The Maple Shade School District is a comprehensive community public school district that serves students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade from Maple Shade Township, in Burlington County, New Jersey, United States.As of the 2021–22 school year, the district, comprised of four schools, had an enrollment of 2,370 students and 219.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 10.8:1.The district is classified by the New Jersey Department of Education as being in District Factor Group "CD", the sixth highest of eight groupings. District Factor Groups organize districts statewide to allow comparison by common socioeconomic characteristics of the local districts. From lowest socioeconomic status to highest, the categories are A, B, CD, DE, FG, GH, I and J.

As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 888 students and 82.2 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 10.8:1. There were 219 students (24.7% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 54 (6.1% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.

Portions of the cemetery are listed on both the New Jersey Register (ID #943) and the National Register of Historic Places (Reference #75001128) since 1975.The area now known as Cherry Hill was originally settled by the Lenni-Lenape Native Americans who coexisted peacefully with the first settlers from England, namely Quaker followers of William Penn who arrived in the late 17th century. The first settlement was a small cluster of homes named Colestown, in the perimeters of what is now the Colestown Cemetery.

The Hawaiian Cottage (or simply The Cottage) was a Polynesian style restaurant in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, United States. It opened in 1938, on Cherry Hill's western side, on Route 38, nearby the Cherry Hill Mall (which later opened in 1961). The Cottage was established by Michael Egidi and Mary Egidi-Pietrafesa. Started as a roadhouse, the restaurant soon emerged into what was considered a South Jersey landmark. The restaurant's exterior was known for its vivid yellow, pineapple-shaped dome, burning Polynesian torches at the entrance, and a Hawaiian atmosphere that included a luau show. After Mr. Egidi's death in a car accident in the early 1940s, Mrs. Egidi continued to operate the business. Her second husband, John Muresan, helped with the restaurant's growth. On July 1, 1978, the restaurant was destroyed by a fire.Both John and Mary Muresan died in 1997.

The J.A. Sweeton Residence was built in 1950 in Cherry Hill, in Camden County, New Jersey, United States. At 1,500 square feet (140 m2), it is the smallest of the four Frank Lloyd Wright houses in New Jersey.This Usonian scheme house was constructed of concrete blocks and redwood plywood. The Sweeton House is sheltered by a dramatically pitched roof that comes within four feet of the ground. An impressive cantilevered carport extending about 20 feet (6.1 m) from the house provides a dramatic visual element to the entrance. Wright loved the automobile but thought garages were a relic of the "livery-stable mind," according to his revised autobiography. The compact horizontal plan reflects a standard Usonian scheme. Three bedrooms and one bathroom are arranged on a linear axis like cabins of an ocean liner. With its prominent living room defined by six glass doors, mitered glass corners and cathedral ceiling, the home seems larger than its 1,500 square feet (140 m2). The Sweeton House remains a private residence and is not accessible by the public. The larger original site has been subdivided and is isolated from major roadways. Politz Day School of Cherry Hill is a private modern orthodox Jewish day school in Cherry Hill, New Jersey which includes the Caskey Elementary School and Konig Middle School. The school shares a common campus with Congregation Sons of Israel in Cherry Hill. Politz offers preschool (for children as young as eighteen months) through eighth grade with the mission that students learn in an environment combining the abundance of the Jewish religion with traditional secular education. The school serves families living in Cherry Hill, South Jersey, northern Delaware, and Philadelphia including the Main Line, Center City, and the Northeast. Rabbi Chaim Greenwald was named Head of School ahead of the 2021–2022 academic year.

WPHT is a Class A clear channel station broadcasting at 50,000 watts non-directional, the maximum for commercial AM stations. It is one of two clear-channel stations in Philadelphia, the other being sister station KYW. Its signal covers the Philadelphia metropolitan area and much of the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania and parts of New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. Burrough-Dover House is located in Pennsauken, Camden County, New Jersey, United States. The house was built in 1710 and added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 25, 1973. Restoration work on the house has been performed by the Pennsauken Historical Society.

Cherry Hill Mall is located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, within the unincorporated namesake neighborhood and census-designated place (CDP) of Cherry Hill Mall, New Jersey. The mall is bounded by Route 38, Haddonfield Road (County Route 644), Church Road (County Route 616), and Cherry Hill Mall Drive. The center was designed by architect Victor Gruen and built and managed by The Rouse Company. Rouse sold its shopping center portfolio to PREIT in 2003 as PREIT converted its holdings from residential to retail. The mall has a gross leasable area of 1,248,347 square feet (115,975.2 m2), placing it in the top ten among the largest shopping malls in New Jersey. The mall is currently anchored by JCPenney, Macy's, and Nordstrom. The farm that was near the site of the Cherry Hill Mall is widely held to be the source of the 1962 renaming of what had been called Delaware Township to its current name of Cherry Hill Township. The town was named Cherry Hill in a voter referendum due to the development of a new U.S. Postal Service office for the region, and historical ties to Cherry Hill Farm, which once occupied land opposite the current mall site, and various locations named for the farm, including the Cherry Hill Estates housing development and the Cherry Hill Inn.

The Cherry Hill Public Library is a public library located at 1100 Kings Highway North in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, United States. The library is overseen by the Library Board of Trustees and run by The Library Director. Originally called The Cherry Hill Free Public Library, the word "Free" was dropped from the title in 2003. The current library building was completed in December 2004 to replace a 1966 structure just northeast of the same location. In old aerial images of the area, the double-diamonds with the brown roof structure and grassy lot are the old Library before demolition. The pad to the southwest of the old library was the site of Richman's Ice Cream before its demolition; and this site has become the site of the new library building. At 72,000 square feet (6,700 m2), Cherry Hill's newest library is among the largest municipal libraries in New Jersey.
