Drake Court Apartments and the Dartmore Apartments Historic District

The Ansonia Apartments, located at 2221-23 Jones Street in the Midtown area of Omaha, Nebraska. Built in 1929 in a period Revival/Arts and Crafts style, the buildings were designated an Omaha Landmark on March 27, 1984. It was added to the Drake Court Historic District, and was added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 4, 2014.The Ansonia Apartment building was built in a U-shape that with end walls facing the street. Adjacent to the neighboring Dartmore Apartments, the Ansonia Apartment building displays both Arts and Crafts and Period Revival elements.

The Berkeley Apartments is a historic three-story apartment building in Omaha, Nebraska. It was built by O.F. Nelson in 1915, and designed in an eclectic style with Prairie School features by H. D. Frankfurt. By the 1990s, it was "one of the finest surviving examples" of buildings designed by Frankfurt. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since July 19, 1996.

The Mary Rogers Kimball House, also known as the Kimball House, is located at 2236 St. Mary's Avenue in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska. It is an official Omaha City Landmark and also is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was designed by Thomas Rogers Kimball.

The Rose Blumkin Performing Arts Center or The Rose, also known as the Astro Theater, originally opened as The Riviera. It is located in downtown Omaha, Nebraska. Built in 1926 in a combination of both Moorish and Classical styles, the building was rehabilitated in 1986.

Designed in the Second Renaissance Revival style, the building was designated an Omaha Landmark in October 1978, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places that same year.

The Flatiron Hotel is located at 1722 St. Mary's Avenue in downtown Omaha, Nebraska. Designed by architect George Prinz and originally constructed in 1912 as an office building, in 1914 it was renovated for use as a hotel. Today the building serves as office and commercial space, as well as housing an upscale restaurant, Flatiron Cafe, in downtown Omaha. The Flatiron Hotel was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.

The Sanford Hotel, also known as the Conant Hotel, is a historic seven-story building in Omaha, Nebraska. It was built as a hotel for Dr. Harold Gifford, an ophthalmologist, self-professed socialist, and real estate investor, in 1916–1917. The hotel was managed by Harley Conant, who renamed it the Conant Hotel in 1939. The building was designed in the Chicago school style by architect John Latenser Sr. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since September 26, 1985.

The Leone, Florentine, and Carpathia Apartment Buildings are located at 832 and 834 South 24 Street and 907-911 South 25 Street in Omaha, Nebraska, USA. Built in 1909, the buildings were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
