The Breitung Hotel, named for Edward Breitung, was a hotel at 111 South Pioneer Avenue in Negaunee, Michigan. The hotel, designed by David M. Harteau, was built from 1879 to 1880. The building was listed as a Michigan State Historic Site on June 20, 1985.The hotel was destroyed in a fire. The park at the site of hotel was named Breitung Park in August 2009 in its honor.

The Negaunee Fire Station is a fire station located at 200 South Pioneer Avenue in Negaunee, Michigan, United States. It is also known as the Negaunee Hose House. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

The Vista Theater is a theatre located at 218 Iron Street in Negaunee, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.

The Negaunee Downtown Historic District is a commercial historic district located in Negaunee, Michigan, generally located between Peck Street and Rail Street, and between Tobin Street and North Teal Lake Avenue. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2021.

The Negaunee State Bank Building, also known as the Old Bank Building, is a bank building located at 331 Iron Street in Negaunee, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.

The Marquette and Western Railroad Negaunee Freight Depot is a railroad depot located at 420 Rail Street in Negaunee, Michigan. It is also known as the Duluth, South Shore and Atlantic Negaunee Freight Depot. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.

The Sundberg Block was a commercial building located at 517–523 Iron Street in Negaunee, Michigan, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011. It was later demolished in November 2016 and removed from the NRHP in 2020.

The Jackson Mine is an open pit iron mine in Negaunee, Michigan, extracting resources from the Marquette Iron Range. The first iron mine in the Lake Superior region, Jackson Mine was designated as a Michigan State Historic Site in 1956 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1971. The Lake Superior Mining Institute said, the mine "is attractive in the iron ore region of Michigan and the entire Lake Superior region, because of the fact it was here that the first discovery of iron ore was made, here the first mining was done, and from its ore the first iron was manufactured." Multiple other mines soon followed the Jackson's lead, establishing the foundation of the economy of the entire region. The mine is located northwest of intersection of Business M-28 and Cornish Town Road.

Teal Lake is a lake in the U.S. state of Michigan, located within the city of Negaunee. U.S. Highway 41/M-28 runs along the southern shoreline. Teal Lake is a public fishery with species such as largemouth bass and crappie living in its waters. It's also a popular swimming spot for people in the area.

Suicide Hill Ski Jump is a 90-meter ski jump located in Negaunee, Michigan, and is part of the Ishpeming Ski Club. It is one of three major ski jumps located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (the others being Copper Peak (a larger ski flying hill) and Pine Mountain Ski Jump). Suicide Hill has been in existence since 1925. Suicide Hill Ski Jump is located in a small valley known as Suicide Bowl. Suicide Bowl contains a total of five jumps: a 13-meter, 25-meter, 40-meter, 60-meter, and Suicide Hill at 90-meters. The 13-meter and 40-meter jumps are fitted with plastic for summer jumping. All five jumps are used during winter. Suicide Bowl also contains cross-country ski runs.

The Carp River Forge is an abandoned iron forge located along the Carp River on the grounds of the Michigan Iron Industry Museum, at 73 Forge Road near Negaunee, Michigan. It was the first forge constructed in northern Michigan; the site was designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1956 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975. It is also known as the Jackson Iron Company Site.

The Michigan Iron Industry Museum, a branch facility of the Michigan Historical Center, is a community museum serving the heritage of the Marquette Iron Range on Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The museum is located in Negaunee, a town built atop the geological strata of the iron range near Marquette. Until recently, Negaunee was a one-industry town that centered on the mining of iron ore. The Negaunee region served as the center of U.S. iron ore production from about 1880 until approximately 1900, when this role was taken over by iron mines on Minnesota's Mesabi Iron Range. The Michigan Iron Industry Museum opened in 1987 close to the Carp River Forge site on the Carp River where Michigan iron ore was first forged in 1848.Admission to the museum is free, and the museum is open year-round. The museum also serves as the focal point for the Iron Ore Heritage Trail, a 47-mile (76 km) bicycle and hiking trail that presents a look at some of the key sites of human and geological heritage on the Marquette Iron Range.
