Pershore railway station is a railway station serving both the town of Pershore and village of Pinvin in Worcestershire, England. The station is on a single-track section of the Cotswold Line. The station and all trains serving it are operated by Great Western Railway.

Pershore High School is a co-educational academy school, with a Sixth form, in Pershore, Worcestershire, England. It is the only high school in Pershore and also takes pupils from surrounding villages. It has a capacity of 1,273 pupils aged between 11 and 18. The school was founded in 1932 as Pershore County Senior School. It was built to accommodate 480 pupils but began with 430 enrollments. In 1973 following the nationwide educational reforms of the late 1960s and early 1970s, it became a comprehensive school for 12- to 18-year-olds. It achieved Technology College status in 2002 and in 2007 it was recognised as a Training School. The school has a centre that provides specialist resources for up to 15 pupils with autism. In 2011 the school became an academy. In 2016 an art block was built in order to increase resources. In September 2021, PHS converted to a secondary school and commenced the enrolment of Year 7 students, disrupting the tertiary system of the local middle schools.

Wyre Piddle is a village and civil parish in the Wychavon district of Worcestershire, England. It is on the River Avon, near where that river is joined by the Piddle Brook - between Evesham and Pershore.

The Piddle Brook is a watercourse in Worcestershire; It starts in Kington and flows past the villages of Flyford Flavell, North Piddle, Naunton Beauchamp and Wyre Piddle before joining the River Avon near Pershore. In 2009 Worcestershire Wildlife Trust purchased the meadows in Naunton Beauchamp which Piddle Brook flows through.The brook is forded on the road to Naunton Beauchamp at Sea Ford.

Wyre Halt railway station was a station in Wyre Piddle, Worcestershire, England. The station was opened in 1934 and closed in 1966.

Wychavon is a local government district in Worcestershire, England, with a population size of 132,500 according to the 2021 census. Its council is based in the town of Pershore, and the other towns in the district are Droitwich Spa and Evesham. The district extends from the southeast corner of Worcestershire north and west. It borders all the other districts of Worcestershire, as well as the counties of Gloucestershire and Warwickshire. The district was created under the Local Government Act 1972, on 1 April 1974. It was a merger of the boroughs of Droitwich and Evesham along with Evesham Rural District and most of Droitwich Rural District and most of Pershore Rural District. The district's name, which was invented in 1973, contains two elements. "Wych" recalls the Saxon Kingdom of Hwicca, and "Avon" is for the River Avon. Wychavon District Council was a joint 'Council of the Year 2007', along with High Peak Borough Council. It was also featured as the 'Best Council to work for by the Sunday Times. It increasingly shares management and staff with neighbouring Malvern Hills District Council.In December a Roman Road was unearthed by Severn Trent workmen digging up the road while completing sewerage work in the area. Aidan Smyth, archaeology advisor for Wychavon District Council, believed it to be a Roman ford, which could hold global significance.
