Kent Acres is a census-designated place (CDP) in Kent County, Delaware, United States. It is part of the Dover, Delaware Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 1,890 at the 2010 census.

Brecknock, also known as the Howell's Mill Seat, is a historic home located near Camden, Kent County, Delaware. The house is in four sections; two of brick and two frame. The original one-room house possibly dates before 1700 and is constructed of brick. A brick section was added in the 1740s. The 2+1⁄2-story, frame, main house was added in the mid-18th century and abuts the second brick section. The final frame section was added in the 1880s and is a four-room apartment originally built for the wagon driver, but later incorporated into the house.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

Moores Lake is a lake located in Kent County, Delaware, United States. The lake is located along Issac Branch south of Dover and east of Camden at an elevation of 10 feet (3.0 m) above sea level.

Caesar Rodney High School is a public high school located in Camden, Delaware, just south of Dover. The school is in Caesar Rodney School District. Its enrollment is over 2,000. During 1983 to 1984, Caesar Rodney was recognized as a Blue Ribbon School by the US Department of Education.In addition to Camden, other communities served by the Caesar Rodney district include Highland Acres, Kent Acres, Magnolia, Rising Sun-Lebanon, Rodney Village, Woodside, Wyoming, most of Woodside East, a small portion of Riverview, and the southern part of the state capital, Dover. The Dover Air Force Base also lies within the district.

Eden Hill is a historic home located at Dover, Kent County, Delaware, built by Delaware Colonial Supreme Court Justice Nicholas Ridgely in 1749. The house was built in two sections; a double-pile, side-hall three bay structure to the south, and a lower two bay section of two rooms to the north. The stuccoed dwelling has a gable roof on both sections. It was the home of the prominent Ridgely family, who purchased the property in 1748.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973, and was later acquired by the Delaware Department of Transportation, and later still renovated for use by the state supreme court, being occupied in the early 2010s by Ridgely's descendant, Delaware Supreme Court justice Henry du Pont Ridgely.

Dover Green Historic District is a national historic district located at Dover, Kent County, Delaware. It encompasses 79 contributing buildings centered on The Green and including most of the inhabited part of 18th century Dover. Notable buildings include the Eagle Tavern (bef. 1791), Kent County Court House (1875), Baptist Church-Dover Century Club (1852), King Dougall House and Store House, Parke-Ridgely House (1728), and a number of 19th century Italianate-style commercial buildings. Also located in the district are the separately listed Bradford-Loockerman House, Christ Church, and Old Statehouse. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1977. The Green also became part of First State National Historical Park on March 25, 2013, and is administered in cooperation with the National Park Service.

The Dover Transit Center is a park and ride lot and bus terminal located in the city of Dover in Kent County, Delaware. The transit center serves DART First State buses, with service provided by eight local bus routes serving Dover and Kent County and four inter-county bus routes that provide service to Wilmington, Newark, Georgetown, and Lewes. The Dover Transit Center opened in 2010 to replace the Water Street Transfer Center as the main bus terminal for DART First State in Dover.

Camden Historic District is a national historic district located at Camden, Kent County, Delaware. It encompasses 65 contributing buildings in the crossroads community of Camden. At least 18 of the contributing buildings date between 1780 and 1820, with the remainder dated to the 19th century. Notable buildings include the Greek Revival style "Spruce Acres", Georgian style Mifflin House, the 1856 Whatcoat Methodist Church, Amity Lodge Building, Gov. George Truitt House, and a number of Italianate style dwellings.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

Bayhealth Medical Center is a healthcare system serving the central and southern portion of Delaware in the United States.

Greenwold, also known as the Manlove Hayes House, was a historic home formerly located in Dover, Kent County, Delaware. It was built in 1863, and consisted of a 2+1⁄2-story center hall plan main house with a rear service wing. The main house was a five bay wide, stuccoed structure. It had a cross-gable roof with a bracketed cornice. The house featured a full width verandah. The property retained much of its original landscaping at the time of its addition to the National Register of Historic Places.The house was built in 1863 by Manlove Hayes, a civil engineer, businessman, and local politician. The house remained in his family until 1946, when it was bought by Carl and Sarah Scull. Carl was the chief of staff at Kent General Hospital, now Bayhealth Medical Center. He died in 1950. Sarah continued to live in the house, and submitted a successful application to have it added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.She sold the home to Bayhealth in 1982, and it was used by the health system for office until about 2011, when heating and cooling costs became prohibitive. In 2020, Bayhealth proposed the demolition of Greenwold and neighboring properties for the construction of a staff parking lot. This activity commenced in August 2023.
