The Bowen–Campbell House, also known as the Bowen Plantation House, is a two-story, Federal style, brick house located in Goodlettsville, Sumner County, Tennessee.

Goodlettsville is a city in Davidson and Sumner counties, Tennessee. Goodlettsville was incorporated as a city in 1958 with a population of just over 3,000 residents; in 2020 the population was 17,789.The northern half of the city is in Sumner County, while the southern half is in Davidson County. In 1963, when the city of Nashville merged with the government of Davidson County, Goodlettsville chose to remain autonomous.

Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens is a cemetery noted for the number of musicians' graves located within it. It was established in 1960, and is located at 1150 Dickerson Pike in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, just north of Nashville. One area of the cemetery is designated as "Music Row" for the number of country music entertainers that are interred there, including three musicians who died in the 1963 plane crash with Patsy Cline as well as singer Jack Anglin who died in a car accident on his way to her funeral.

It airs a classic hits radio format, calling itself "Classic Hits 93.3." The dial position is a reference to the WQZQ's FM translator, W227DC in Nashville, which broadcasts at 93.3 MHz.WQZQ transmits 2,000 watts by day but because 830 AM is a clear channel frequency, WQZQ must sign-off at night to protect Class A station WCCO in Minneapolis. WQZQ's FM translator station operates 24 hours a day. WQZQ's offices and studios are on Murfreesboro Pike in Nashville and its transmitter is located off Nesbitt Lane in Nashville.

Monthaven, also known as the Leonard B. Fite House, is a historic home in Hendersonville, Tennessee and is on the National Historic Register. It was built around 1860 and used as a field hospital during the American Civil War. A few skirmishes occurred on the property as well. The historic building is now home to galleries and offices of the Hendersonville Arts Council.During its time, Monthaven was considered a neighbor to Rock Castle and The Hermitage, both miles away.

Old Hickory Lock and Dam is a dam located in middle Tennessee on the Cumberland River at river mile 216.2 in Sumner and Davidson Counties, approximately 25 miles (40 km) upstream from Nashville. The reservoir behind the dam is Old Hickory Lake. The dam and lake are named after President Andrew Jackson (nicknamed "Old Hickory"), who lived in the vicinity at The Hermitage.

The schools is accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. Founded in 1950 as Madison Hospital School of Anesthesia, it later became Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia. MTSA offers a Master of Science (MS) with a focus in Nurse Anesthesia as well as Doctor of Nursing Anesthesia Practice (DNAP) degree. It is the second-largest nurse anesthesia program in the United States. The primary clinical affiliate of MTSA is Vanderbilt University.

Established in 1904 under the visionary inspiration of Ellen White, Madison Academy is co-educated day high school located approximately ten miles north of Nashville, Tennessee, on a bend of the Cumberland River.
