The Bishop B. Blackwell House (also known as the Weldon House) is a historic house located at 110 Parshley Street, off U.S. 129 in Live Oak, Florida. It was completed circa 1887 by banker and state legislator Bishop Bascom Blackwell. It is believed to be the oldest exiting brick house in North Florida and moved to its present location in 1910 to make way for the Live Oak Post Office next door.

The Suwannee County Courthouse (constructed in 1904) is a historic government building located at 200 South Ohio Avenue on the southwest corner of Warren Street in Live Oak, Florida. On November 12, 1998, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

The Union Depot and Atlantic Coast Line Freight Station (also known as the Railroad Passenger Depot and Freight Station) is a historic site in Live Oak, Florida, United States. It is located at 208 North Ohio Avenue, on the corner of Haines Street Northeast. The station was built at one of two junctions of an Atlantic Coast Line Railroad and Seaboard Air Line Railroad lines. The station was a flag stop on the SCL and Louisville and Nashville's Gulf Wind, between Madison and Live Oak, and until 1966 an additional daily local train served the station as well. The ACL and the SAL merged in 1967 to form the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad. In 1971 the SCL terminated the Gulf Wind, on the creation of Amtrak, ending passenger service in Live Oak. On April 24, 1986, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. When Amtrak extended the Sunset Limited to Orlando in 1993 the nearest station with a stop was in Lake City. Today, only the former SAL line survives. The Suwannee County Historical Museum is located in the depot. Exhibits include a telephone display, a 16th-century Timucaun Indian Village recreation and local history artifacts. The station is one block south of the Old Live Oak City Hall.

The Old Live Oak City Hall (also known as the City of Live Oak Police and Fire Department) is a historic site in Live Oak, Florida, United States. It is located at 212 North Ohio Avenue, between West Duval Street Northeast and Haines Street Northeast. On April 24, 1986, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. The old city hall is one block north of the Union Depot and Atlantic Coast Line Freight Station.

The George F. Allison House is a historic house located at 418 West Duval Street in Live Oak, Florida, United States. It is locally significant as the home of George F. Allison, who was a pioneering Live Oak businessman during the city's formative commercial years as well as being a fine example of Colonial Revival architecture in the area.

The Dr. Price House is a historic site in Live Oak, Florida, United States. It is located at 702 Pine Avenue. On September 25, 1998, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

Suwannee County Airport (FAA LID: 24J) is a public-use airport located two nautical miles (3.7 km) west of the central business district of the city of Live Oak in Suwannee County, Florida, United States. The airport is publicly owned. The airport is host to the EAA Chapter 797 which currently operates many festivities in and around the airport. It is also home to the annual Wings Over Suwannee fly-in festival held during every Spring, which is a yearly event organized by several members of the EAA Chapter to expand the local public's use and knowledge of the airport as well as further the education of the next generation of pilots.

Houston is an unincorporated community in Suwannee County, Florida, United States. Houston is located on U.S. Route 90, 6 miles (9.7 km) east of Live Oak and 18 miles (29 km) west of Lake City. Houston is the location of Camp Weed & the Cerveny Conference Center and the Suwannee Country Club Civil Rights leader Harry T. Moore was born in Houston.

Wes Skiles Peacock Springs State Park is a 733-acre (297 ha) Florida State Park located on Peacock Springs Road, two miles (3 km) east of Luraville and on State Road 51, 16 miles (26 km) southwest of Live Oak, Florida. Activities include picnicking, swimming and diving, and wildlife viewing. Among the wildlife of the park are deer, bobcats, raccoon, squirrels, beaver and otters, as well as turkey, blue heron and barred owls. The park name commemorates the work of diver and explorer Wes Skiles. Prior to 2010 the park was known as Peacock Springs State Park. Amenities include a nature trail, six sinkholes, and Peacock and Bonnet Springs, with miles of underwater caves popular with cave divers. The two springs are tributaries of the Suwannee River. The park is open from 8:00 am till sundown year round.

The Hal W. Adams Bridge, built in 1947, is a historic bridge that carries State Road 51 across the Suwannee River between Lafayette and Suwannee counties, Florida in the United States. Located 3 miles north of Mayo, it was the first suspension bridge built in Florida, and the only one to carry highway traffic. At its opening on July 4, 1947, it was named for Hal W. Adams of Mayo, former county judge of Lafayette County and then longtime circuit judge for the circuit encompassing Lafayette and Suwannee counties.In 1989, the Hal W. Adams Bridge was listed in A Guide to Florida's Historic Architecture, published by the University of Florida Press.
