Sorrento Peninsula

Sant'Agnello is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Naples in the Italian region Campania, located about 25 km southeast of Naples. Sant'Agnello borders the following municipalities: Piano di Sorrento, Sorrento. It is served by the Circumvesuviana, a narrow gauge railway that connects to the city of Naples.

Stadio Italia is a football stadium in Sorrento, Italy. The main tenants are Eccellenza Campania sides Sorrento and F.C. Sant'Agnello. It has a capacity of 3,600.

Vallone dei Mulini or Valle dei Mulini (known in English as Valley of the Mills) is a historic valley in Sorrento, Italy.

Piazza Tasso is a central place and square in Sorrento in the south of Italy. The square is named after the poet Torquato Tasso (1544–1595). In the main square, well known as Largo of the Caste, is the yellow-painted Baroque Carmelite Church del Carmine, holding within its interior a painting by Onofrio Avellino of the Virgin Mary with Saint Simon Stock and angels. On the square stands a statue of S. Antonino Abbate. The shopping street Via San Cesareo leads off the square to the west. Also near Piazza Tasso is the Palazzo Correale, now also a museum, Museum Correale.

Museum Correale (Italian: Museo Correale di Terranova) is a museum in Sorrento in the south of Italy. The museum is situated in a patrician villa, surrounded by a citrus grove, with a terrace of Belvedere that overlooks the Gulf of Naples. The villa is owned by Pompeo and Alfredo Correale, the last descendants of the family. The museum exhibits collections of Neapolitan painters dating from the 17th and 18th century. It contains valuable Capodimonte and Sèvres ceramics, Murano glassware, Bohemia crystals and a collection of watches. There is also an archaeological collection. Some works date from the 19th century, and the mansion displays tables, furnishings and finely inlaid jewel cases. In the library are works by Torquato Tasso.

The Cathedral of Saints Philip and James (Italian: Cattedrale dei Santi Filippo e Giacomo), commonly known as the Sorrento Cathedral (Italian: Duomo di Sorrento), is a Roman Catholic cathedral located on Via Santa Maria della Pietà in Sorrento, Italy. The cathedral is dedicated to Saints Philip the Apostle and James the Just, and has been the seat of the Archbishop of Sorrento-Castellammare di Stabia since 1986. It was previously the seat of the bishops and archbishops of Sorrento.

Vico Equense is a coastal town and comune in the Metropolitan City of Naples, in southern Italy.

Il Gallo Lungo is an island of Italy, in Campania. Belonging to the municipality of Positano, it is part of the Li Galli group. It is the largest of the three islands of the group, with the shape of a long sickle (or a dolphin), whose concavity, looking towards La Castelluccia and La Rotonda, defines a closed bay protected by other islets. On the convex side of Gallo Lungo, a small cove has been excavated, called "la Praja", with a very short beach, which allows boats to anchor. At the bottom of the cove there is a small house, while at the barren top of the island there is a coastal watchtower.

Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi is an Italian village, the major hamlet (frazione) of the municipality of Massa Lubrense in the Province of Naples, Campania region. It is part of the Sorrentine Peninsula and its population is around 3,000.

The Sirenusas (Italian: Le Sirenuse), also known as the Gallos (Li Galli, "the Cocks"), are an archipelago of little islands off the Amalfi Coast of Italy between Isle of Capri and 6 km (4 mi) southwest of Province of Salerno's Positano, to which it is administratively attached. They are part of the Campanian Archipelago. The name, Sirenuse, is a reference to the mythological sirens said to have lived there.
