Edgewood Regional High School

Winslow Township High School (WTHS) is a four-year comprehensive public high school in the Atco section of Winslow Township, in Camden County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, that serves students in ninth through twelfth grades as the lone secondary school of the Winslow Township School District. Until 2000, the facility that is now Winslow Township High School was part of the Lower Camden County Regional School District and was known as Edgewood Regional High School, which was the sister school of Overbook Regional Senior High School in Pine Hill (now known as Overbrook High School). Students from Chesilhurst, a non-operating district, attend the district's schools as part of a sending/receiving relationship with the Chesilhurst Borough School District.As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,229 students and 114.5 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 10.7:1. There were 434 students (35.3% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 55 (4.5% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.

The Chesilhurst district had served public school students in kindergarten through sixth grade at Shirley B. Foster Elementary School until the completion of the 2008-09 school year, after which the district was no longer operating any schools and began sending all of its students to the Winslow Township district as part of an expansion of the pre-existing sending/receiving relationship that commenced in the 2009-10 school year.

West Atco is an unincorporated community located within Winslow Township in Camden County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. Amalthea Cellars ( AM-əl-THEE-ə) is a winery in the West Atco section of Winslow in Camden County, New Jersey. The vineyard was first planted in 1976, and opened to the public in 1981. Amalthea has 10 acres of grapes under cultivation, and produces 5,000 cases of wine per year. The winery is named after Amalthea, a moon of Jupiter, reflecting the owner's scientific background and love of mythology.

Atco Lake is a 30 acres (0.12 km2) man-made lake located in the Atco section of Waterford Township, New Jersey. The lake is located within Atco Lake Park, which is 77 acres (0.31 km2) and is owned by Camden County. The lake is located on U.S. Route 30 (White Horse Pike).Atco Lake has a large population of weeds and water lilies. Some fish found in the lake include largemouth bass, pickerel and sunfish.

The 1922 Winslow Junction train derailment was a July 2, 1922 accident on Atlantic City Railroad's Camden to Atlantic City route. Train № 33 the Owl going 90 miles (140 km) per hour sped through an open switch at Winslow Junction. 7 were killed, 89 were injured.

The Grant A.M.E. Church was a historic church at 4th and Washington Street in Chesilhurst of Camden County, New Jersey, United States. It was built in 1896 and added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 5, 1977, for its significance in religion and social history.

Atco is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Waterford Township in Camden County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It is part of the Philadelphia-Camden metropolitan area, located 16 miles (26 km) southeast of Camden. Though generally considered part of Waterford Township, a small section of the southern edge of Atco is located in Winslow Township.Atco was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census with a population of 9,058.Atco was the home of the Atco Raceway, and served as the location for the movie Eddie and the Cruisers. Chesilhurst is a borough in Camden County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. Atco station is a train station in Atco, New Jersey on the Atlantic City Line. It serves NJ Transit trains, and the local 554 bus route. Eastbound service is offered to Atlantic City and Westbound service is offered to Philadelphia. The station is near the site of what used to be a National Amusements Multiplex Cinema and the Atco Dragway, member facility of the National Hot Rod Association. The station is accessible from Route 73 and the White Horse Pike (U.S. Route 30).
