and 1840. The 2-story main block from 1840 features a temple front with a massive, pedimented portico. Behind it stands a 1+1⁄2-story wing that was the original saltbox-style home constructed about 1818. Also on the property is a 19th-century barn / carriage house and a small family cemetery. Abandoned for a generation, it was restored in the late 1940s by William and Marie Houghton.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.

St. Peter's Episcopal Church is a historic Carpenter Gothic style Episcopal church located at 44 Main Street in Bloomfield, Ontario County, New York. Constructed in 1871, it is a small, board and batten, Carpenter Gothic style frame building. The 67 foot by 27 foot rectangular structure is surmounted by a sharply pitched gable roof featuring polychrome slate shingles set in a decorative diamond pattern. A square bell tower surmounted by a pyramidal spire is attached to the front corner of the main body of the church.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

St. Bridget's Roman Catholic Church Complex is a historic Roman Catholic church complex located in Bloomfield, Ontario County, New York. The complex consists of three contributing buildings (church, built 1874–1875; rectory, built 1897; and carriage barn, built 1904) and one contributing site, the church cemetery. the church is a late Victorian eclectic brick edifice with restrained Italianate and Romanesque Revival–style design and decorative features. It features a square, wood bell tower. The rectory is a 2+1⁄2-story Colonial Revival–style frame building and features a verandah with Doric order columns. A 1+1⁄2-story carriage barn stands behind the rectory. The six-acre cemetery includes burials dating from 1866 to 1942.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

Holcomb was a village located on New York State Route 20C (now New York State Route 444) in the town of East Bloomfield in Ontario County, New York. It was incorporated in 1917. In 1990, the village merged with the neighboring village of East Bloomfield to create a single village named Bloomfield. Many local businesses still reference the Holcomb name, such as the "East Bloomfield-Holcomb Volunteer Fire Department" and the "Holcomb Snooker House and Rodeo Bar."

Cheshire is a hamlet in the Town of Canandaigua, Ontario County, New York, United States, located near Canandaigua Lake. It is located 7 miles (11 km) south-southwest of the City of Canandaigua, at an elevation of 1,024 feet (312 m). The primary cross roads where the hamlet is located are N.Y. Route 21, Woolhouse Road and Goodale Road. U.S. Route 20 and New York State Route 5 pass just north of Cheshire. The Knights of the Maccabees Hall was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.

Bristol Mountain, formally known as Bristol Mountain Winter Resort, is a ski resort located in South Bristol, New York, in the Finger Lakes region. It is located 30 miles (48 km) from the center of Rochester, New York, the nearest major city to the resort, and about 10 miles (16 km) from Canandaigua on NY 64. Bristol Mountain features many trails ranging from easiest (green circle) to difficult (double black diamonds). Bristol Mountain has a vertical rise of 1,200 feet (370 m), claiming to have the highest vertical of any ski resort between the Rocky Mountains & the Adirondacks. Bristol also offers two terrain parks and cross country skiing at the resort's summit. Also at the bottom is a ski shop and rental facility. Bristol Mountain Resort operates Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures & Zip Line Canopy Tour, Roseland Waterpark, and Roseland Wake Park. In January 2018, two athletes who grew up in the Bristol Mountain Freestyle Program were named to the 2018 U.S. Olympic Freestyle Team: Morgan Schild (Freestyle Moguls) and Jonathon Lillis (Freestyle Aerials). Both learned their sport early under the direction of Bristol Mountain Freestyle Coach John Kroetz. In February 2022, Christopher Lillis, the younger brother of Jonathon Lillis, is set to compete in the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing.As of 2010, the resort has two high-speed detachable chairlifts. The Comet Express lift was installed for the 1999/2000 season and the Galaxy Express for the 2009/2010 season. Both make a full pass in about four minutes. In the autumn they offer Fall Sky Rides using the Comet Express High-Speed Quad chairlift slowed to take 15–20 minutes. Once at the top the riders may stay on and ride, hike down the trails, or reembark at the top. The Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventure Park, a high ropes course at the top of the mountain consisting of various climbing obstacles and zip lines, was added in 2014.

Honeoye ( HUN-ee-oy) is a hamlet in the Town of Richmond, in Ontario County, New York, United States. The population was 579 at the 2010 census, which lists the community as a census-designated place (CDP).It is located 33 miles (53 kilometers) south of downtown Rochester. The community is at the north end of Honeoye Lake, one of the minor Finger Lakes. It is primarily situated along U.S. Route 20A between Ontario County Roads 33 and 37. The center of the hamlet can roughly be placed at the intersection of Route 20A and Ontario County Road 36 (West Lake Road). Due to its location at the northern tip of Honeoye Lake and seasonal recreational population, the hamlet contains several businesses, including gas stations and grocery, drug, liquor, hardware, auto-parts, and convenience stores. It also contains several restaurants, a doctor's office, dentist's office, and Honeoye Central School, which is K-12. There are also multiple churches, a fire station, public library, beach, park, state boat launch, and hiking trail.
