Lodi Township was a township that existed in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States, from 1826 to 1935.

The Lodi Public Schools are a comprehensive community public school district that serves students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade from Lodi, in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2018–19 school year, the district, comprising seven schools, had an enrollment of 3,237 students and 231.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 14.0:1.The district is classified by the New Jersey Department of Education as being in District Factor Group "B", the second-lowest of eight groupings. Bergen Township was a township that existed in Bergen County, New Jersey. The township was created on February 21, 1893, from the southern section of Lodi Township (now South Hackensack): Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of Portion to be the State of New Jersey, That all that portion of the township of Lodi, in the county of Bergen, lying within the following boundaries, to wit, beginning at the intersection Boundaries, of the northerly boundary of the township of Boiling Springs, in the county of Bergen, with the middle of the Passaic river; running thence easterly along the northerly boundary of said township of Boiling Springs to the middle of the Hackensack River; thence, northerly along the middle of the Hackensack river to a point opposite the mouth of a creek emptying into said river, commonly known as the Upper Mudabock creek; thence, westerly in a straight line to a point where the northerly line of the public road leading from Moonachie to Wood-Ridge, commonly known as the Mousetown road, intersects the westerly line of the public road commonly known as the Moonachie road; thence, westerly along the northerly line of the Mousetown road to the westerly line of the Riser ditch; thence, northerly along the westerly line of said ditch to the northerly line of lands now or formerly belonging to the estate of Richard Vreeland; thence, westerly along said line of lands to the Polifly road; thence, still westerly in the same course as last described, along the northerly line of lands now or formerly belonging to the estate of Benjamin Cox to a line commonly known as the Polifly line; thence, northerly along said line to the southerly line of the public road leading from said Polifly road to the public road commonly known as the River road; thence westerly along the southerly line of said road leading from the Polifly road to the River road; thence, still westerly in line with the last course of the southerly line of said road to the middle of the Saddle river; thence, downstream through the middle of the Saddle river to the middle of the Passaic thence, down stream through the middle of said to the place of beginning, shall be and hereby is set off from the township Lodi, in the county of Bergen, and made a separate township, to be known by the name of the township of Bergen. Another township with the same name, Bergen Township, was created 200 years earlier. The borough of Carlstadt was formed on June 27, 1894, from portions of the township, at the height of the Boroughitis phenomenon then sweeping through Bergen County.The borough of Wood-Ridge was created on December 6, 1894, from within the township, followed shortly thereafter by the borough of Wallington, which was formed on January 2, 1895, from portions of both Bergen Township and of Saddle River Township (now Saddle Brook).On April 8, 1902, Bergen Township was dissolved and the remaining territory was reabsorbed by Lodi Township.

Lodi High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school that serves students in ninth through twelfth grade from Lodi, in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States, operating as the lone secondary school of the Lodi Public Schools. The school is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 916 students and 69.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 13.3:1. There were 295 students (32.2% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 86 (9.4% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.

WABC began broadcasting in early October 1921, originally as WJZ in Newark, New Jersey. From 1943 through 2007, the station served as the flagship for the original ABC Radio Network (and its direct predecessor, the Blue Network) and ABC's radio news service. The district serves students from Teterboro, a non-operating district that was merged into the Hasbrouck Heights School District following its dissolution on July 1, 2010.As of the 2020–21 school year, the district, comprised of four schools, had an enrollment of 1,745 students and 145.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 12.0:1.The district is classified by the New Jersey Department of Education as being in District Factor Group "FG", the fourth-highest of eight groupings. Hasbrouck Heights High School is a comprehensive four-year public high school serving students in ninth through twelfth grades from Hasbrouck Heights and Teterboro in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States, operating as the lone high school of the Hasbrouck Heights School District. The district serves students from Teterboro, a non-operating district that was merged into the Hasbrouck Heights School District following its dissolution on July 1, 2010.As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 547 students and 45.7 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 12.0:1. There were 48 students (8.8% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 14 (2.6% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.

Riverside Cemetery is a plot-holder owned Jewish cemetery with over 65,000 burials located in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, located 9 miles (14 km) west of the George Washington Bridge. The cemetery maintains over 25,000 individual plantings on graves throughout the property. Prior to becoming a cemetery, the land was the property of Richard Romaine. Bergen County Historical Society maps indicate a main house of early Italianate design (current office), a grist mill and a saw mill on the property (the mills were removed prior to establishment of the cemetery).

Immaculate Conception High School (ICHS) is an American private, Roman Catholic, all-girls college-preparatory high school located in Lodi, in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. The school operates under the jurisdiction of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Newark. The school was founded in 1915 by the Felician Sisters. ICHS has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools since 1961.As of the 2019–20 school year, the school had an enrollment of 145 students and 17.8 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 8.1:1. The school's student body was 62.1% (90) White, 26.2% (38) Hispanic, 10.3% (15) Black and 1.4% (2) Asian. Average class size is 15 students. The administration, faculty and staff consist of three Felician Sisters, 19 women, and 8 men. About 98% of seniors pursue higher education.

Bergen Arts and Science Charter School (BASCS/Bergen ASCS) is a public charter school based in Garfield, New Jersey, United States. The school is a part of the North Jersey Arts and Science Charter Schools. The network consists of Bergen-ASCS Elementary in Garfield, Bergen-ASCS Middle High in Hackensack, and Passaic-ASCS Elementary and Building #2 in Passaic. The school opened in September 2007 for grades K–5 and added a new grade every year until it reached the 12th grade. In 2011, it expanded with the establishment of the Bergen Arts and Science Charter School Middle High in Hackensack and Passaic Arts and Science School in Passaic. After the expansion was complete, Bergen Arts and Science Charter School moved its 7th and 8th grade to Bergen Arts and Science Charter School Middle High.As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,208 students and 74.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 16.3:1. Hasbrouck Heights (pronounced HAZ-brook /ˈhæz.bɹʊk/) is a borough in Bergen County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 11,842, reflecting an increase of 180 (+1.5%) from the 11,662 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 174 (+1.5%) from the 11,488 counted in the 1990 Census. An inner-ring suburb of New York City, Hasbrouck Heights is located approximately 10 miles (16 km) northwest of Midtown Manhattan and 8 miles (13 km) west of Upper Manhattan. Cornelius Demarest House is located in Rochelle Park, Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 10, 1983.
