St Margaret's Church, Ledsam Street, Ladywood is a former Church of England parish church in Birmingham, England.

The Palais de Dance or Birmingham Palais was a dance hall on Monument Road in the Ladywood district of Birmingham, England. One of the earliest jazz clubs in England, it was the only major provincial English jazz venue during the inter-war period, an era when interest in jazz was otherwise largely confined to London.The venue opened on 21 December 1920 with a performance by the Frisco Jazz Band. Benny Peyton’s Jazz Kings, which featured Sidney Bechet, appeared at the venue in a ten-day residency in September 1921, returning for a month-long residency in February 1922. The Paramount Six also appeared in 1922. In late 1921 and early 1922 the house band included Emile Christian.

Spring Hill Library (grid reference SP055874) is a red brick and terracotta Victorian building in Ladywood, Birmingham, England. Designed in 1891 by Frederick Martin of Martin & Chamberlain with a 65-foot (20 m) clock tower on the corner of Icknield Street and Spring Hill and opened on 7 January 1893, it now stands next to a roundabout and linked via a glazed atrium to a new (2010) Tesco superstore. The site was previously the location for the turnpike gate house for Icknield Street.Still in use as a Birmingham branch library, it is a Grade II* listed building.

The Roundhouse, formerly Corporation Wharf, is a crescent shaped building located in the city centre of Birmingham, England. Originally used as a local authority depot, stables and stores the building is now in the care of Roundhouse Birmingham, an independent charity created by the National Trust and Canal and River Trust. Roundhouse Birmingham delivers a year-round programme of walks and tours that launched in 2021. Tours include kayaking, cycling, walking and stand up paddleboarding. The Roundhouse is a rare survival of a relatively unaltered 19th century complex of functionally related buildings dating from Birmingham's industrial and civic heyday. The building is Grade II* listed.

The Icknield Port Loop (originally the Rotton Park Loop) is a 0.6-mile (1 km) loop of the eighteenth-century-built Old BCN Main Line canal in Birmingham, England, about 2 miles (3 km) west of the city centre, which opened to traffic on 6 November 1769 and in some definitions includes its straighter bypass built in September 1827, a 550-yard (500 m) section of the New BCN Main Line. Most of the 56 acres (23 ha) of land thereby enclosed is derelict meaning the canal serves the Canal & River Trust (British Waterways) maintenance depot at Icknield Port and conveys water from Edgbaston Reservoir to the BCN Main Line. The enclosed land has no pedestrian or vehicular access. Icknield Port (Loop) takes its name from the Roman Icknield Street which passed nearby, the exact route of which is unknown. The Canal & River Trust (formerly British Waterways) depot with its buildings and crane are Grade II listed buildings.

Dhamma Talaka Peace Pagoda was opened in Birmingham, UK in 1998 and is the only such building in traditional Burmese style in the Western hemisphere. On its grounds there are now a monastery and the teaching hall of a planned Buddhist Academy.

Old Heaton House is a large Georgian architecture property located on Camden Street in the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham, England. The property was built in 1823 for William Cotterill, a wealthy local merchant.The house was originally set in its own landscaped park but as industry grew in Birmingham the grounds were sold off and industrial buildings were built on the parkland.It is one of only two fine Georgian residences left in the Jewellery Quarter, and after a century of industry around the site, the building was left derelict and in poor condition.In 2023 the building was renovated by Elevate Property Group.
