Brusly High School (BHS) is a high school (grades 9–12) in Brusly, Louisiana, United States. It is a part of the West Baton Rouge Parish School Board. The school serves residents of Brusly, Addis, and unincorporated areas in southern parts of the parish. As of 2018 the school has over 600 students.

The Cinclare Sugar Mill Historic District is a historic industrial and residential complex on the former Marengo Plantation in unincorporated West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. The district is located on the west bank of the Mississippi River between Brusly and Port Allen and across from Baton Rouge. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.

The Sandbar Plantation is a historic plantation with a mansion in Port Allen, Louisiana, U.S.. It was built circa 1837 for Dr. Thomas Philander and his wife, Marie Aureline Vaughan. It was purchased by Chas. H. Dameron in 1925. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since September 2, 1999.

WDGL (98.1 FM, "Eagle 98.1") is a commercial radio station licensed to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The station is owned by Guaranty Broadcasting, and airs a classic rock radio format. WDGL calls itself "The ROCK Station." It is the flagship radio station for the Louisiana State University Tigers sports broadcasts, sharing that status with WWL in New Orleans. Since 2013, it is the Capital Region's affiliate for New Orleans Saints games. Along with four sister stations, its studios and offices are in the Guaranty Group building on Government Street east of downtown. The station is an affiliate of the weekly syndicated Pink Floyd program "Floydian Slip." WDGL has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 100,000 watts, the highest permitted for non-grandfathered FM stations. The transmitter is located south of the LSU campus near the east bank of the Mississippi River.

Tiger Park is a softball stadium located on the campus of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It serves as the home field of the LSU Lady Tigers softball team and is located south of Skip Bertman Drive across from the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine. The official capacity of the stadium is 2,671 people. Tiger Park's record attendance of 3,242 came on March 25, 2016, in a game versus the University of Florida. The stadium also features an outfield berm, renamed the Tiger Park Terrace in 2016, that can accommodate in excess of 1,200 fans. The stadium opened prior to the 2009 college softball season. In 2010, Tiger Park was rated the fifth-best architecture building on LSU's campus by the LSU Faculty Senate Monthly Newsletter. According to the newsletter, it is described as "Best seen at night, when its gables and overhang seem to brighten into a shimmering white sails winging through cool ebony skies, the softball stadium shows that LSU can come up with a building that plays to something other than the local taste for plantation imagery and Greco-Roman bric-a-brac. Welling out of a hillock in a way that suggests strong shoulders on the brink of swinging a home run, the softball stadium evidences a modest freshness that brings a smile and popcorn and hot dogs." In 2013, Tiger Park was honored with the prestigious Field of the Year award by the Sports Turf Managers Association (STMA) for the college and university softball division. Tiger Park hosted the 2015 SEC softball tournament and 2015 NCAA Division I Regional. In terms of official capacity, Tiger Park is the fourth largest softball stadium in the Southeastern Conference.

Louisiana School for the Visually Impaired (LSVI) is a PK–12 state-operated school located at 2888 Brightside Lane in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States. The school has both blind and other visually impaired students, and shares its campus with the Louisiana School for the Deaf. It has dormitory facilities.

The Louisiana School for the Deaf is a state school for deaf and hard-of-hearing students in Louisiana, located in Baton Rouge, the state capital. It was established in 1852 as a joint school for blind students. In 1860, its first purpose-built facility was completed and admired as an elegant monument to philanthropy. The schools were divided in 1898, and in 1908, Louisiana School for the Deaf was renamed. Construction of facilities has continued over the years. In 1978, black students were absorbed when their school was merged into this one. The expanded school now has 22 major buildings, including a football stadium, on a 116-acre campus south of Louisiana State University on Brightside Lane. In 2009, the Louisiana School for the Visually Impaired (LSVI) was relocated here.

The LSU Tennis Complex is a tennis facility located on the campus of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. The facility, built in 2015, serves as the home of the LSU Tigers and LSU Lady Tigers tennis teams. It has a seating capacity of 1,400. The facility provides six indoor tennis courts with a second floor grandstand that seats 300 covering 75,000 square feet. The complex also includes 12 lighted outdoor courts with a grandstand. The complex also offers the Tigers and Lady Tigers state-of-the-art locker rooms, a meeting room, players lounge, equipment room, coaches' offices, strength and conditioning center, satellite athletic training room and media room.The LSU Tennis Complex hosted the 2016 SEC Women's tennis tournament.

The Charles McClendon Practice Facility is the practice facility for LSU Tigers football. The facility features the LSU Football Operations Center, the Tigers Indoor Practice Facility and four outdoor 100-yard football practice fields. In 2002, it was named after former LSU head coach and College Football Hall of Fame member, Charles McClendon.
